In my GFs neighborhood...thought wed get out and have a few drinks... Hit with a $5 charge to park in an open parking lot...at 11PM there were only about 8 or so ppl in the place and the music was so loud you couldnt even hear the bartender explain that she didnt even know what kind of wine they had to sell...dont waste your time!
