I order from the 1009 W Pleasant Run Rd, Lancaster, TX 75146 Mr. Jims quite often. I placed my order at 6:55 CST online. I normally order online because of the savings. I received the confirmation email showing my order would arrive and a breakdown of my charges. After 1.5 hours I called to check on the delay. George answered the phone and advised he would check into the order. He came back to the line and explained that his manager couldnt locate any order and asked if I had the confirmation number. I provided it and he placed me on hold again. He came back to the line and advised that his manager found the order and stated I selected pick up instead of delivery. I told him that wasnt possible because my car wasnt at home and my receipt shows a $2 delivery charge and $2 tip added to my total paid. George gave the phone to his manager who explained that it was my fault and I would need to come pick up the pizza that was made over 1.5 hours ago. He then said we will deliver it but hes not making anything else. I asked him for his name and a refund. The manager then disconnected the line. I called back and spoke with George again who apologized about the manager disconnecting the line and I asked to speak with him. He began speaking over me stating he didnt just hang up he said thank you then hung up. He was going back and forth with me and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I mentioned that I order there quite often and I was appalled by the service I was receiving. The manager sarcastically mentioned I should be happy about the service I receive every other time. He told me to dispute the charge with my bank and I expressed that I wouldnt support this location any longer. I am dissatisfied with the customer service I received and the leadership of that location.

Very delicious! One of the best pizzas Ive ever had! I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni , it was deluscious, even the crust in my opinion match perfection and kind of had that godfathers taste to it. Also had wings and a 2 liter of Diet Coke. The delivery guy was extremely polite and thoughtful to give me extra Parmesan cheese I didnt even ask for! I highly recommend ordering from this place instead of the Pizza Hut across town because those guys just playing suck, but not gyms. Mr Jims pizza is great! Too bad I cant say thattoo bad I cant say that the Ramada Limited hotel I was staying at wasnt as good. LoL

Went there and order 2 LG pizza and wing and I had went back in to get some cheese the man refuse to put the cheese in my hands he slide it across the counter and walked off I didnt slide my money across the counter but watch him give the lady the same color as him everything in her hand I feel if u dont like all colors u shouldnt be in this type of business yall will never get my services again yall are rude as Hell yall dont deserve a star at all yall need people in there that people friendly for real I NEVER felt this way !!!!

On 7/5/15 I ordered a "create your own original" LG pizza. I requested extra cheese twice and explained to the person why I wanted extra cheese. I was charged for extra cheese but received a regular pizza no different than dominos. This order really upset me because I requested extra cheese twice, paid for it, and received a pizza that really sucked!

A good friend and neighbor recommended Mr. Jims Pizza to me two years ago. I have and am eating the best Pizza I have ever eaten now for over two years. Its just a phone call away. Mr. Jims Pizza, try it once, you will never quit eating Pizza from Mr. Jims.

The pizza is awesome, but the service is really slow and the delivery guy wasnt to happy to be doing his job. Other than that, I would order again. If you have means of travel then just go pick it up yourself.
