Went to IHOP this evening and was infuriated by the staff. When my child accidentally spilled her milk, the server, Jose, brought us a soaking wet towel. He then came back with a few paper towels telling us they were "running out of everything." There was still a huge mess, which he told us he would be right back. He then went over to another customer and cleared their table. All the while, the cook was yelling across the restaurant for servers to pick up the food that had been sitting there. With our children becoming frustrated, I asked if we could place an order to go. Jose took our order and then I left with the children while my husband waited. After the people who came in after us received our food, Jose came back to say that he hadnt put the order into the computer. My husband told him that he would just pay for the drinks that we had gotten since he hadnt put our order in yet. At that point, Jose told him that he had already spent enough time with us. What kind of service is that? Never again will I give any of my money to IHOP.

It was a beautiful Sunday morning so we decided to go out to breakfast. The hostess was so kind and so was our waitress. While waiting for our food we could hear the manager yelling rudely to her staff in the back. It was rather unfortunate because they seemed so attentive. The food was okay not really what we had expected. Upon paying for our meal. The cashier was really horrid and downright rude. We had received a coupon in the mail and decided to use it. Who doesnt like saving a couple dollars right? Anyway the cashier didnt even look at the coupon and blatantly refused it. My husband is always polite to everyone. She spoke to him in such a terrible manner asking him if he knew how to read and so on. We are Hispanic and Im not sure if she meant it in a ignorant manner but it sure felt like it. Needless to say we felt humiliated by her comments. My husband being the ever gentlemen didnt say a word and paid for our meal. Its a real shame that those two individuals really ruined our experience there.

This restaurant doesnt even deserve one star . I was an employee there for TWO days. Why is there only 3 servers and 2 cooks on a Saturday and TWO managers and noone at the front. Managers kept saying "seat the door" knowing we already had tables to take care of all over the place. The manager of FOH was on the side doing nothing but complaining that we need to sit the door. Ive never reviewed on any place but this IHOP needs SERIOUS check up. Ive worked for ihop in baytown and it is way smaller and ran 10x better. Uvalde is always dirty. They just need new managers because the ones they have now arent worth a crap. I have never in my life worked for a more unorganized company in my life ever. And for the little pay and they expect us to be hosts as well. There is no host or dish washer on FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS. Ridiculous seriously. Worst experience EVER.

Horrible experience! The a/c must have been broken because we were sweating while waiting 30 minutes for our order. The waitress forgot to bring us more coffee for 10 minutes until we had to remind her again. She also brought me the wrong order and she had to get the cook to remake the order which took another 10 minutes. If I ever find myself back in Kerrville I will NOT be back. The waitress said "Ive only been here for 2 weeks i dont know the menu"....You should know the menu within your first days of working or being a waitress isnt for you.

We went in for midnight breakfast and one lady was in charge and doing everything by herself out front. We read the bad reviews but were so hungry we took our chances. Well Michelle was our server and she went out of her way to make our made to order breakfasts 2 and one additional meal to go. All three were perfectly made, served and enjoyed so we really wanted to give Michelle props so her manager knows how hard she is working to reverse these poor ratings for their location. If I was the manager there I would look at her!!

If there was an option of giving a place 0 stars, I would gladly give it its first. Waited 15mins at the counter to get my to go order taken, while the staff just stared at me and didnt say a word. Finally got my order and realized when I got home, that they gave me burnt food and it was missing ingredients I paid extra for. Im sorry, but Ive been a waitress and even a bartender for years, this isnt rocket science. I would have rather driven to SA to have a proper Ihop meal.

After watching multiple people, who had been waiting to be seated from before I arrived, get up and leave, I used my cell phone to call management and let them know they were losing revenue. You are having a problem with either insufficient staffing or inefficient service. Having observed your employees on multiple occasions, I belive it is a staffing issue which is more a reflection on management than staff. The omelet was good.

Food was OK, waited over 30 minutes for our food to come. 2 orders of chicken strips and an omelette. 4 other customers in the place. Pancakes that came with the omelette arrived 15 minutes after the omelette. The whole time, we can hear the employees laughing and joking around in the back. If you like long waits, mediocre food and inattentive service, then this is your place, otherwise, i would suggest going elsewhere.

We waited 45 minutes and food never came. A large party came in after us and got their good!! I asked the hostess for the manager and she just made excuses and became indignant when we told her why we wanted to see them. Never did see them, and we left. I will never step foot in this place again, and if corporate IHOP cares for their reputation, they will revamp the management here!!!

Its 9:05pm i walked into IHOP and no knows whats going on. No greeting, i was walked by 3 time after I seated myself while other were greeted and seated 5minutes after me. I love IHOP but service for our generation is not there focus. I left and customers know but not one employee. To hungry and to wait and talk to anyone. Manager have to know whats going on in there building.

Local, been here many years and every time someone suggests IHOP I cringe. The servers are polite but not attentive, always waving them down for drink refills but they are polite. The management is awful and the food is sub par. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Rio Ranch in Ingram for breakfast. Even Dennys is a better choice.

It took a half hour to get some eggs over easy, they were not busy. They got my order all wrong (no biggie, it happens) but what they brought me 4 minutes later were runny whites, the sausage was microwaved? And the hash browns were ok, not real crispy. The waffle thing was fantastic! I would go there for that.
