My manager bought lunch for my coworkers and I. At first I was excited to get barbecue but when I went to pick it up order it was terrible. The manager was extremely rude. They put the wrong name on the order. When I was trying to figure out with them which order was mine they gave me an attitude about it. And Im pretty sure they filled the order wrong too. My boss called in for an order for 8 to 10 people and they made it for 6 to 8. When I asked them for an extra bag to put the brisket in they said if I put in that bag it would spill. Did they expect me to put the container on the floor of my car without a bag??? They eventually gave me a big paper bag for everything after I insisted. Even when I tried to be nice to them this 20 year old manager was acting like something else. At the end they didnt saw thank you or have a nice day. Terrible service. It was really disappointing after all the good things I have heard about Spring Creek. My manager said when she was calling in the order and asked what kind of meats they had they told her to look at a menu... She was calling them on the phone and didnt have a menu infront of her thats why she asked. My manager said never again. She spent $75 there and we werent given decent customer service. Maybe I will try a different location in the future but the Pappas Bar-B-Q in The Woodlands is much better anyway

I eat here very often, mostly due to its location. The bad: often the trays are wet or dirty, booths are wet and you have to wipe them down before getting into them because they dont wipe down the bottom of the bus tubs, often our baked potatoes are burnt (today they were all burnt and we just settled for burnt), pricey ($22 for one baker with meat, one without, corn, and beans, nothing to drink), and the BBQ sauce is located past where you get the baked potatoes so you have to move backwards in line or hold up the line. Good: BBQ taste good, I hear green beans are great, I like the macaroni and cheese, fresh bread is amazing even though I often dont eat it, love the BBQ sauce, and free ice cream on Sundays.

My girlfriend and I went here about 2 months ago. We were confused about how exactly the ordering process work, but were helped explain by a very nice young man. It sounds typical to just say that the food was amazing, but seriously every food that I ate that night was delightful! The staff was super friendly/smiley , the tables were clean, the bathrooms were kept up with, the tV positions are on point and that food...I cant say enough about how good the chicken was, Ive been craving some more for the past 2 months. Definitely definitely definitely worth the trip. Thank you Spring Creek BBQ

Used to be a regular here. Our last visit was the final straw. While waiting for our to go order, we repeatedly declined the free roll offer from the girl walking around with the basket. As we go to pay for our order we ask for a couple of rolls and were informed they are 30 cents a piece!?!? The fried okra was burnt and the food quality was clearly declining. The brisket was very fatty and we wont be back. Mels or Dickeys BBQ will be my place if choice in the future.

I had given this place an excellent review. Now I have to change it. When we went back the brisket was dry, the ribs were overcooked, dry, and little meat on them. They seemed fast grilled not slow smoked. To top it off, my wife and I BOTH got diarrhea after eating here. Must have been the brisket, its what we ate in common. Its back to rudys for me when I cant make my own. Thanks to spring creek bbq, Im sitting here with stomach cramps writing this review.

Been there several times and it was pretty tasty. The last time I went there however, I got the stuffed baked potato and when I got home I found that half (Im not exaggerating) of the potato was rotten. How did I find that? Because I ate a bite! Called the management and all I got was "were sorry". Would like to have an offer to refund me (which I would have refused - these things do happen) but NO!!!

Klein Methodist Church Friendship Sunday school class... We go there frequently and have a large class 40-50...Mr. Reagan Blinke is a delight to work with and we are treated very well. The staff is courteous and helpful. We make a lot of joyful noise and have a great time. Not mentioning the food which is delicious and plentiful.....Thank you Reagan!!!

Good food but I always order to go. I dont know why but the person who takes my to go order is always so unfriendly. Very grumpy, no smile, she looks so stressed and unhappy every time. Wish shed greet me with enthusiasm. Other than that, I enjoy their food and love their ranch dressing!

It was an okay experience but everyone seems so unhappy all the time. The food is also okay my personal favorite is the BBQ pulled pork baker but they should add some of there rolls with the to-go orders for sure. Over all okay experience you might like it.

Great pulled pork, the sauce makes it! The chicken, ribs, sausage and beef are tasty too! The grilled chicken baked potato is a winner. You can even ask for lean or marbled beef. Standard sides are offered with unlimited refills on the veggies!!

The meats were cold by time it hit my plate, small servings, virtually had no taste, beans were not fresh, bread girl came by once....it used to be a good place MANY moons ago. Giving one star given there is not a zero star icon.

Great BBQ! Forget Dickies... Forget Rudys... For a large corporate BBQ chain, this is the best that I have found. Its a little expensive but the food quality is very consistent across all of the locations that Ive visited.

Worst barbeque ever. I got a sliced brisket sandwich, fries(which were frozen of course) a teaspoon of cole slaw and tea....for $15!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont ever go there. Rudys is on 45 and Louetta. Make the trip. Well worth it.

Was pleasantly surprised. Beef was tender, sausage tasty. Tip: buy ~1/8 lb of beef + another 1/8 lb of sausage or ribs, pay your ~$7.50, then come back and ask for a clean side plate and get beans, corn, etc. at no charge

Had the brisket extra bark. Biggest complaint was brisket was a bit cold. Sides were ok and roles were real nice. BBQ had good flavor sauce was complimentary to the Q. Hot brisket would have easily rated them higher.

Food is fresh whenever we get there. Since its nextdoor to us. I like it Personally that the chicken is juicy. But workers are not that nice they basically just doing their job. Its missing something for me.
