The inside layout of the seating available was not customer friendly. Do i want to hike up my booty to sit in these barstools? Or do i want to snuggle up to that stranger in the loveseat? Hmmm. Not many options there. So i just stood there like awkward.... And the baristas are only friendly for the initial introduction then they kind of ignore you and pretend you arent standing there while they act like they are too busy to notice. The atmosphere was a little uptight and stuck up to be honest. By the employees and the customers who i assume are regulars since everyone gave me side glances and looked at me weird while i kinda just stood there. Thanks for the unwelcome welcome. Im never going back to this particular starbucks again...

As Starbucks goes, this one is about average. The people are what makes this shop a little better than most. Quick, but good conversation while at the drive-thru. They also offer some very good suggestions. The only bad thing that I can say about this one is the time it takes to get through the drive-thru. It almost seems as theyre short staffed all of the time, even when theres plenty of people working.

Ordered 2 large caramel macchiato they said tall I said large one with 1 ex shot the 2th 3 ex shots then they handed me 2 smalls after arguing with the manager and looking at my bill I had paid for the large not the small they remade them only to leave out the ex shots did not find this out until I got home called them up more arguing I never had any problems with starbucks ONLY this location

Thanks for just letting me wait in line with nobody there for nearly 5 minutes and having conversations while taking your sweet time making my coffee...oh and taking multiple pictures of the coffee itself while I was waiting ....dont lose that motivated spirit guys ...its your world, were just living in it :)

The has become my "usual" location, and I cant think of a single time when my drink was incorrect, I dealt with an unpleasant person on staff, or even was stuck in line behind an idiot customer. Not once... I look forward to seeing the same group of faces in the morning; theyre all refreshingly pleasant.

I have no negative things to say about this particular store. It is always clean, they are fast at taking orders both inside and to go orders, as well as making the orders. I always come here and Ive never encountered a rude employee or have gotten my order wrong. Overall, great place to go to.

I was calling around, looking for a specific product. The girl, Julie was extremely rude!!! To the point where, I wanted to hop in my car and drive to the location. It was so bad that I wouldnt be surprised if her name wasnt really Julie...what a shame. #good employees are so hard to find!!!

Rude staff I used to visit 2-3 a week but no longer do at my last visit I attempted to pay with a $100 bill and was told "that they could give me change I should try using a card like normal people" prefer to drive further away to another one who appreciates their customers

The glass container where they keep like cookies and bread and stuff has flies inside sometimes--well out of the two times Ive come Ive seen flies in there...just a heads up. Over all the place and the employees are very nice. Its just that small problem with the flies.

Be advised. If you have seen anywhere that Starbucks offers a "free birthday drink" its only for "Gold Members" and requires a "card" and requires a "Membership" that you have to pay for in advance so technically Starbucks doesnt offer a Free Birthday drink.

Weird vibe, far too much milk in my coffee(asked for coffee with milk, not the reverse). This was in person. Previous time when I used the drive through I had a better experience, wait wasnt too long although seems a bit slower than in recent years.

FYI for this who are saying there was flies in the cookie case that is just the display case they dont get the food you order from that case. The food you order is wrapped in in a temperature controlled environment!!

I placed a mobile order and after getting there 10 min later my food wasnt ready. I waited for another 20 minutes and until then they told me they didnt have what I ordered. Very disappointed with my experience
