I have visited Minuti 4 times ( today was #4 at Fondren & Westheimer) in the last 5 to 6 months. I would love to have an alternative to Sbux in the Galleria area... I had high hopes for this place. Out of the 4 times Ive been in... my order has been prepared correctly exactly ZERO times. Thats right.. 100% failure rate, NOT ONE single time have they gotten my order correct. Its not complicated. medium Latte: extra shot, whole milk, no foam, not too hot ( 120º or so.. warm ) last time this happened I actually contacted customer service / corporate with an email via the website .... NO RESPONSE. so, again today.. incorrect order. OVER $5.00 for a cup of coffee and its not right. <<< 4 times its not right.. not just ONCE.. but FOUR times. contact mgmt - IGNORED This tells me one of two things... either they have so many complaints that they cannot handle all of them OR they dont give a crap about their customers or their customer service. Either way, I wont go back.. EVER - back to the big chain on every corner for average coffee..

Im not a fan of their drinks or dessert. Ive been here twice, and somehow in those two trips, they always forget my order. For the first time I went here, they forgot my brownie, I was waiting and then suddenly the guy who was doing the drinks just disappeared, maybe his shift ended, dunno. But, I just told the other lady who came in about my brownie. The second time I went here, my iced coffee was forgotten. I was waiting for it at the front and there was nothing until I asked them about it. In the end, the guy who was making the drinks didnt even know what I ordered and forgot to add the shot that I asked and paid for. I didnt say anything, anymore. I was really disappointed. The place is not that busy in comparison to Stabucks, and somehow they always forget my order? How come? Anyway, I love the ambience of the place. Looks really good and pleasing to the eyes!

Today was the first time I visited Minuti Coffee, and I had such a wonderful experience. My first thought walking in was that it gave off very chic and comfortable vibes. I had a vanilla latte that was absolutely delicious! However, what I was most impressed with the barista. Bella, was extremely welcoming! She explained everything I needed to know about the type of coffee served there, and also let me sample the gelato (which was also delicious). She frequently stopped by my table to see if I needed any refills, napkins, etc. She was extremely energetic and her hospitality was astonishing. I would absolutely visit there again for the coffee and defintely for the staff.

Really bad costumer service, they lie. I came yesterday and was no service for card payment, and internet, so I called them today before to come to the cafeteria and I asked them if the internet was working? And thy said yes, so I came because I need a place to study and use the internet drinking a nice coffee and surprise the internet was not working!, I went to ask them if was not working and they said yes it supposed to be working. They saw me trying to get the internet and they did not help at all.

Great coffee that has amazing coffee and awesome other choices. I dont like that they dont have outlets with the exception of one table and its very loose that the cable always falls. Their WiFi doesnt work great all the time, I do not recommend the place for someone who needs to do work and needs WiFi and electricity. But its great for hanging out with friends and enjoying the coffees/teas/ice cream/light food

Hi! I just moved to Houston from Europe and I was looking for the place most similar to European coffee shops Im used to. Minuti Coffee is that place. Employees are nice and friendly. Coffee is good. But I have a few suggestions for better looking and better feeling: more flowers around coffee shop, put pillows on the chairs and put a few parasols. Nice greeting, Daniela

Good food and good coffee. The people here really wanted to please. My big beef with this place is that people like to visit coffee shops to be comfortable, caffeinated, and connected (to the internet). WiFi was good, but there was a tragic deficit in wall outlets, so my computer stayed in my bag because it was low on battery at the time. To go? Great. To stay? Ill pass.

I was traveling through Houston and just wanted some hot chocolate. I know this is a "hipster" kind of place, but really? I paid 5 dollars for a small hot chocolate. The cup was filled only halfway. I asked the barista and he said that its normal so that the chocolate "blah blah". And it was very thick. I dont want to drink a snot-like hot chocolate. No taste either.

I had to travel all the way from Baltimore to find a real Italian coffee joint! Even if youre not a coffee snob, theres plenty to steal you away from your chain coffee place of choice. Highly recommend the Sexy Cubano - sweet and cinnamon without being a sugar bomb like whatever passes for lattes at The Place That Shall Not Be Named.

Extremely nice workers. Very quick with great suggestions. Just let them know that it is your first time and they seem more than happy to walk you through their menu and help you make a great selection. Top notch customer service. Ive gone two separate evenings and had a consistently good experience from the same barista.

This is a pretty cool coffee shop, I was surprised when I started seeing them pop up all over Houston. They have this decent program, you fill up a giftcard and they give you your first coffee for "free," its not really free but its a neat program to have you keep coming back. Great tasting coffee too.

Everyone is super-nice here, and the coffee is excellent! The only problem I have is with the TV selection. The OWNER got it into his head to keep it on FOXNews for some reason (the clientele is mostly Middle Eastern), but after the client fall-off because of that, the TV is now always on ESPN.

So much better than Starbucks, the service is great, vibe is way better, doesnt feel like Im in a fast food type coffee shop.. Love the over all atmosphere... Coffee is better quality and cheaper.. Ive been driving right past the Starbucks everyday and enjoying my mornings here instead.

Customer service is average. What I dont understand is they dont have adequate AC outlets to charge your devices. There are only two (2), outlets that are in the corner side by side. Very disappointing! If Minuti is competing with Starbucks then they have yet a long road to travel.
