I went through the drive way. I ordered two grandes and one Venti. I got three grandes. So I go inside and tell them I ordered a Venti. The guy was so nice about it but the guy who originally handed me the drinks said I paid for a grande, why am I getting a Venti. I said I ordered a venti and would have paid for said venti had it been rung up properly. He just seemed to have more attitude and like I was wrong. I order this drink nearly every day. I know what I said and have witnesses. What also annoyed me is there was no hazelnut in it. Maybe one squirt but for a venti? The Starbucks in stonebriar mall always puts at least 6 shots.

I am currently at this store, which I come there very often to study and this barrister got a tray of some kind of sandwich, shared it to everybody at the store and passed me by. Not that I am very hungry and I need to eat, I spend at least $100 a month on starbucks coffee which I adore. But this behavior to me is bizarre. I felt discriminated on. I am about to walk to the counter and talk to them but I ask myself if it is worth my time. Sad that we have such a bad attitude at this day and age!!!! May be she did not notice but ...... really?

Worsts service EVER! Went to get a coffee and was told that I had to get a pour over because they were out of regular coffee. When I got my pour over at regular price mind you, it was cold and diluted with half and half after along wait getting it. Then the girl at the Drive-thru "Amy" got an attitude because I asked for extra sugar. I will never give them my business again.

No point in mobile ordering when you have to wait for everyone in line to get theirs first.... Thats right!! Im member of Starbucks over 15 years in my life but this place Starbucks11450 US-380 at cross road 76227 Texas, Is RUDE costumers service I ever had Specialy the ladies wearing different uniform on cashier.

My husband always orders the same thing. He has had bad luck with other stores making it improperly. This store always gets it right the first time - cold brewed iced coffee with cream and sweetened. Not complicated, but often unsweetened at other stores.

I sometimes come here to study, and the workers are extremely kind and helpful! As I was studying, they made sure I had enough water, and asked if I needes anything besides that. I really love Starbucks, but even more so for one with friendly staff.

Drive thru here. This Starbucks location is one of the fastest, most efficient Ive been to, but it is also one of the rudest as well. These folks need their morning coffee before serving customers!
