We were there at lunchtime on Saturday July 9th. We walked in at 12:40pm, second in line, finally had our order taken at 12:55pm- rudely, found out they had lost our order at 1:30pm- she said it would be a while, we believed her, got the wrong order, were disgusted by the cold, soggy fries and brown lettuce, not to mention I didnt get the ridiculously expensive cheese I ordered on my burger. No apologies. No respect. The closest thing to make amends was a free tiny chocolate cake to share between the two of us. However, 15 minutes after eating lunch, my stomach rebelled. Maybe it was the B rating from the health department. Maybe it was the overflowing trash receptacles, or the bathrooms in poor condition. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to eat.

Walked up to the door which had no hours posted. It was a little after 10pm we stood there for a good 15 minutes with the girl in the drive thru looked at us twice didnt even acknowledge we where there. Finally a girl comes around the corner and took our order told us we had to take it to go. The manager then comes from God knows where and fusses because lobby wasnt locked and we walked in. Customer service really is bad there. The girl that took our order was ok. The food was horrible my pita had a small piece of chicken and lettuce that was it. And very hard couldnt even eat it. Nothing good at all about this experience here . Guess I should of known when they have a grade of a B . Or maybe the health department should be called in again.

CAREFUL!! I dont know what they mop their floor with, but the entire dining area is so slippery. Its almost as if they mopped it with the greasy mop from the back. You can see a shiny grease film over the whole floor. Also, another customer told a lead staff there was water on the floor, to put up a sign before someone falls... she said she would get to it when she could.. i sat and ate for about 30 minutes, and the sign was never placed. Love the food, staff not so great!

Lazy employees with an exception of few who actually care about their job. Terrible management. If you are looking for quality service- this is not the place. I have had PUBIC HAIRS in my food when I was pregnant and the manager did not deal with the situation at all and told me to call the corporate office so I could get a refund check. Most nights when I come in they will "be out" of a lot of items when in actuality they are too lazy to make the items that require more work.

This is the most unacceptable restaurant in town. Between the consistent order mistakes, and the fact that they have "system problems" multiple times a month, they are hardly open at night. I was a loyal customer, but after yet again another problem and inability to be served I will not be back. At least we will soon have a Burger King to take care of us overnight employees. Good bye, you terrible waste of a decent chain.

If I could give this less I would. Horrible service, they messed up EVERYONES in the entire restaurant, the bathrooms smelled horrible, the floors were sticky, and they were out of almost every drink. A couple people had been waiting for over 20 minutes and someone asked for their money back after receiving their food because it was terrible. Will not EVER return here.

Staff was incompetent, food was cold, overcooked, small, and orders were incorrect on more than one instance in the same visit. This, on top of the fact that the floor was so greasy my grandma almost fell twice, the mens washroom was out of order, and the womens was filthy, smelly, and had no paper towels. Will NOT be visiting again. Yuck.

The food was beyond greasy. One of the burgers tasted like the meat was microwaved, sour dough jack bread uncooked and an order was wrong on one of my orders to top it off the other burger I orderd had one single 2inch long strip of bacon. REALLY! Took 20 minutes to get a friggin refund!

Definitely worst fast food place in town. Waited at the window for a good amount of time before they even gave the drinks out. The drink was incorrect and so was my order, that was also cold when I received it, horrible service and horrible food.

Drove up and the guy on the other end of the mic didnt know how to run the register? Its pretty simple. Ive worked places like this when I was younger. How does this happen? ITS NOT HARD. WHY WAS THIS GUY LEFT ALONE TO RUN THE BUSINESS????

No season fries but they had their delivery outside. Asked for a receipt and cashier cocked an attitude saying they didnt have paper on either register. Really how are you going to run a business without proper supplies. So unprofessional

This is the second time I have just left while waiting for service. Its hot in there and apparently dont have enough employees. And while waiting for someone; I read their inspection violations. My gut feeling was to leave so I did. Lol

The food is good (much better than my hometowns Jack in the Box), but the service is terrible. They mess up my order quite often (twice in the past month). Even McDonalds can get it right more than these people.

They never answer the phone when I have tried calling. The service is slow. And they never seem to have certain things. When I was pregnant I craved the mini churros. And they were somehow always out of stock

For fast food the breakfast is delicious not the regular eggs from a box and add water they serve real eggs as in actually cracking a shell,service takes a while but everything is fresh and made to order.

Ordered and then waited in the drive through for 23 minutes. By the time I got my food it wasnt even warm. I found a roach in my beverage and was so repulsed ... I will never eat here again.

About what youd expect from a Jack in the Box as far as food and value. Storefront and bathrooms werent well maintained. Staff was friendly, but service seemed a bit slow.

Drive through is so slow. Got served burn, stale, unseasoned curly fries. If you want to chance it they have good days but the service, speed, and quality is often crap.
