Although I had to wait in the drive-thru for 30mins. I found out that the lady before me was being extremely difficult. The guy at the window was very nice and offered me an apple pie for the inconvenience. I was going to leave a 1 star review until I was given outstanding customer service by this gentleman. Whataburger has always been our #1 place. Until we saw a medium size cockroach crawling on the wall next to our table. It was so disgusting, we lost our appetite put our food in the trash and left. I wasnt debating about posting this but I know if someone saw a roach in a restaurant they were eating at. I would want to know...

Every time I go there they get my order wrong. Even if they repeat it back correctly, they make it wrong and put it on the receipt wrong. There are also people who work there who are really rude with an attitude in both employee and management positions.
