Im just going to say this. Ive been coming here for some time now. The service keeps getting worse and worse every single time I come in. Ive been listening to "chatter," amongst the employees and from what I understand they hired a "service," manager to help with the servers and I have yet to see any improvements. I kept my mouth shut, but now Im torn. It seems the coffee they use is now different from what they used before, the food is getting better as far as options, but if your companies name is the coffee shop company shouldnt you focus on coffee? The coffees are nowe worse than Starbucks, the food is good if you get it on time, and the "oh my god another customer, " looks are plentiful when you come in on a Saturday during all the chaos. Also if you want to know whos selling or buying marijuana, just come into this place in the evening and listen. I understand kids are kids but, there is no professionalism in this work place. Just do your research. Lost mislead customer, and very disappointed. Jared.

Today, we went to the Coffee House in The Woodlands. I was exhausted and hungry. We were all standing around the table waiting to sit down starving while the waiter/busboy kept chit chatting with my mom. He spot cleaned only portions of the table plus stopped cleaning every time he talked instead of hurrying to get the table cleaned so we could sit down. Well, of course, he didnt clean my part of the table where I would be sitting, so I asked him if he could clean it. When he finished wiping it, he turned and confronted me blocking my seat, stood there and asked me, "Is that clean enough?" I didnt answer this smarty pants and just stood there waiting for him to get out of the way for me to sit. He just kept staring at me. I said, "I need to sit down." The air conditioning was broken in the Texas Summer heat and had been for 2 weeks according to the other waitress. This place is so poorly run and the service sucks. I will never go there again. I am so sick of rude young adults! You lost a customer forever!

Stopped by to pick up a drink on the drive back to Dallas. I dont come to Houston very often, but Ive seen this place the couple of times that I have, and was finally able to stop by and give it a try. I got the Melange, which came off the Viennese specials menu. Its an Austrian cappuccino, and it was decent. Not the best cappuccino that Ive had, but not bad either. The employees were really nice, I think about 3 different people asked us if we needed help while we waited for the drinks to-go. They definitely have a lot of drink options, and a lot of flavor choices. They do also sell beer and wine. Seems like a popular place to catch up with friends so it isnt exactly quiet but its certainly a good atmosphere and a good place to work on a computer. I would come here again but I would probably try something else.

Terrible! I tried going here before going to work. We went through the drive thru and ordered two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches with scrambled eggs and ham on a croissant. They handed me the coffee without putting the lid all the way on. The coffee spilled down my front. We waited for 10 minutes before they gave us our sandwiches. We drove away and my passenger opened the sandwich to eat. The sandwich was cold like they just took it out of the refrigerator. We figured if they took that long that it would at least be hot. That sandwich would have probably been good if it was hot ot even warm. Also they failed to give us napkins in the bag or a stir for the coffee. I am very unwilling to visit again and will recommend any of my friends who mention this place that it is not woryh visiting.

I went through the drive thru in the morning (was the only one in line) and ordered a Malange coffee and crossaint breakfast sandwich. The coffee I got was maybe at most 4oz, pretty small for almost $4. The breakfast sandwich literally took AGES to get. I watched as 3 employees were chatting and sitting around in the kitchen. There were no customers from what I could see from the window, so why they were doing nothing was beyond me. After almost 15 minutes, I finally got my sandwich. It was horrible. DRENCHED in butter. If you want a soggy sandwich with a side of diabetes, this is the place for you. I immediately tossed it in the trash. Total waste of $13 (hefty price for breakfast) and I will not be returning. I wish I had gotten a refund.

Great coffee and experience! Cool environment, bustling but quick friendly service. The choco late doesnt have coffee but the waitress told us. They do have table service or you can order at the register. There is a ton of seating so even when busy there seems to be room. The waitress brings water without even asking. Easy and plenty of parking. The coffee came after the breakfast sandwiches but it was fine, we already had water and it was worth the wait. We got the croissant and Kaiser roll breakfast sandwiches. Get the herb cream cheese, its amazing! The white chocolate moccacino is really good, if you get the premium you can put the syrup on the side and control how sweet it is. Really liked this place.

When I walked in I assumed you ordered at the front counter. I waited there a couple of mins while the busy staff was behind the counter and would could have seen me. Finally said that they serve at the table and instructed me to sit down. The streusel had this severe artificial yellow tint that made it look like jaundice streusel. I proceeded to wait a few more mins before my companion went to get someone to finally take our order. The streusel was cold despite the request to be warmed. My drink was well made but pricey for the size that I got. The interior was beautiful and very clean. While it wasnt the worst experience im likely not going to go back. High prices, dull customer service, small portions.

Corporate coffeeshop-in-a-box, though admittedly with a lot of nice touches. A big space with unfinished wood floors and an open ceiling. 7-8 booths, a similar number of small round tables, and 2 big ones. Music on low enough volume that I wasnt sure what it was. Free wi-fi with openly posted password. Clever mounting of power outlets under the tables in the booths. Moderate selection of rather conventional pastries and cakes. Mediocre powdered hot chocolate presented pretentiously as a separate pour of the chocolate portion (insufficiently dissolved) into hot milk. Mediocre bagged teas - a house brand. Several fruit flies hanging around my table for some reason. A meh kinda place.

I think this place would be a great place for sitting down and enjoying a coffee with a friend or to eat a pastry and talk work stuff with a business partner. But as far as take out goes, it does not compare with these larger businesses like starbucks or dunkin donuts. I ordered a café americano (I usually get the same from starbucks) and something was slightly off in the coffee here (maybe it was a little but burned...? Im sure its not always like this). The portions for take out were also smaller and more expensive than any other coffee place. If you can look past the price and the taste and the sizes (maybe some of these things are better when you dine in) then this place is pretty okay.
