The last time I was in this store they were out of plain Bagels. The manager was very short with me kind of like she was mad at me. Then she proceeded to tell me that two customers came in before me and ordered two dozen plain Bagels each like it was my fault! How can you run a bagel store and be out of bagels? This store in Las Colinas has had some problems over the years. Now its not only with the short manager but I believe its a training issue, their customer service is horrible. I only continue to go back here because they make bagels like in the Northeast. John F

Went into this place at 2pm on a Monday. Thats 2 hours before closing time. The person behind the counter said that all the bagels they had were on the shelf. They had maybe two flavors and a total of 6 bagels between them. The person behind the counter also informed me that they had a big rush that morning and it wiped them out and that they wont make anymore because it takes an hour. Whats the point of staying open until 4 if youre not going to put out more product after a morning rush

Quick service and decent food. I noticed most people just get their food to go which may have to do with the rattle from some machine near where you place your order, the uncomfortable chairs or the music (which I have a feeling is selected by someone who does not work there/listen to it). However they are open half to an hour earlier than other local options. So with head phones and something to sit on the early morning study sessions may continue.

Slow and backwards. One cashier had an issues ringing up a customer. There was an evdr growing line of people. As the cashier helped the first customer tge other employees did not jump on tge other register to relieve the line. Rather the people directly behind tge customer with the issue still had to wait for food. The people who just walked in had there orders completed first... No focus or care.

If you enjoy a good bagel then Einstein Bros. Bagels is a great place to go. I like the everything bagel a lot and have a hard time not getting it every time. My two favorite shmears are garden vegetable and smoked salmon. The service here is a little chaotic at time considering that I am usually here between 6 and 7 AM. There is not a lot of traffic yet, so I do not know why it like that.

Very unorganized and I like Einstein Bagels. The only reason I went there was to get Coffee and Bagels for the office and the Bagels tasted like they were a week old, the coffee was like water and the staff was running around like chickens with their heads off. I get staffing is an issue at times, but in the morning on a Friday, you have got to know people want coffee and bagels.

Ive gone in here couple times already & have yet to have a negative experience. The manager & the same employee who always handles me are so nice! Some ppl are just to picky I suppose. But this location has fed gained a fan, been in las Colinas for a couple years now & never knew there was a location here. Love it.

Ive bought breakfast here on a few occasions, but after today I probably wont be returning. Ordered 2 bagels and asked for them to be sliced and toasted. Got to work, not only are they cold but they arent sliced.... on top of that it took way too long especially to get something I didnt ask for.

We come in regularly, around 1 for late breakfast and theres generally no wait. Staff is always friendly and food is always fast and fresh. If you dont drink soda or coffee, the drink choices are limited but thats a given. The tea is not presweetened, if youre Texan you know that matters lol.

Looking around the neighborhood I went to Einsteins trying to find some good breakfast. It was a little bland and the service was a little slow. Im not a big bagel person, so I probably wont come back but for somebody who does like bagels they offer a wide variety.

Good food and friendly staff as Ive come to expect from Einstein. Loved the open layout of this location and their outdoor patio. The location is difficult to see from MacArthur as its in the strip behind the street front businesses.

Love their bagels and their staff! Always so welcoming. The only reason i give it a 4 star is if you go during the morning rush hour it does take a while to get your breakfast. If you have the extra minutes its totally worth it.

Best bagels you can get only in Einstein Bros bagels. Love their cream cheese spreads. I think they have seasonal cream cheese spreads which are not available all year round. The menu keeps on changing with new ones.

This Einsteins is always very slow with service even when its not busy. It shouldnt take 10 minutes to make 2 bagels. Also they are always out of most of there bagels and you can never get the one you want.

Slow and unorganized they have 3 people working before 10 on a Saturday line wasnt even that long and then 2 more show up and try to re organize. 15 minutes to get a toasted bagel.
