My fiancé and I are very regular customers at this branch. We always order the same thing each time; a 4 piece chicken tender with okras and roll with sweet tea. A few times Ive let things slide here, such as a gnat stuck in the lid of my iced tea, old batch of chicken tenders that are so over fried dry and crispy inside, and wrong sides quite a few times. But this time, I couldnt just deal with it. I ordered the same thing for dinner at 8:20pm. The chicken was so dry it was more like youre eating crispy fried batter than chicken, they got my side wrong and added an extra side of which I never ordered, and their tea tasted moldy like it had been sitting in the container all day. Ive had their fresh iced tea and know the difference. I asked to get a refund for my food because of all this crap and the rude guy asked me to bring the food back. Who does that?! Anyway, took the food back and got my refund but they lost a very loyal customer due to bad customer service. Will never eat here again, rather pay my money to somewhere with better food HEALTH safety management and customer service.

I love Chicken Express and this place ruins it for me. I always get fried pickles and ranch dressing... and they ALWAYS short me on fried pickles. Ill order a family sized side of it just because I know they will barely cover the bottom of the box! I can go to the Chicken E in Euless on Industrial and get more than twice as much for the same price! Not to mention they recently started charging for ranch. I went in there one day and I told her I wanted fried pickles and 4 things of ranch (dont judge me). She told me okay, took my card, I get my stuff, go back to my car and theres no ranch. So I go back in there without my wallet to ask for the ranch that I ordered with my meal. Shes all like "Oh you have to pay for it"... I was so mad. First of all Ive -never- had to pay for ranch at Chicken E. Second of all, if I was supposed to pay for it why didnt you add it to my total when I ordered it the first time?!

The mashed potatoes had a thick texture and dry taste. I dont know when they started or if theyve always sold "wings." However, I didnt fully read the menu and ordered the spicy #6 and was displeased when I was given crispy drumstick legs and wings. They were quite greasy and dripped. Needless to say, I regret the visit. The french fries were good, until I bit a weird tasting fry then another with the same taste of reused oil. The fountain drinks are standard, I basically paid 11 dollars to at least enjoy a Coca-Cola.

I go to Chicken Express every day on my lunch break. Usually I just get ice (they have the best ice), though sometimes Ill get chicken tenders and some rolls. They are always friendly, if there are a ton of people in front of me, they bring my drinks or food out to me in line as soon as its ready. Granted, I only go between 2-4 Monday through Friday, but whatever people work during those shifts are awesome. And the chicken tenders are awesome.

Ive been eating the fish there for a while and I guess I asked one to many times for a special order......just want it hot and not re-diped in grease when I get there,so I call in a fresh order, been doing it once a week for a while...well all the sudden these last couple visits my foods been so b salty I couldnt eat very much!!!! I like the fish but IM DONE EATING THERE,Ill give my money to someone (Pollo loco) that makes sure ur foods hot!!!

I came here about 11am on a Sunday and got the 7 tenders meal with mashed potatoes and a roll. The box was cold when they handed it to me, and then when I looked at the chicken, it was like cold and scrawny little bits and pieces and it honestly looked like it was day old food. I didnt eat the chicken at all. My boyfriend ended up eating it (he will eat anything) and said it made his stomach hurt.

while the restaurant was clean, food was very greasy. Everything fried except .for rolls, mashed potatoes, cole slaw. All they do to make the corn is boil in water and liquid butter and sweet and low. corn is frozen, mashed potatoes and gravy are instant. What a rip off. Just the smell alone is enough to turn my stomach.

The manager Tina there at the Irving Chicken Express is very rude and had an attitude with me when I asked for my drinks that they forgot. I also complained about her to the General Manager Jimmy and he didnt sound all interested in my complaint. I used to love eating here but the poor management and managers ruined it.

They got my order all wrong at the drive through and because they put everything in boxes you really cant see what you ordered when you look in the bag. The chicken wasnt at all crispy. I paid $25 and did not get all the food I ordered, I live too far away, Ill never go back to this one. Was there 7/15 around 6PM

My husband placed an order @ 4:20 this afternoon for chicken tenders, gizzards, okra & corn nuggets. The ONLY thing that was halfway warm were the gizzards because they were cooked while he waited. Even the rolls were cold. We only live 10 minutes away. We couldnt eat it. It was a total waste of money!! Wont be back

We came came here purchased over 25 dollars worth of mixed chicken decided to try the chicken tenders we bought two pieces and for almost 4 dollars total they gave us two pieces of the size of a chicken nuget. We were very disapointed on top of that our chicken was dry and cold. Not going back

Chicken is delicious and inexpensive. Served very quickly. Everything youd expect from a place called chicken express. Obviously a bad place to go if you dont like chicken, but if youre a vegetarian the sides are delicious and heartily sized so you wont leave hungry.

Was BAD! when are you not able to get what you want as a paying customers. I asked for a #1 no gravy two rolls and two mash and I was willing to pay extra and I was told No they werent going to do that for me. WHAT THE HECK they have lost a high paying get customer.

First of all the people that work here pay more attention to some womens kids that works there then us as customers. The little girl was wondering around the restaurant going behind the counter. And I have gone there a lot of time and have never hated the service

Pretty clean place...when i went ( on a Thursday afternoon) it was pretty dead... A bit pricey but tasty food good and portions...kid behind the counter was friendly and helpful(my first time ordering from there)...SUPER spacious single bathrooms

Pretty good Chicken-E. Quick service and the employees are always really nice! My dad, brother, and I tend to eat here once a month on Fridays for lunch, lunch has never taken more than 30 minutes.
