Worst customer service was there 5 minutes ago with my sister we decided to go buy some Mango Go Gos. When we were going to pay i had a 20 but i decided to pay in 1s and it was 5 something and we both payed he just looked at me and laughed like im not understanding whats so funny ? And then while me and my sister are waiting for our Mango Go Gos he just whispers something to one of his co workers and a few seconds later he asks him if some other drink tastes the same as Mango Go Go like are they trying to tell me something ? Horrible experience never had a problem with this place till today.

Ok ive giving this place like 7 chances everytime I come here its different ppl working never consistent like the drinks all made different. Today i got a medium drink when she poured into cup it was a small and all she did was dumped it back into the picture add more ice blend again and then put it back into the cup and still was short a little Im so fed up with this location I will not come back here. To think when you pay 7.25 for a drink it would be worth it.

Cant handle the busy mornings... I got my smoothie before 5 other people did and then had to wait for all the others to get their before I got the rest of my order... they didnt have the ingredients to make it properly.. aka I had to correct what they were putting in the bowl!! And they have the recipe in front of them!! If theres a line WALK OUT not worth the wait!! Ps Im still waiting for my order... its been 20 minutes!!

The guys partner was suppose to come in but didnt so it was definitely slow. One of the machines were broken and according to the customer and employee, its been for months. For such a nice area, they should be able to fix that issue. Drink was good but was not worth it waiting over half an hour for our yogurt bowl and drink.

I love jamba juice! Two thumbs up for employee Miguel, he had to take over for employee Analise she could not handle a big crowd. He knows how to get the line going when theres a rush. Keep up the good work:)

I dont understand why this location closes before their closing time (around 7:30-740). Not just that, customer service is not very good. Multiple erroneous orders.
