We were the first customers in to this 5 Guys today. My wife had never been so we took our youngest. The lady was helpful but with being the only people in there we got bombarded by three employees asking how many patties, etc. My wife had a single burger ("little), my son a hot dog and I ordered a single/little bacon cheeseburger. Bacon was paid for but didnt come on my burger. The total was $25 for those, fries and two drinks. The burger was awful, we both ended up eating them with a fork. The fries are good, (I would pass on their cajun seasoning), but they are good with their malt vinegar. The brown paper bag service is the worst idea in any restaurant Ive ever been to. The brown bag also prohibits bussing your own table. I could go on. I will never go back - and I dont say that about restaurants, ever. I dont get why people like 5 Guys, especially so close to a Burger Street, Whataburger and In N Out - all vastly superior to 5 Guys!

Just went here to pick up some burgers and fries for myself and the hubbs. He got a bacon cheeseburger with just lettuce and I got a cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap and we shared a large fry. I was plesantly surprised when the employee who was making my order asked if I was getting the wrap because I had an allergy (I have celiac, not technically an allergy, but I say yes because its easier for people to understand). Overall I give the order 3 stars as some onion made its way on to my husbands burger (he HATES onion), and the fries were a little too salty for me. But, I am giving an extra star for the care that they took in my order, for being knowledgeable about gluten allergies/celiac and for even putting my sandwich in its own bag. Props, 5 Guys.

Good patties and fries, but was very dissapointed by the buns. No bettet than McDonalds buns. They probably have the same bun supplier even, almost an exact copy of McDobalds buns which are pretty cheap and have no flavor IMO. Customer service was great, but overall it was priced too highly for the quality. They advertize $5 burgers but thats really only for the plain small burger. For a family of three it cost us about $30 total. My suggestions, change the buns to a tastier and higher quality one and lower the price a bit. Also they has no "for here" trays, and serve everything in togo bags which is pretty cheapskate.

I am giving it 2 stars rather than one because their food is really good. I keep giving this location more and more chances but I cant anymore. For instance, today, after saying I was done with this location, a coworker wanted it so I ordered online for the whole office. We ordered 6 fries and only got 2 of them. I wouldnt be mad if this was the first time it happened but it happens every time. They screw up my burger order whether I order online or in store and Im really sick of it. If youre going to charge that much, at least get the orders right and in a timely manner.

Great laid-back place to grab a burger & fries. Careful on the fry order size, they are VERY generous with their fries! You almost feel a little pressured to get a "Hamburger" (with 2 patties of meat) as opposed to the "Little Hamburger" (with 1 patty) with the title of the burgers, but its always a treat to get a fully-loaded burger without being charged an arm & a leg for the added ingredients. They also work well for Gluten Free folks, get it lettuce wrapped or in a bowl, and the fries are fresh (and not fried with gluten products in the frier).

Ive known about this Five Guys and their great burgers for years now but had never had the chance to actually taste one until a couple of weeks ago. I was not disappointed, the hamburgers have great taste and their fries(although a bit saggy) were really good. It is a bit pricey for a fast food place but the food is really good that you forget that after a few bites. The place looks really clean and simple in terms of decor which is something that I enjoy. I also like to read what critics have to say about the place. Will definitely go back.

Our first visit was good. When we walked in we were instantly greeted. The cashier was very helpful when she explained the menu item and prices. She let us know that the produce like the potatoes and fruits for the smoothies are fresh. The place was clean and it wasnt busy at all. Our food came out hot and fresh. They bag all of their orders to go even if you eat in. We dont like that they dont offer ranch at all. The prices are kind of high and thats what we didnt like the most. The menu shown on Google Maps is incorrect.

Took the lady and one of the kids for burgers here about a week ago. Nice bright and clean atmosphere, although seating was very cramped. Too many tables in too little space. Ordering was efficient, line moved quickly and order was taken properly. The burgers were delicious, if a bit overpriced. I ordered the cajun fries and they were simply amazing in both flavor and quantity. Next time youre flying by a Five Guys, and can use a delicious gut bomb, stop in!

I like 5 guys, its a good burger, and the fries are excellent. Unfortunately there is a Red Robin right around the corner and for about the same price I can get a better burger, unlimited fries and a bottomless rootbeer float. Or if I am feeling cheap I can run to In n Out down the street. I used to eat here all the time but they have been overshadowed by superior competition in my burger craving hierarchy.

Poor value.. very thin small patties single for 5.29. Pretty sure it was less than 1/4 lb. Cajun fries pretty good too heavy on the seasoning (small order is enough for 2). Total tab 1 small burger and small fry 9.08. Not good enough to come back at that price. For this corner Red Robin is better. Or go down the street to Vinos.

I sat and watch the Fry scooper Fall on the FLOOR the lady name Lindsay that works there takes it behind the door, I’m looking directly through the window and all she does is wipe the top with a napkin, she had to keep getting Napkins because the Cajun spices wouldn’t come off.. Just NASTY

Never a disappointing visit to Five Guys! This has to be hands down my favorite chain burger joint in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The meat and ingredients all taste fresh the fries are amazing! (Try the Cajun Fries). Highly recommend to anyone craving a really tasty burger!

Hard to find anything wrong with 5 Guys. They have damn fine burgers. Only gripe is that when the staff is new/inexperienced, the order can be a little slow, which has happened here a couple times. They are friendly though so it is not a huge deal.

Food is fine....just your every day burgers/fries/hot dogs. Prices are insane - $8/burger, $4.50 for a hot dog, $3 for fries. Itll be the last time I eat at a 5 Guys....I can get a better meal at a sit down restaurant.
