Yesterday 10/19/2016 my daughter and I decided to take advantage of the two for Tuesday deal at this location at 9:00. Knowledgeably prepared that it would packed, my daughter and I sat there patiently for 30 minutes to get seated. (Still being understanding at the fact that there is maybe 4 parties in front of us) so we finally get seated in section 46 near the arcade and restroom. Since we sat so long I already had in mind what I wanted, so I ordered immediately. The waiter brings our waters, 5 minutes passed and I notice this couple whom came in 15 minutes after us get seated in front of us. 10 more minutes passed, and they receive their food!! So I just sat their keeping calm thinking to myself maybe they ordered less then my daughter and I. 10 more minutes passed and 6 teenagers end up behind us, they asked for fries as appetizers and get them within 5 minutes!!!! So we finally get 1 of the items we asked for of the three that I asked to get all brought out together.... so I decided to keep the peace and still not say anything. while were eating just fried pickles I notice my waiter refilling the cups of the teenagers behind me and asking the couple in front of me "is everything okay". I thought maybe she heard just the fried pickles and not the chili and cheese fries as well as the wings... so I sat there an extra 5 minutes at the point were done with the fried pickles and want our food... were 30 minutes already in sitting and I waited an extra 10 minutes totaling out to 40 MINUTES and I could not do it anymore I rush to the front and ask to speak to the manager. When I explain everything to her our waiter comes and says "it was the kitchens fault, she couldnt do anything about it" not once did I hear a sorry from the short Hispanic female manager nor the waiter who was a black female with dreads. Not once did she communicate with me while I was seated and let me know something maybe I wouldnt have been so upset, so while they stood their with blank looks on their face my daughter tells me "momma Im hungry". So at that moment I left. Ive never had such a awful experience at a brewingz like this location. I do not recommend this location at all!

Great food terrible service. I work not to far from the 290 location. So I stop in form time to time. The first lunch visit I ordered a salad. It took 35 min. for me to get my salad. The place was not that crowded to where it should have taken that long for a salad. The server came to my table twice. Once to take my order, then to bring my drink. I never saw my server after that. Someone from the kitchen brought my food out. I then waited over 10 min for the check to be brought out. At that point I was going to be late back to work if I sat and waited any longer. So I went to the front counter to be checked out which took another 5 mins. I went back a second time thinking maybe that was a 1 time thing. I ordered a grilled chicken Cesar salad. It took 45 min. I saw my server 1 time when she took my order. I never saw her again. Someone from the kitchen again brought out my meal. Again I had to go to the counter to pay for the check. Because the food is really good I went back a third time. This time I thought Id be smart & order online before going to avoid the wait. That worked. The food was already prepaid for. So when I arrived my order was waiting. At that point I informed the person at the front register that I would be dinning in. I was told that was fine, but that no one would be coming to my table to see if I needed anything because I didnt place an order with any wait staff. Really.....? So the restaurant is only courteous to those dinning in if you order from your table. Wow!!!

Last night I met some friends there for a small dinner and the waitress took our drink order but we ordered our food as well at 7:15pm and it was 2 drinks. So after 20 minutes Im like "excuse me can I get that sprite and margarita please" and constantly I was told it was on the way.. so ten minutes later we get it after more bugging. Then after an hour (now its 8:15pm) the waitress comes back to retake our order (after they kept constantly reassuring us it was almost ready) and didnt remember what we ordered at the time we ordered so she was trying to take it again. I was confused and my husband said to cancel it forget it wed go elsewhere all our friends were done eating already although one of the couples at our table didnt receive their sons drink until he was done eating and they forgot half their order. And no one apologized or tried to make it right till I finally yelled! I tried talking to the manager before I became upset but he wouldnt even acknowledge me. And when I talked to the nice hostess she flat out told me we had a horrible waitress. I was like well why is she working here? It was ridiculous, they wanted to then give me coupons for next time as if I will ever go again. No one would take responsibility everyone was blaming our waitress which leads me to think customer service is definitely not priority. Thank you BreWingZ for showing me customers dont matter!

First, we passed by several waiters doing nothing and 3 tables that had not been wiped down. When they finally got us to a "clean looking" table, there was stuff still on it. It took our waitress ten minutes to take our drink order. She brought those very quickly and took our order. We ordered an appetizer and our entrees at the same time. Then, someone else brought our food out, appetizer and entree together (with no sauce for the wings). Who does that? Our waitress only came back one more time to see if everything came out okay. No drink refills, no table clearing. Upon sitting for over 10 minutes after finishing our food, we had plenty of time to look around. There was dust all over the chair rails, the shelf next to us and on top of the light fixtures. The waitress never brought our check or even looked our way the next time she brought food to someone else. We went to the front to see if we could pay there as they do offer to go with registers up front. However, the hostess said we had to settle our check with the waitress. She went to find her, brought her back, and the waitress took my card to pay, Upon returning with the final receipt she stood over us as we filled out the check. This place is incredibly filthy and the people are horribly inattentive and rude. Never going there again!

We usually go the one on Silber, but I decided to go this one since I live close by. We arrived at approximately 9:30 pm and we were seated in a booth by the host. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come and take our order. No one came and I had to get up and go find a waitress. When I went looking for one I found 3 waitresses laughing and playing like they were at home. I told them that I needed someone to come take our order. It took them another 3 minutes to finally come and take our order. We placed our order with Claudia who promptly told us that we were not seated "in her section but she would take our order since no one else wanted to because they were wanting to go home". I was like what! really? She said "Yeah, no one wanted to take your order, so I came to take it." I really appreciated her taking our order, but I will never go back to this location. Horrible service and the food was bland. Claudia was a very good waitress, but I think it was not fair to her that she had to cover some other lazy mofos job. When I complained to the so-called Manager he just stared and didnt really act like he cared. Never Again!
