We have been their customers for around 1.5 years now, and we used to enjoy the items they had on their sushi menu. However, we are very disappointed that they have started to reduce the size and portion of their sushi rolls. Their 1960 roll has reduced by at least 2 pieces, and the diameter and overall contents of their California roll has reduced by at least 50%. We first experienced these changes during our previous visit around 2 weeks ago. Albeit being disappointed, we decided to try their sushi rolls again today. We gave them feedback in person about our negative experience the last time. Despite that, we were still served the reduced portion rolls. We will not return here again and have decided to take our business elsewhere. Their host has been very pleasant to us, and has consistently provided good service. We met a new host today, and this person too communicated well and delivered good service.

May was a great server and answered many questions but the quality of the sushi was not good. The Sushi roll paper was rubbery and not chewable. The soy sauce was funny tasting and the Shaggy dog roll was funky. I eat sushi a lot and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt bad for having to leave but I was not going to eat the rest of the Roll they were nice enough to charge me for One Roll even though we only had one bite out of each roll. I only went to HB because of the reviews on Google that was 4+ stars compared to the other local locations.. The people checking out in front of us was not happy with the service or the food.. Again our server was fine and very polite but the quality and freshness of the sushi was not up to my expectations for Sushi restaurant. I was skeptical of the google review because it only had 8 reviews but have been in this location for years.. Lesson Learned..

Update**Since posting this review, my friends cc info has been stolen and alot of charges at some Asian places***.........We went here for a friends bday, our portions were small and the total was so expensive, not to mention the highest gratuity. . We had lobster which seem like the imatation version...but table next to us had an actual lobster tail and heavier portions...when we asked about it, the waitress had an attitude and not helpful, next, we asked for the manager, the well speaking English manager sent over the broken english, older gentlemen....all in all, we didnt get real lobster bc the cook picks and chooses, what lobster to give to the customers....the whole staff stood in front with their arms folded and whispering..., we started to feel very uncomfortable...need a negative star for this place...pay with cash

Ive frequent this establishment for 10 years and decided to treat my mom tonight. What a mistake! We were scammed out of our ice cream dessert, just to be told sorry we made a mistake... we forgot we put ice cream on the Mothers Day Special menu. Then to our surprised we sat and watched all the ladies get roses, except us. When we complained to management he more concerned about who our waitress was instead of apologizing for our experience... and still managed to not even offer my mother a rose. Needless to say, the $600.00 annually that I spend there will be ZERO... this day forward and Ill also be informing all the people Ive referred over the last 10 years to spend their money elsewhere. This was a huge dissapiontment.

Preface: I never leave reviews because I help people gain exposure on the internet and understand how detrimental these reviews can be to a business, but this was necessary. Worst hibachi I have ever been to. Waitress was very rude. Had to walk to the front and have her grab a beer for us. She was sitting in the front playing on her cell phone. Wouldnt bring more sauce even when we said we would pay for it. Drinks never got refilled......Not one time!! Overall absolutely terrible. Was here for a graduation dinner with 20 people, so they knew it was a special occasion. Was in the service industry for a long time so I completely understand it, but the was a shame!

This place looked very inviting once you get in. With the first person you encountered looked very kid friendly with his Perry the platypus hat. Their drinks are amazing over all. Their handmade Happy birthday cards were simply amazing. They have amazing sushi rolls. Though their is only one chef making the sushi the your roll of sushi should get to you within a 20-25 minute range give or take. The waiters are all mostly asian and are extremely friendly. If you ever go and get drinks there i would suggest the pina colada it is delicious.

It make me sick just to mention that place ,i went today to celebrate my birthday with my wife when they bring our salads they arrive my wifes with dead Roche inside her bowl then i took the first bite of my salad when i saw few small roaches rcoming out from the bottom of my salad bowl i picked up and i saw a biger dead roache on the bottom i runn out of there no before i warned the other people on my table please if you appreciate you healt dont eat there.

Great first experience! My boys loved the fire and volcano action. You are not going for the food exactly...but you will leave with a smile on your face:) Family had a good time. Make sure you research menu beforehand because I was lost on what to get. Server recommended a spicy sushi which was awesome. Nothing too spectacular about the rest of the food but the show was neat. Pricey. Ask for ice cream at the end!

This place has horrible customer service! My husband booked the party room for my birthday, and we were there 30 minutes early. They sat another group at our table and we needed up sitting at 3 different tables. It separated my entire party. They werent apologetic, nor did they seem to care that my family and friends waited over an hour to be seated, and we werent together. We will not come back here!

We go here about once a year and love it everytime! The cooks have all been amazing with tons of personality. Steak, seafood, vehgies, fried rice.... everything hibatchy has been fantastic. We have only ordered sushi here a couple of times and it was ok. We stick with hibatchy when we come here. Cost is respectable for hibatchy. We are usually close to $25-30 per person.

I can honestly say, I had an incredible experience.. It was my 53 rd birthday and I was photographed in costume..everyone that was also dining there along with staff sung Happy Birthday to me..And I was presented with a pineapple with sparkler..Upon leaving..I received a signed Birthday card with my picture in it.. God Bless everybody.. that made it so special..

Third time to this restaurant. Each time the filth has increased to finally reach unacceptable; I am amazed they have not been shut down due to filthy floors, chairs, walls; even the windows were splattered with caked on layers of filth. It was so filthy behind the bar I almost took a photo of the floor to post. Last time to visit this restaurant.

I walked in with a party of 4 and was told it was only 20 minute wait tops. Fast forward to almost an hour later still no seat. I dont know where the normal lady that runs the front was but she was not there. The people that were running it tonight had no idea what they were doing and werr goofing off.
