I work and manage a hotel and I know to give our customers a good experience first comes employees with good customer service, I visited this restaurant on July 23rd on our way home from vacation, with my family and the food was great. All the employees where great and helpful, and then came dessert and the tall skinny African American lady (I dont know her name, her name tag was covered the entire time) at the dessert buffet was the only problem with our visit witch led to ruining our whole dinner. She had an attitude was very unhelpful and would use sarcasm when asked for help. It all started when they ran out of Strawberrys for the chocolate fountain. My sister kindly asked if they where going to put out more. She responded very rude, telling her yea but she was going to have to wait. My 14 year old sister then came over to our table angry because of her having to experience that. About more than 10 minutes and still no Strawberrys. My sister, brother and sister in law stood there waiting until management came and finally got her to put Strawberrys out. The entire time she had the meanest look on her face everytime she saw any of us. My brother gave me a rice crispy that had a hair on it so I had to turn it in. After I still decided to give the Strawberrys a try and she was looking at us very vicious the entire time and after that we finished our dinner and I headed to the restroom and unfortunately ran into her. I simply asked her how to turn the water on and she rudely responded its so basic, just put my hands under it with a smirk trying to make me feel "dumb" I guess, but obviously it was broken, as soon as she was done she still stood there taking her time and I had to stretch to reach the sink she had just used to wash my hands because she wouldnt move. That one worked fine as soon as I put my hands under. Thankfully she is not a waitress because this place would have less stars than what it does. I know as a person who receives reviews about the hotel I manage that they are very important to our business, therefore I always leave good reviews to any small to big business I come across. This one I cannot. It needs some improvement and maybe better employees.

I just left on 7-13-2013 the restaurant at 8:30 am and I arrived just prior to 8am and never seen a server. I got water and it was never refilled so I had to drink juice and milk as needed . the onsite manager was running around more interested in flirting with his Latino staff and giggling than he was about customers that without customers his salary will not get paid and the store will fail. It was a shame such good food but poor service killed the experience. Golden Corral upper management open your eyes before its to late. Im a traveler and I am beginning to see a trend. I decided do give it another try this morning 7-14-2013 and once again no service and I was in the restaurant from 9:30 to 10:30 and Reyna left a card on my table and she never stopped by for anything nor did she speak to me. I realized while setting there that if your were not Latino you were paid absolutely no attention . I will not return to this location with management allowing the servers to not be mindful of its customers. It was no where near as busy as other golden corrals that I have been to and I have never been treated like I am from another country and an outsider ever so bad . Also today they were allowing a lot of food to be out and if you ask about anything the answer was the same were out. Sorry sorry sorry.

visit Jan 30 Saturday morning, breakfast nightmare. I arrive the manager is refunding a couples money but the machine fails to re-credit their account. He is forced to give them cash back so I waited patiently for 5+ minutes for him to complete the transaction. The exchange is completed, he looks at me and does not apologize for the delay or any simple greeting. That was my first concern but how could you screw up breakfast ? So I go to have an omelet done and a waffle. I discover that due to electrical problems one side of kitchen is offline. So no omelet, no waffle and no juice for breakfast. Most of breakfast food trays are empty so I had to be creative on my choices of food. The manager clearly did not plan to have enough staff so the kitchen and waitress were over worked and stressed. I payed full price and got half a food selection, cold and empty trays of food and poor service. This place blows avoid it at all costs.

I was here on May 3 2014. After looking at all the stuff you people post i was skeptical till i arrived. The first thing i noticed was a welcomed greeting from the person at the counter he was very polite. Then i proceed to the food i saw all the food was steaming and fresh. I has there steak with mac and cheese. While me and my wife were eating we were asked multiple times if we needed or drinks refiled. The staff was very friendly and so was the manager. The place wasnt that dirty and they were in the process of cleaning the floors and stuff. People when you write a review abut a place you shouldnt only tell the bad stuff you should also say the good things about place also. Also dont sit here and tell a lie either, tell the truth and all of it. I would recommend anyone to eat here i had a great experience and the food was really good.

Yesterday (05/10/14) I took my sister to this place for breakfast; we asked for coffee, which looked like tea and tasted horribly. I went to the manager and told him about it, he just shook his shoulders and answered: well, thats the only kind of coffee we offer, if you dont like it, you can have juice. Not satisfied, I told the waitress, who more caring that the manager went to check; she came back telling us the filter had fallen on top of the coffee, and did not percolate properly. She took back our coffee, and came back with a delicious cup of coffee; too bad the manager is not a customer-oriented person, and couldnt care less about a legitimate customer complaint.

i was very disappointed in my visit to this golden corral establishment. It was very dirty and a very vile smelling and fill it needs to be shut down until it is restored to a good healthy and clean [sanitary] condition, including food and personnel.It was disgusting and never had the main foods such as meat. I would recommend not going to this place and would recommend to the owner to shut it down and take necessary measurements to fix it or shut it down permanently.I also recommend to Golden Corral org. to address this issue to all of its problem restraunts. Before this place runs into the ground because of a few bad places.

Disgusting food on Thanksgiving. Cold, burnt, soggy fresh spinach, and No rolls for 15 minutes. This place is just disgusting and dirty. From the floors, tables, bathrooms, utensils, plates and management. My family of four paid about $65.00 and we didnt even eat one plate of food. We all made plates and didnt eat them. My husband made his plate it had hair in the food. He didnt eat that plate obviously. He made a second plate and it had two different colored hairs in the plate. Disgusting, we left the building to never return. Thank goodness Carls Jr was open on the way home. Also, the manager at noon was very rude.
