Never come here. Customer service is terrible. Especially by the so called manager, she has "Be" as her name on her apron. She refuses to give free refills and makes you pay full price on a refill. I went through the drive through to get a pour over today and she told me I would have to come inside to get my drink because it takes too long to make it for the drive through. I told her I was stuck in the line and I cant just get out of the line. She then sighed and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. So about five minutes later I finally get to the window and she tells me I needed to pull up and wait because the drinks still arent ready. So I pull up and I see the people behind me and two people after that get their drinks before me. About 15 minutes later I go inside to just see my drink sitting on the counter. She didnt plan to run it out to me obviously, they werent even busy. Not to mention how horrible it tasted. All I did was say thank you and left. Terrible experience. I should have asked for a refund. I worked at Starbucks almost a year ago, and I still have friends who work there. So I know how things are actually supposed to be done. And this experience was just very disappointing.

Waited extremely long line in the drive threw today at Starbucks to be given the wrong drink. I called them 4 times in a role to be hung up on after serval rings without anyone ever saying "Hello". Finally I reach someone via phone. Only to be told they knew they messed up & I could come back. That was my only option given. Of course its pouring rain and traffic was a nightmare. Once I arrived back at Starbucks, I waited again only to try and explain the same thing to another person. She was unconcerned about the inconvenience it caused me. She said " its NO Big Deal". Excuse me yes it is a big deal. Its a 6 dollar coffee with a label you can read. That now has cost me 40 mins off time on top of it. Now Im running late. At no point was I offered anything other than excuses and a poor coustomer interaction. Seems to be the only thing consisinat with this location. Buyer beware!

I was given horrible customer service this morning. I normally order a Chai tea latte with extra pumps with coconut milk, but when I saw that my drink looked significantly lighter than usual, I asked kindly for extra pumps. However, I was given attitude and was told 9 pumps were put in there so I should just shake it up a bit. When I asked yet again for more pumps, she said "fine I will put one in there", and then handed me my drink even though it was still not made correctly. I am now left with a drink that tastes of mostly coconut milk with a tint of chai tea flavor. If this is the kind of service I will be getting from this place, then I will take my business elsewhere even though this Starbucks is closer to my job. If you want good service and your drink to be made correctly with no issues, I do not recommend this place. Take your money elsewhere.

I was given the wrong drink in the drive threw and was made to feel like it was no big deal. I called several times to be hung up on. Guess this loction has an issue with answering the phone. I had to turn around and go back to location to be told its really not a big deal. Smh! Maybe to the employee but to me its a big waste of time. You put labels on your drinks for a reason. How about reading them? Instead of saying its really not a big deal.. Her name was Bea. Every time she is working the experience is horrible.

I stop by every Saturday and the girls there are always very nice and are able to make my drink unlike other Starbucks Ive been to. But today I stopped by and I went through drive through for the first time in a while , the gentleman named Christopher did not greet at the drive through he sounded rude like he did not want to be at work and just kind of made my morning not start out great. Other than that this Starbucks location is great.

Always slow.. They dont ever get my order right .. Theyre fizzer is never working and the last time I came inside to order my drink a man walked in after me and was served way before me and when I told the man that worked there he said there was only so much they could do at one time and then I informed him I had been waiting on my drink and he really seemed like he could care less.. Customer service is at an all time low here.

Fast service with a drive through. However, I went in when the rush was over around 8:45am. The place needs cleaning, lots of crap all over the floors and counters. Staff is friendly but loud... lots of chatting, laughing... loudly. The equipment and noise level is huge...loud. If you come here to relax, read or work, forget it. Oh... wow someone is sweeping. .... lightly mgr had to provide further instruction. Lol.

I ordered a London Fog and it was made with English Breakfast tea. I called and asked if they usually made it that way and I was told, "No, its made with Earl Grey." Did not even offer to comp my drink after I said it was made wrong... I thought that was the Starbucks "promise" ? The drink I received was tea with milk. Not even close to a London Fog!

The people here are usually very friendly and the food and drinks are generally on par with what you expect from Starbucks. My biggest complaint is they had some kind of turn over or moved people and they got sloooooow. This is not a starbucks for a quick stop. Consistently slow. So if you like Starbucks this is a good one but dont be in a rush.

Their american is watery. I dont like calling colored water "americano" and the barista says "next time just get venti in tall cup and itll be stronger." Never coming back. Another lady was complaining about same issue at that time so it wasnt my tastebud

I received THE best customer service from the mornings shift leader, Zach. He went above and beyond to make sure I was having a great day. Zach stepped up and went out of his way to help a neighbor, and Ill now be a regular at this store. Thanks yall!

Dont buy coffee here because they seriously dont know how to make coffee. Ive been here three times at different times and bought different drinks, but they all lacked flavor. Waste of money . Dont do it.

Go there all the time to read or do work and both morning and night shifts are awesome. They get drinks out in a timely manner every time. Its great!

All the employees are extremely friendly. Jasmine, Zach, Serene, all of them are awesome. My sister and I love to go there to finish our homework.
