DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I am only putting 1 star because I cannot put 0. Worst service I have ever experienced in living memory! An appalling business ethic and horrible management. They tried to blame a late order on a MADE-UP traffic collision and make the driver pay?! We ordered our food and it didnt turn up for 1 hr 20 minutes. We live less than 4 miles from the restaurant. I called after an hour and was told the manager doesnt speak English, that the driver wasnt answering his phone and they were worried he had an accident. I asked why I hadnt been called if the driver hadnt returned (and they were SO worried he had had an accident) but they had no answer. The company were using that as an excuse for 1 hour of no delivery, which I think is absolutely disgusting. I received no courtesy call to say "Your food may be late, has it arrived yet, our driver hasnt returned?" we just sat hungry, waiting. Once I called, I asked for a 50% discount on the order because it was so late. They offered a $9 discount on a $35 order (we tipped $5 on top). I asked why they are trying to negotiate when the service was so terrible, and was told they were trying to recoup the cost of the food. TRYING TO PROFIT FROM A ORDER THAT DIDNT ARRIVE FOR 1 HOUR 20?! (We know it cost perhaps $15 to make the food, drivers usually pay their own gas, and receive a low wage). THAT IS DESPICABLE?! The DRIVER offered to pay, which I refused to let him do. The manager said the driver SHOULD pay?! I said that was appalling and to cancel our order. My wife and I have both been delivery drivers and know how drivers are treated and paid. We completely blame the service on the restaurant, because THEY ARE THE EMPLOYERS AND THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR BUSINESS. They tried to blame the driver, and he looked really upset. I told him he seemed a decent guy, that the business was terrible for treating him that way, and to find a better job elsewhere if this issue got him in trouble. The restaurant is around a 6 minute drive from our house. WHAT WERE THEY DOING FOR AN HOUR AND 1/4?! Will NEVER recommend this awful restaurant to anyone, and hope they manage to practice ethical business sometime soon. Also - order was not even correct. They put meat in a dish meant for a vegetarian (against the instructions we had put). Would rather go to McDonalds, where the service is friendly, you know what youre getting, and the management know how to treat a customer. THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT WORTH 3 STARS.

This is the best Chinese food on this side of town, for sure. Not understanding one of the reviews saying this is typical Chinese food. It is not !. It almost as a Japanese "twist" to it. Not overloaded with sauce, and vegetables are bright and crispy. "Typical" Chinese food is way overcooked with lots of sauce. Beautiful steamed jasmine rice. Very sweet people. Very clean place. I always get take-out and its never been anything but awesome.

Aweful!!! I ordered chicken fried rice and it had no flavor! It was basically white rice with some soy sauce thrown in! There was no vegetables and the chicken was bland. The egg rolls were so small that two of them didnt even add up to the size of a normal one at other places and the only thing that was in them was cabbage! I will never go back there again!!!

I dont know why I havent ordered from Kung Food before now, but I definitely will again. I placed my order 17 minutes ago, and Im eating it as I type this. The food is piping hot, fresh, and very tasty! Everything I ordered is correct, and the delivery person was friendly. Im absolutely amazed at the wonderful service!

Bad customers service in answering the phone. Not only that but she had a tone of impatience. Luckily I didnt order due to first impression on the phone she lost money on a potential customer. Please answer the phone positively with an actual proper greeting. Then maybe business would be great.

Great staff. Very good service. The food was the best I have had in the immediate local area. I was very happy to find out they deliver to my home. Everything we had was full of flavor without being over complicated. I am definitely going back to try their many other dishes.

Pad thai was a hot mess..litterally. mess of noodles and drowning in Thai chili sauce. Ordered soup which I never fot then the waitress claimed I did not order though they were happy to try and charge me for it.

These guys are really fast. Weve only ever dined in and the food is good, but there always seems to be something wrong with the building itself. At times it smells in there, at others the AC doesnt work

Food is good, have ordered delivery from here a few times. Delivery is spot on most of the time but had a hiccup recently. I plan to see if this was a one-off or consistent since their food is good.
