I want to love this place, but every time, my experience has been distinctly lackluster. I love the interior, and the peaceful environment and multitude of outlets should lend it well to a studying location, but the wifi is always *terrible* and the service mediocre at best. The baristas are always very friendly and cheerful but fail to do basic things like acknowledge you when youre waiting at the register until youve been there a while, or not let you know that that thing you ordered 15 minutes ago is still in the works and they havent actually forgotten about you. Even if theyre busy, its just polite to check in and let people know that they havent been forgotten or are being ignored.

Ordered a green tea shaved ice and found out that the worker accidently shaved some plastic so I initially ate some plastic pieces before noticing. I approached 2 workers in a nice manner that some plastic was inside and showed them the pieces. I expected a new order or a refund but was given "I dont know what that is, not sure how it got there sorry" and that was it. Its the retailers responsibility to teach the young folks who works here to own the mistake and fix it, workers that day did not want to admit it. Never been to this cafe since, needs management and training on customer service there was none of either.

Wow. So exotic place. Ive been looking for a best place for my study all the time. Finally, I found one. I would say it is the best ever. If you wanna go to Starbucks for study, you must drop by Caffebene first and try. You will never want to get back to Starbucks. I felt like the library in my school. Donf forget to taste the exotic bakeries and high quality coffee too. Coffee is little bit lighter than Starbux but it rather fits to me since I feel some jitters and nerves after the strong one in sbux. Liked it.

I was here at one time in early 2016 and I did not like the degree of cleanliness of the location. The drinks are only okay as well. They could have improved since then but I was not super impressed during my visit. If the place is now kept in better shape, I can see it having potential to be a much better hang out spot. Look forward to them making improvements in the future.

Ordered the Green Tea Tower Gelato. It only comes in one size and its huge. Probably can serve 4 people with it. It was a little bit too sweet even though most of it was made of ice. They were out of boba tea. The wifi sucks. The atmosphere is really comfortable though similar to Starbucks.

This place closes at 11pm. Plenty of tables inside. Good selection of menu items to snack and drink. Parking lot is huge except its in the back towards the street. Restrooms are clean and there are laptop outlets around the shop.

Fantastic atmosphere and style, it doesnt feel all corporate and cookie cutter like so many others. Great place for a meeting or studying, lots of seating. Coffee is okay, but not amazing, and the staff seem really disorganized.

The food tastes great, but however expect to wait about 15-20 minutes to actually receive the order unless it is drinks. The interior is peaceful and cozy. The customer service is terrible from the moment you enter.

I think this place is going down hill. When I was there, there was only 1 employee working that constantly coughs and doesnt sanitize her hands before preparing foods. Wifi not working at this time.

Everything was great. The atmosphere was very mellow and cafe-like. I got a seasonal red velvet milk tea with boba and the sweetness wasnt overwhelming at all. Id highly recommend it!
