Went there with my aunt to get dinner and a ice creme cake for my little brothers birthday. After about 30 min of watching way to many teenagers stand around and casually talk as if they werent on the clock they were rude to me and my family and didnt even get the order right spent a lot of money thought they would surely check the order. Also sometimes there ice creme taste like sour milk and makes me feel sick. Multiple times of visiting this place there is always too many workers not doing anything and teenaged workers off clock getting free food and wearing ridiculous short clothing. RUINED my little brothers birthday which happens I dont like once a year.

This is probably the worst Dairy Queen Ive ever been to. First of all, we went through the drive thru... Two of the girls were horsing around inside and we could see them through the window.l while two or three other employees just watched them. One girl was on her hands and knees and another girl was standing on her back trying to put cups up on a shelf, then dropped the sleeve of cups on the ground more than once and picked them up and put them on the shelf to use for later. Talk about unsanitary!!! On top of that, I ordered a chicken salad with no tomatoes... And of course it had tomatoes, Im allergic by the way. If I could give zero stars, I would!!

Service was the worst I have ever received. Brittany the "Manager" took no ownership of what was going on. I heard under staffed a few times and that a truck had not delivered something ordered. I get it when things get backed up, but tonights experience went beyond that. I placed my order at 10:26pm and there was no acknowledgement of or order until we went back to the counter roughly 25 minutes later. We finally received our order at approximately 11:08pm. Shocked I went to speak with the manager about this. She would not speak with me. Dairy queen is usually better than this. Mat be just stay away from this location.

I have eaten at DQ all my life. All 4 of my kids worked at DQ as a first job. I know what Im talking about. They were all friendly.... Just incompetent. My burger was fixed incorrectly. I asked for no onions or tomatoes and it had both. The meat was lukewarm at best. I ordered a double meat bacon cheeseburger. The bacon was on top of first patty and cheese was underneath the bottom patty. I asked to upsize or Texas size the fries and drink. I got a large cup but barely enough fries for a medium order. Definitely not worth the $12.00 I paid for it. I wont be back to this location again

The customer service at this place is awful we ask for ranch and they said it would be $0.55 plus tax the french fries were also not cooked all the way the burger had no taste they brought us our dessert ice cream first and then took our number so when our food came the lady couldnt find us then when we got our food the gravy was like soup then I asked if I could trade the gravy soup for some ranch and they said that was okay I probably will not go back to this restaurant unless theres a zombie apocalypse

I paid $17 for: A meal that wasnt fully cooked, with toast or should I say BREAD. It wasnt even toasted, just bread put in the bag of my sons kids meal!? My blizzard was given to me melted after 15 minutes parked waiting. The lady came out with only my kids meal. Forgot my drink, blizzard and sundae. Went back and I get home taste my blizzard and its the wrong blizzard....... THIS DQ SUCKS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Royal blizzards! My daughters and I hit the drive thru to try these. My daughters got blizzards that had fudge in the middle. I had the Royal strawberry cheesecake..this is a must try..real cubes of cheesecake, and the Royal blizzard had huge strawberry slices in the middle..I shouldve snapped a picture, but it was so good I forgot! Drive Thru staff were very pleasant and quick delivering our order to us.

Worst service ever! We went through the drive thru and only ordered fries and to my suprise it took about 20 minutes just to get an order of fries. The people behind us ordered more yet they got their food faster. I felt like snails couldve brought me my food faster. Then expirence just continued to get worse due to a very rude employee named Lau.

Customer service here is horrible. Twice they have screwed up the order in the drive thru. I will not go here again. They also did not offer me anything for my inconvenience. What the hell happened to customer service. The manager needs to get a grip on his employees. I thought this was supposed to be fast food.

We came here after a bad experience with the Rufe Snow store. Got our food in 7 minutes and the employee who took our order and delivered our food was so pleasant! Great job! We will drive the extra miles to come to this store from now on even though the Rufe Snow location is closer.

I have been to this location and other locations and never had a problem untill tonight. The very poor customer service from a server to the poor expectation of her knowledge my blizzard was melting and was dripping down the side. Manager needs to retrain their people.

I ordered a blizzard and a banana split and was told to pull forward to wait for my order. And then five minutes later I get a "blizzard" that is basically a melted shake. I dont know why I give this location another chance because this happens every time.

Nothing major just your average DQ with the worst entrance along with all other fast food joints in that section. Only complaint would be, add a separate easy entrance to building.

I like their beef tacos & their burgers. Service is always quick & their prices are very reasonable. I also like their chocolate ice cream sundaes. Its a great treat on a hot day!

Threw ice cream in trash. Taste seemed off. Restroom had no paper towels and dryer wouldnt work. Faucet wouldnt turn off so water wasted. The cashier knew about the problem.

Order 2 Milkshakes and got a sundae. Dont know in what language the two words sound alike that they would mix that up. Horrible customer service. They just didnt care.

Served pretty much as expected- Blizzards were rather liquid, no way they would have passed the "upside down" challenge so server wisely didnt try.
