I have been in the area for about 6 years. The turn over at this location has been about medium which could be expected for fast food, however the crew they have now at the Hebron and 121 location is not a good crew. The manager name is HOPE, and she is very rude every time I come. She refused to give me any information to contact management, and engaged with her workers laughing that I wanted to cancel my order. She is running customers off from a good location. FIND ANOTHER MANAGER ...You just lost a faithful customer

This place is always clean it seems like. I ordered a bunch of food and everything came out hot according. I just moved back into the neighborhood and had a coupon. It seems like the manager or owner wasnt too happy with the coupon that I used. So Im giving this a 5-star review because the food was pretty damn good. Also the staff was attentive to my needs and now I have leftovers for work.......

HONESTLY WISHING I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS. love the food HATE the service. gotten my order wrong twice now and wont be going back. im sure my order would have been right if the people behind the counter werent having a full on conversation not even paying attention to what they should be doing. I WILL NOT BE BACK. IVE WASTED ENOUGH GAS HAVING TO GO BACK UP THERE TO GET MY ORDER CORRECTED.

Manager is extremely rude, a middle age white guy who has no idea what customer service is. Also, double check the chicken to make sure it is fully cooked, my 4 pieces of chicken were all undercook and the manager did nothing to compensate and just stated that the chicken were "fully cooked". I would avoid this location, will never be coming back.

I visited Chicken Express yesterday (mind you, this was my first time ever visiting). The service at this location was EXCEPTIONAL!! The food was hot, fresh (I was offered fresh rolls straight off the baking sheet!)! I have never been treated so well at a restaurant. What an incredible dining experience. Would definitely go back again!!

I was at this location and had very poor service. One employee was on a personal phone call. Another said he would be right with me and then he walked over to another employee and just started talking. I was on my lunch hour and I was the only person in line. I waited about 5 minutes and left. I will not be back.

I really didnt want to give this location even one star. I use to brag on this location for great food and service until HOPE came. I have never encounter a manager to talk crap about a customer in their face and get the workers to engage also. I will not be returning to this location.

I have never experience bad service at this location until the new manager HOPE came on. She is nothing like the Robert or any of the other crew member. HOPE lacks people skills and is NOT a good asset to the company.
