This is hands down one of the worst Jack in the Box locations Ive ever been to. Is it too much to expect semi-fresh bread??? Every time I order the grilled breakfast sandwich, the crust of the bread is rock hard and stale. I keep ordering hoping this will be the time its edible, but today is the last straw. Their tacos are also terrible. I ordered two tacos about a month ago and they were so hard I damn near broke a tooth. If they obviously leave bread and other items uncovered and serve it this way showing no pride in what they give to customers, imagine what else they do.

Horrible male manager, I was given a frozen chicken pita at the drive through & when I got home and took it out of the bag I could feel it was ice cold & when I opened the wrapping to look I was shocked & appalled that I had been given a frozen uncooked pita with frozen chicken & frozen tomatoes only in it & when I returned with it completely disgusted that this had even happened the young Manager told me it wasnt his job to check the food that went out so not only was I given a frozen meal but completely disrespected..

I love jack in the box but this location SUCKS. I literally sat in line for over 15 minutes this morning while employees joked around inside. Keep in mind this entire time they did not open the window to take my payment or even look in my direction. So if you want jack in the box I suggest going to another location or you will be in line forever even when you are the only person there

New (At the time of this comment) Jack in the Box in a pretty good location for me. Always liked the large number of choices and good fast food of the quality you expect from these places. That isnt a negative remark, people tend to be unreasonable sometimes when describing their experiences. Like the eclectic decor inside and will be back.

I honestly have nothing good about this place. The young kids working here appear to do whatever they want. On our last visit it was like all the employees were eatting at the same time except for us.. They were all outside and when they saw us they started hiding and wouldnt help us so we left and never will return.

It says to describe my experience, but there wasnt an experience. I pulled up and the guy told me he was working by himself so he couldnt take my order for 10 to 15 minutes. Basically he couldnt make food. So I left. Dont bother going to this location because it does not have a staff to accommodate its customers.

Just witnessed an employee (manager, maybe?) give two little boys who quietly ate here with their dad, mini shakes to go for being so well-behaved. It was refreshing to see someone as engaged with their customers as this employee was. Place was clean, order was correct. Ill be back.

We waited for about 20 minutes in the drive-thru for two hamburger meals. When we pulled up to the window, several employees were standing around with their hands in their pockets chatting. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant!
