Ill give one star only because Im forced to, when in reality they deserve NEGATIVE 5 stars... Ordered pizza, said it would be ready in 20-30 min. Come back 30 min later to pick up, only to be told they were out of pan pizza...no big deal...EXCEPT for the fact that they hadnt started our order at all yet!!! When I placed the order, they ask for your name and number...so why didnt they call me?? Could have called me to tell me that..OR, better yet...at the very LEAST have the other pizzas ready!!! Was told that they had a rush of orders after I ordered...so what does that have to do with me!??? Why is MY ORDER LATE WHEN I ORDERED before this phantom "rush" of people..?? (This Shouldnt have affected my order at all). Glad I dont live in Corpus Christi! Will never go back when I do come to ciair

Pesimo servicio al cliente se equivocan con las órdenes te hacen un descuento y creen que con eso arreglan todo, vuelves a pedir lo que habías ordenado y se les olvida Pesimo customer service are wrong with the orders they make you a discount and believe that with that they arrange everything, you return to ask for what you had ordered and they forget

I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my hotel pizza was to be delivered within an hour in an hour later I called to find out where my pizza was and no one know where my pizza was they said that they would get one out for me immediately a half hour later I called again to find out where my second order of pizza was and they were informed me that they were closed which also meant that I would have no dinner this evening in addition I called service relations to try to speak to a supervisor of which they continued to put me on hold for over an hour so by now any other restaurants that Im a call for delivery is now closed I give you people this warning do not deal with these idiots

If I could give this Pizza Hut restaurant no stars I would!! This restaurant has horrible customer service and the waitress we had last time was the worst! She messed up on our order twice, and laughed about it without even apologizing. You could tell she was a new girl and did not know anything about pizza because we had to constantly repeat our order to her. I complained on their survey already and on the Pizza Hut website, but I still havent received a response from either the restaurant or Pizza Hut customer service.

No bud light, didnt complain, thirty minute wait for wings, didnt complain. One hour wait for pizza, didnt complain. Made the wrong pizza crust, didnt complain. Didnt have my other pizzas ready to go after and hour and a half in dine in, I have had enough. Asked to speak to a manager, manager to my wife and I she was too busy to speak to us. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PIZZA HUT. VERY SAD, UNPROFESSIONAL UNPLEASANT, UNKEPT, ILL MANNERD, SO CALLED MANAGER. Get your home in order Pizza Hut.

Do not order pizza from here. After 2 hours of waiting for my pizza to be delivered I got a voicemail from them which was from a private number asking if I still wanted my pizza delivered even tho I had already paid for it with my credit card online 2 hours ago. They asked for me to call back but I couldnt since the place was now closed and the phones set to voicemail. I had to drive down myself and pick up my pizza and still was charged for delivery. This evening went to have dinner here but will not be going back ever...we placed our ordered yet never received it...I was being patient but after 45-50 minutes of waiting on our food couldnt wait anymore especially since two groups that came after us received their meals before us...honestly I dont think they are even deserving of one star

It took two hours to deliver my pizza! I had to go up to the pizza Hut and demand my pizza. No one offered to make their mistake right. Then it took all day the next day to get a hold of a Manger who was not the manager of the store. After all that they made it right....but come on....all these bad reviews means something!!!!

Not good. I had a free pizza coming 2 me due 2 a previous error but I waited over a month 2 go back and there was no record from the manager that promised it to me. The manager today only wanted to give me a 3 dollar credit for future purchase. Thank you Pizza Hut! No foul language from me but very, very disappointed.

Worst experience with pizza hut by far. Half of the topping were burn to a crisp , the customer service was no help at all and the delivery guy was nothing but rude. Needless to say we are NEVER ordering from that particular location again.
