This is an incredibly awesome place for some South Asian --particularly North Indian and Pakistani cuisine. Their meat is super delicious and their naan is heavenly. I had some beef Nihari for myself and it brought back all those wonderful memories of such delicious food from childhood. My friend ordered a Chicken Biryani and ate it within minutes. Their portion sizes are yuuuuuge and they do not cut down on ghee or the spices, making them as authentic as those sold in India. Lastly, the kheer was ridiculously delicious (which they gave me for free) :D . I loved this place and the next time I am around this area in Houston, I know where to go for my lunch/dinner. Just awesome!

I must say, for a guy whos never eaten Pakistani/Indian food before this place was a good introduction to it. The food was great! Im not really a fan of spicy foods but the Chicken Tikka Masala was a really great dish. It has just the right amount of spice that it doesnt overwhelm you. The service is also excellent. The gentleman in the front counter makes you feel very welcomed and is very helpful to new comers when selecting a proper dish. I will also like to add that the elderly gentleman that tended to me was very attentive and kind as well. If you plan on having Pakistani/Indian food for lunch or dinner, I definitely recommend stopping by here and enjoying their menu.

We usually always get our food from here and its always been pretty tasty. Today, however, the food was subpar at its best. The chicken tikka masala tasted like chicken soaked in tomato paste! We called to let them know that the food wasnt up to its usual standard (as you should in any service industry) and yet owner flat out said, "thats too bad, this is how we make it!" They have had bad customer service before, but we usually shrug it off. This was ridiculous....terrible customer service skills + bad food is going to = a 1 star review. Agh! We have half a tray of food left that nobody wants to eat now.

Horrible experience with whomever answered the phone this evening. Totally rude and inappropriate way to speak to a customer. I asked if I could pick up the food at 7:45pm tonight with some naan. All I said was, "please make the naan as close as possible to 7:45pm, so its fresh".. Replying, "I dont understand what you mean by "fresh" and that if you want "fresh" go elsewhere".. THAT is no way to speak to a customer. Im not jerk but the person who was on the phone (mostly likely the owner) was a total jerk. Learn to do business the right way or soon youll be the only ones eating your food.

We used to drive all the way to Kings chicken. Not anymore. Not only is it way out, but the quality of food dropped. The owner admitted they changed cooks. Khans BBQ to the rescue. Thus place is amazing. Weve tried the Chicken and goat karahi, chicken biryani, chicken boti wrap, butter chicken and everything here is just amazing! Its very much a family feel and Rehman who works up front is always very pleasant and gracious. He even let us try the rice pudding on the house. Spoiler, it was so so good!! Were so glad to have this place in the neighborhood. Highly recommended them

Chicken tikka masala tastes nothing like chicken soaked in tomato paste. I believe you need to develop a more mature palate if you feel that way. Khan BBQ although not much bbq..(chicken charga tho is off the chain) lol has amazing foods, my go to dishes: Karahi gosht Karahi chicken Nehari Daal Maash if they have it Their naans are the best in Houston... After your meal make sure you try that kheer... amazing or just split a chai with your friend and dip some if that left over naan in it.. phenomenal. One of the best places for Indo-Pak food in Htown.

Eating same old same old food all the time makes you monotonous. How about introducing a Customer Based Program to collect customer satisfaction survey and asking for New Monthly something different from the MENU. We need something different once a Month from the Menu. It can be announced inside the store. Wish you guys good luck with the New Store @ the best Location Next to Shell Gas Station. Regards, Khan Sahab and the Boxer

Among the many Pakistani restaurants in Houston, this is by far one of, if not the best. There is a small, close-knit, homelike atmosphere. Not to mention that the employees service is absolutely superb and down-to-earth. As for the food, it is absolutely heavenly. Whether you order bhindi (okra), paneer masala, or chapli kabab, there is moderation in spice while still enough to enhance the flavor. A1 restaurant.

New location, better service and a much cleaner place makes Khan a wonderful place to dine in.Their BIRYANI is amazing! Overall an awesome food experience. Mr. Khan is one of the most nicest human beings that youll meet, he makes sure that youre getting what youve ordered. Always polite and courteous. ( Ive added this location for everyone on Google maps to avoid confusion with the old location on clay road)

I really love the food here. I like indian/pakistani food. Naan, tandoori, chicken biryani and kebabs are my favorite. The staff is so generous. But they take bit more time to cook food, so you have to order food early. At night, they take time to clean tables as they do not have much staff. Its a simple place with too little ambiance. The kind staff and the YUMMMMYYYY food keeps me bringing back.

Hungry and carving for Homemade Pakistani food? This is the spot. Everything was fresh and tasteful prepared with Pakistani spices. Ambiance was just ok, but honestly after taking first bite you will forget everything else. Well keep going back to this place because we have received best return value of money in terms of quality service, hospitality and delicious Pakistani recipes.

We have went here so many times. We are new but we love khan bbq. We come here to eat nihari. The Naan is amazing 10/10. Same for the keer and the spices are just perfect. But not 5 stars because the seats could be better, away from the bathroom and the Naan is not the greatest but is still really tasty. 4/5!

Just arrived to Houston, and was recommended to eat here. Contrary to many other desi restaurants Ive visited over my lifetime, the costumer service here is nothing less than the gold standard. Everyone was very nice. Family owned joint. Delicious food at a very good price. Definitely a return spot.

Naan here is the best Ive ever had in my life, and for just $1!! The food is the kind that you can tell that was prepared with care and took the right amount of time to cook. They also make sweet rice twice a day so its fresh. And customer service is amazing Ill keep coming back

This is a Family owned Restaurant. So everything you eat feels like authentic home food. That being said, you need to be patient. The food takes about 20-30 mins during normal days and about 45-60 mins during weekends. I dont mind the wait because I know its worth it.
