Estábamos comiendo cuando cambiaron el menú de lunch a dinner. Al levantarnos y servirnos se acerca la mesera a decirnos que no teníamos derecho porque habíamos entrado en el horario de lunch. Le dijimos que el dinero no era problema, porque llevábamos invitados y que vergüenza. No sé si cambiaron de administración pero ya ni siquiera tiene variedad, además ningún restaurante de buffet hace eso. Por mi, hay otros y mejores restaurantes, así que no lo recomiendo

Service was horrible the good was cold and bland. The server we had completely ignored us she passed out table over 8 times and ignored us as we tried to get her attention. I went to the manager to complain and he goes and fusses at the waitress for about 5 mins then he came back and said that wasnt our server and introduced another woman as our server. Keep in mind we had been there for about an hour at that time and not once had we seen the woman he introduced as our server. When I asked him where she had been because we hadnt seen her he says she took a restroom break. For over an hour? Once he noticed I was recording the entire incident he offered us a discount. Dont go here the good isnt worth it and the servers are horrible the manager isnt any better. Never again

Went with family on a Saturday we love all you can eat crab legs and we did have all we could eat. The food was great crab legs well stocked with a lot of people eating. Had sushi it was very good as well. The seafood was amazing boiled shrimp a very busy place so food is fresh we came in around 4 pm sat and enjoyed good dining with excellent service kept the table clean. I am from San Antonio and we were staying in Pasadena was worth the drive. Looking forward to returning on my next visit. I would recommend this place to the seafood lovers. All for 12.99 per adult

Some people enjoy eating someplace thats economically priced. $26 for two. Buffets offer you more bang for your buck. But in this case, the bang fizzed. Should have read some of the reviews on here before going there. It was just more of the same, mainly the food was old. The boiled shrimp though did give me a fright, I had to spit it back onto the plate. The fried rice was the only item that seemed fresh, probably because everybody goes for the fried rice and its replenished on a regular basis.

Cleanliness has gone out the door, the food dont taste as fresh anymore & the sushis are also not fresh or like a real sushi should taste. My family & I been comin quit often & enjoy enough of it... but if they dont start making some decisions we may have to find us another restaurant that thinks of the customer happiness of knowing if they are sitting in environment that is clean & stable to still enjoy together. Until then Buffet King yall are alright, until yall do some changes soon.

I come here often. The food is always good, and the place is well-kept. When there are a lot of customers, you can see the staff keeping busy tending to everyone and to the buffet. Theres nothing not to like for the most part other than the service can be a bit awkward at times. It has happened on multiple occasions that when I or the people with me receive the receipt, the server stands over us watching how much we leave tip. Ive never been anywhere else where they do that...

This was the WORST experience in my life took my family to eat here and didnt even make 1 plate to find the food was gummy and shrimp was not cooked food was horrible $70 dollars after I talked to management told me I had to pay only can take 10% off when we walked in at 2:25 pm and was out at 2:35 pm customer service was bad also sayin that no one complains on food and they still have to pay . "Will not recommended no one with food since come here"

While the staff was okay, the food was not. It was anything but fresh. Also, the labels were confusing. I thought that I was getting chicken when it turned out to be pork. The sushi was was bland and so was pretty much everything else. It cost me about $2.50 more than Cafe East for 2 people. Total it was $28.96 and I was generous and gave an 8% tip. Go to Cafe East for some variety.

The food was very poor. The selection is pretty amazing but several of the fried items were inedible especially the sesame chicken and generals chicken which were to chewy and hard to even bite through. The cheese puff had an unpleasant chalky texture. The jello was good but the cream puff was dry like a mummy. I would NOT recommend this place.

Had dinner on Thursday around 5:45. Beautiful looking place, a good variety of food, but the dinner was a misery. Sushi tasted old and stone cold, chicken was very tough and the steamed fish was tasteless. On top of that everything is so sweet i cannot take a second bite. It is mind-blowing they charged $12 for food that doesnt taste fresh.

Nothing great at all. They have a hibatch grill only thing that different from any buffet around that area but food wasnt so great . General Joe chewy tasted old. Pork was a bit gamey tasted old as well. Barely any steak at the hibatchy line. I would go to cafe east down the street for good food.

The Sierra Mist always has a funky after taste. The way you would think waste water would taste (it tastes like dirty water smells). Habachi was ok. Not impressed with the food. I gave them a 1 star a year ago and decided to try again. Giving 2 stars because they have a PokeStop.

-Playing trash music -do not get the pink lemonade, its just water with lemon squeezed and pink food coloring -not a lot of food options -food is cold -rude employees -employees always talking in Chinese Overall bad place, do not come unless you want to be sad and disappointed

Just like another all you can eat buffet places - a mixture of Asian and American food. Although the food are great, the waiter/waitresses/servers are kind of noisy. When I normally pay, they peek if I put a tip. Lol. But other than that, definitely a great buffet place to go.

I primarily eat the sushi, cheese puffs, wontons and the hibachi grill. My boyfriend LOVES the crab, hell eat plates of it. A little over priced on weekends, $13 on Sundays, but they do offer a seafood option so it levels out. Plus the ice cream is the perfect treat at the end!

The service was good, but the they asked us to move the tables together. My granddaughter said the good was bland and nasty. My grandson also said the good was nasty but he loved the ice cream. My daughter & and son-in law gave the food a 2.....My wife did not like it either.
