Its a miracle they are still open considering how bad this place is. Since I have to give it a star, Racks deserves lower than 1, but since I have no other choice...they get 1. Food - The food was bad...and the wait time was ridiculous for a burger. Dont waste your time on this venue when you can go to any fast food place and get a better product and cheaper for what you are getting. Service - The staff was very rude and just didnt seem like they wanted to be there. The food and service was so bad, I requested to speak with the manager and was told by the staff that he wouldnt be in until 7:30 pm that evening. Well, with me being very upset, I waited since it was very close to being that time. I finally left close to 9 pm and he still didnt show up. Ive called back to speak with him on the phone, left a message and phone number, no call back. So, basically, this symbolizes that there is absolutely no leadership, professionalism, and/or give a damn about customer service with this venue at all. Cleanliness - Just go outside and pee on a bush. Atmosphere - It appears that the same type of people hang out at this place like the people that work there. Rude and unfriendly. Bottom line - Go somewhere else to get better service...I suggest...well anywhere.

Good crawfish but our bar tender..you have got to be kidding me. She got us our water and food then we never saw her again and we were 2 of maybe 8 in the entire place. We told her we wanted to order a beer soon but she never even came back to see if we needed more water, we did. She finally comes back and we order two beers. She puts in the order, turns around to get the beers, or so we thought. Instead she turns to the side of the bar, FACING US and begins stuffing her face. I literally stared at her in disbelief and she continued eating. Look, I know you need to eat girl but dont take our money first and not supply something when you are in ARMS LENGTH from the beer. She finally takes a break from her food to take ten seconds to give us two beers. We stayed for one more and I hate to say it because Ive never not tipped in my life but...im not paying to watch you eat directly in front of me after I order..still so weird. She was really rude.

Worst service and trashiest bar I have ever been to in my life. We celebrated st. Pattys day there. It took forever to get service!! When we finally did, I had 5 mixed drinks in 2 hours. Im weigh 105 pounds so I should have been pretty drunk, but no still completely sober. They put absolutely nothing in my drinks which were way overpriced to begin with. They did not ID anybody that walked into the bar either so minors were drinking all around us! On top of all that, they had jello bikini wrestling that night. Apparently nobody signed up, cuz the waitresses just went out there, took their bikinis off and put on a strip show pretty much. I will never be back to this place due to the aweful service, no alcohol in drinks, too many minors, and how trashy it is.

What a nice surprise to find this lodge type bar located off of FM1960. If you are looking for great food and drinks at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. On Sunday they had half priced chicken wings and some drink specials as well. Also, if you are football fan they will even play your favorite team. We had a area where we could watch the Buffalo Bills game with the sound. (And the Beef on Weck made me fell like I was back home in Buffalo) The service is friendly and fast and I would recommend Racks if you want good value for your money.

Unlike a lot of the cheap, ugly decors in most bars, this one is really nice inside. Plenty of tvs (+1 huge projection screen) for watching sports. Two decent pool tables. outdoor patio and quite good bar style food and... fast, attentive friendly service. Good cold beer. Theres even a small dance floor which is unusual for a "sports bar". This place deserved a 4.5 stars, only a somewhat limited beer and food menu prevent a 5 star rating. However, I really like it here a lot though and have and will continue to come here often.

Its a pretty cool place to casually get some beer. The decor is not my style at all but I know some people like it. The best part about this place is the patio because I bring my dogs out there to play. It can get super trashy and gross on weekend nights though (Ive only been once). I swear there were hookers and I had my dad with me so that was awkward. The food is actually pretty decent though.

Great comfy feel, but also full of life. Some of the best bar food anywhere and for really great prices! I think there is a food special for every day of the week. Lots of Inside and outside seating. We usually sit outside and enjoy the outdoors (so many trees, youd swear your camping), but they have pool and darts tournaments inside plus great music and super Friendly service!

I come here often. The crawfish are good and a nice size especially for the price you pay. Drinks are great. Love that you can control the music on a jukebox like device. Always have some great specials. Very casual spot to watch the sporting events, grab some great bites, cheap beer, and kick back on the decks outside.

Staff has changed everyone is very nice I enjoy playing darts on wed. And Fridays there is a great crowd of players. Love the food its always good and they always have a great special going on. I can cone watch the UFC fights for free and thats awesome always look forward to going to Racks

Go anywhere else but here!! Horrible horrible absolutely the worst rudest staff I ever came across! They dont even deserve to have a job period if you ask me, I can not believe how rude they were!!!!!! Negative stars!!!!

This is a great place to grab a burger and hang out with friends. Great burgers! They also have pool, poker, darts and pinball machines. The waitresses were very friendly and prompt. Will be going back soon!

Place completely sucks! Dont waste your time with this house that was turned into what they call a "bar". Rude staff, weak drinks, gross food. Theres many other places to go to in the area besides this dump.

Pretty casual place, i do enjoy the lodge atmosphere. The out door patio fireplace is definatley nice this time of year, additionally Ive heard the burgers are pretty good though Ive yet to try one.

Been there twice. The atmosphere is nice. I love that it is close to my house. Lots of tvs. The food is good for the price. But the waitstaff could be nicer and the service a lil better.

I liked it alot. The Burger specials on Mondays rock! Bar staff is very friendly. Its very clean. Only complaint, I would like my beer out of a glass mug not plastic.
