The food is good but the service is hit or miss. The first time I went I waited several minutes for a server. Another server came by and told me someone would come to me. Waited some more time and finally he did come with a glass of water. Later on another server came to pour more water and had mixed with lemonade. It may seem minor but I was aggravated. It wasnt busy at all for that matter. They gave me a voucher for a free appetizer for a future visit as a sort of constellation. I came again a few days later and it was better. The person that took my card for payment mixed me up the people next to me; giving me their change and pouring them more water despite them leaving. At least the food is good...

Here was My beef ramen experience having tried every high rated ramen shop in houston - The stock was creamy and flavored, the noodles were a medium texture and had a nice chew. I added seaweed, bok choy, pork shoulder and soft shell crab. All were cooked perfect except the soft shell crab wasnt as crispy as I would have liked. I also ordered a cocktail, gyoza, and mochi. They actually make their own mochi and it was very good, and definitely the best gyoza I have ever had. Id say it is my second favorite next to Tiger den, but it is not traditional ramen- I would consider it more fusion ramen :) will definitely go back.

The Thai veggie broth coconut red curry bowl was absolutely disgusting. My noodles was soggy and mushy, my service could have been way better than it was and the manager had an attitude when I complained about my food because I didnt want to replace it with anything. She didnt even check on us after giving me my martini. I will never eat there again and anything Thai shouldnt be on that menu- disgraceful. I make coconut curry noodle soup with chicken broth and rice noodles st home- I was highly disappointed.

Carrots and cucumbers in my ramen. What a sin. Ramen was cold and I was served fully absorbed noodles that turned to mush by the time it got to us. Egg was cold on the inside as if it came out of the fridge and they tried to heat it up with the broth. Pork was pork loin...very tough, dry and chewy. Never saw that cut if pork in ramen ever. Worst ramen I have ever had in my 45 years on earth. Waitress was friendly but not enough to save that meal.

The Gyoza is pretty tasty. I was with 4 co-workers and ordered tonkatsu Ramen, as did 3 others. None of ours came out the way we ordered it. The waitress couldnt even identify which bowl was which. The broth was abysmally bland, and the noodles tasted pre-cooked and were very overcooked to the point of being mushy. My egg was actually cold. The broth wasnt hot enough to heat it up. Overall a total disappointment.

Server took several minutes to get my drink order. Ordered the Hot stone chicken rice bowl. It didnt come with chicken. The server rarely made an appearance. I finally flagged someone down about it and a manager even came by. Waited but still no chicken. Over an hour and i never saw my chicken. Ate the rice bowl ( not bad) amd the manager gave me half off on my meal. Dont think i will be back

NAO Ramen just opened in rice village. The Kyoto fries were soggy, the meat cold and chewy. The ramen broth tasted like it was just off the shelf stock. The pork belly was so chewy you couldnt even eat it. We ordered the beef ramen and tonkatsu. All those complaints... No refund or discount. Wont go again.

yummy! Kyoto fries were amazing and the chicken curry was yummy. My husband ordered the beef ramen and was very pleased. What a great location they scored!! Great ambience and service:) If you are in the area I would definitely recommend this place!

Although the waiters and the atmosphere were nice, the Ramen was Terrible. It tasted like water and the noodles were not cooked properly. We felt that we wasted our time and money. We really hope they will get better. New Chef please!

The place is brand new and already starting to fall apart. All of the broth tastes vaguely like dirt, as did the tea. The service was great though. Its a shame theyll lose their jobs when Nao goes out of business.

I came here in the opening day. The servers are very nice and friendly. The ramen was probably the worst Ive eaten in my life. I was born and raised in Japan, and personally it is not worth spending money.

As I walked in I was greeted with such speed which is great, however when I got my food. It told a different story. It tasted bland. It was good, but I couldnt get over the bland taste. Plus the price! No!

The freeze dried Ramen at stores is better than this. The beef Ramen soup and flavor was DISGUSTING. We wondered why it was empty while everything else was packed. "Nao" we know why. Avoid this place.

Food was OK - a bit of a disappointment. Had the red curry ramen - broth was pretty bland and the noodles were gummy. Have had better ramen elsewhere. Setting is nice and service was very good.

My cellphone needed charging and the waiters there were so helpful as to find me a place at once and kept an eye on it all through my dinner. Moreover, eating outside is really cool at night

The ramen leaves much to be desired.. its not bad, but not anything youd want to order to eat that would be enjoyable. There are better options in Houston. The fries are delicious though!

Went there last week with 3 people and none of us enjoyed the food we probably should have left after the first bit considering we all had upset stomachs after eating this garbage

Nasi hiring made my husband because we dont find egg, and fried rice. Not enough green veggies. Disappointed to us. Potstickers look like from a typical big vendor.

This service was good, but the ramen was really bad. Went first couple of weeks of opening but would not recommend and will never go again. The pork was inedible.

Seems mostly like a place to go for drinks, the ramen and sushi has been pretty mediocre for the price. Service is ok I guess, but not a place for a formal date.

This place is terrible. Easily the worst ramen in all of Houston. Took 2 bites and ended up leaving to go eat next door. Dont waste your time or money here.

Terrible ramen, it was not rich nor flavorful and way over priced. Good service but waiters/waitresses were extremely awkward. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

Ordered from UberEATS and order was not complete. When you call the restaurant you are directed straight to voicemail. Poor customer service.

The service is great, but the food really need some improvement, loved the ambience and decor, but ramen and rice both did not impress us.

Instant ramen has a better texture and the broth tasted like water. Actually it might have been instant ramen without the flavor pack.
