Those Mongolians sure are wacky! This is pretty much like the more well known brand of chain of stir fry restaurant, its the same concept just minus the franchising name. Basically you pay a base price for one bowl of stir fry, theres the lunch price and the dinner price. As soon as you sit down, the waiter will give you a card to write your name, your table number, and what starch you want (rice, noodle, etc.) on it along with your metal bowl to put the ingredients you want to stir fry with. All of the meats are labeled and you can just stack as much meat as you want. Then the next station is the sauce and condiment station, you can put all sorts of pepper, dressing, etc. After that is your vegetable station. Oh, if you want an egg, just grab the egg and put it next to the bowl, they will crack it and stir fry it for you. Once you have your proteins and such loaded, you just hand your tray with your card and when they are done cooking your food on that giant circle of a cooking top, the waiter will bring everything thats cooked in the awkward looking bowl. To get the best bang for your buck, obviously you want to load up as much meat as possible. Since after they stir fry it the meat, it will become much smaller when it was in the metal bowl. You can also layer your bowl by getting the meat, then get some vegetables, then go back to the front and get more meat again. The food was all right as they did cook everything thoroughly. But since I stacked so much meat up together with the un-even distribution of the spicy pepper powder, it wasnt very tasty. The service was all right as the waiter did come and re-fill our water. As for the check-out, since we came here for lunch, we see that some people could get the waiter to get the check and pay at the table or you just go up to the front door and pay at the front. Again, this is basically a carbon copy of the well known Genghis chain, its still a good place for a fast stir fry food if you are in a hurry.

This place has the best meat (largest shrimp), vegetable, sauce and spice selection in town. Not for the casual Mongolian Stir Fry patron, you have to know what you are doing to make a good combination, but I like that aspect of this place. Unlike other places, everything is in one bowl here, no separate "meat portion" bowl and veggie bowl so if you want to load your bowl up with meat, no veggies, and request no starch, go for it! I add meat tenderizer from the spice section to make sure its not too tough. Fajita Seasoning, Curry Powder, Cayan Pepper, Steak Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Red Peppers, salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic water, chili oil, ginger sauce are just a few of the many ingredients you can add. Dont forget to grab a raw egg or 2 from behind the spices to add a nice touch to the meal. Great veggie selection, water chestnut, baby belle and white mushrooms, green and white onions, cabbage, carrots, jalapeños, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and many more. The staff is very courteous, greets you when you come in and when you leave. Always makes sure your drink is full even in the middle of lunch rush hour. I have never heard any employees get yelled at and I come here once a week. The place is VERY clean. No bugs like mentioned in another review. Great value for what they offer. Highly recommend this place.

Food is delicious but the cleanliness of this particular establishment is in question. Ive eaten there multiple times and the food is always delicious, however on my last visit which was on December 30, 2013 as I went to scoop shrimp into my bowl a baby ROACH crawled up from the middle of the pan of shrimp. That then led me to believe there was an infestation and I was utterly disgusted and did not eat there that day and I vowed to never return. Also there was a smell inside the restaurant as if there were a busted sewage pipe and when I walked to the restroom I consequently found the source of the smell, it was unbearable and should not have been able to be smelled from the eating area.

The customer service is terrible and the owner is rude. She has screamed to her employees in front of her "customers" SEVERAL times about taking money out of their paycheck for them not doing a good job! Ive heard horror stories about the treatment of their employees from the other businesses around the restaurant. Food is OK but owner and several waiters put a bad taste in my mouth and even got my order mixed up SEVEN times! Only reason I stayed there is because they made me pay ahead of time. Never once did I get checked upon. I can go on and on but I think i have made my point.

Awesome place to eat! My husband and I eat here about once a month. We love all of the fresh protein choices: beef, chicken, seafood, tofu, sausage, eggs, etc. Each of us gets to choose our own spice and sauce combos for our taste. Then the fresh vegetable selection is amazing, too. My only complaint is that I wish I had a bigger bowl for the veggies. (I LOVE veggies, lol) If they let me choose more veggies, I would give them 6 stars, easy! Even without that, there is plenty of food - my husband even gets filled up!

I havent even gotten my food yet but I wish I would have taken the extra 10 minutes to drive to Ghengis Grill. This place seems dirty and cheaply thrown together. When I walked in the waitress asked how I was doing... I responded fine how are you? .. As if on autopilot she stared blankly and said How many? - I asked again, how are you, she stared confused. I laughed. ... Im going to Ghengis. Not to mention Im 8 months pregnant and the waitress asked me if I wanted a alcoholic drink... just clueless

Good food but everything else was lacking. I would not recommend and will not return. Food was good but not memorable. The wait service was spread too thin to get a refill on my drink. When I presented a coupon at checkout the woman at the cash register pulled major attitude. Suddenly acting as if I was stealing from her with my coupon. The measly couple of dollars I saved werent worth the treatment in my opinion. The cleanliness is definitely an issue. I just tried not to look too closely.

My wife and I stopped in at Vintage Park for lunch (because of their coupon). It was horrible. Everything had a burnt taste--the baby ears of corn were black when they were through with them. The beef was very tough, shrimp old, and half of the mussels bad. Plus they pull the old con game of serving you a little bit of topping on a huge bowl of cheap carbohydrates, in my case, tasteless "fried" rice. And they have the gall to charge 10 bucks a bowl!
