Summary: Price gouging- Over charged on a drink I did not order, poor customer service Stopped by to have a couple of shots with my brother before leaving the mall. We decided to sit outside since it was nice outside vs going to the bar. Picked a table and sat. Was greeted fairly quickly and ordered our drinks That waitress was nice and placed our order. Shortly another waitress arrived and we indicated we had already ordered so she went to check on them. Served our shots after a little bit of time and the waitress checked on us once there after. We decided not to eat due to time. After that point some time went by, Id say 10 minutes, we were looking to order a second drink so we could chill with the limited time we had. Finally we decided just to go to the bar. While we felt it took more time than we would liked for the waitress, but it was not that big deal to me. But here is where things took a turn for the worst. Went to the bar to order and we were asked for ID. No biggie, I jokingly said to my brother ironic as we were just served outside. The response from the bartender was roughly "did I know that". At the time it did not click. She brought the drinks and tab but we were looking for the outside waitress to close that tab the second we then found her. When she brought the drinks, she said "thank you" and as she was walking away she turned and said youre welcome like you would instruct a child to do. At first I thought my bro said thank you to her but he later said he didnt. Still I gave the benefit of the now strong doubt. Our tab from the outside came It totaled $15 dollars plus tax for 2 shots. We ordered the same 2 shots inside and that tab came out to $20.43 however I never received a receipt. I HATE when any establishment does not provide a receipt and there is no excuse this should ever happen. I called her back over after showing the credit card receipts vs his printed receipt and asked why the discrepancy? The response, I was charged more because she (arbitrarily) added more than the requested single shot order (that was not requested). She then simply walked away. Same glass shot as the outside order. I was charged extra for a partial amount of extra alcohol with a mystery additional price determination I never asked for or could see. Wait a minute, what? Thats acceptable? No, its not. If an establishment has strong pricing, they are obligated to provide strong value. The level of service this place offered me is not on par for my standards and it probably wont be for you either. If you look at the reviews, the theme seems to be consistent for those who review with relevant details. Poor service and over priced for what you get. You decide or take the gamble on your experience.

Here right now, very slow service. The waitress is nice, but drinks and food are coming extra slow. Got the app with one of the meals before the drinks. Problem is there are 6 people still waiting on food. Why is a salad the last thing to come out? Water refills are as rare as a unicorn as well. I would like another drink but I dont want to pay 15 dollars for a 30min wait and a drink that is watered down worse than big tits at a wet t-shirt contest. The name brought me in because I have had a good exp in the woodlands. However this one is like going to a strip club and getting an STD without having a dance. Good quality food, but they need to name everything using a turtle theme, cause well I covered it already. SLOW AS F**K. I am going to ask for my check so I can get out of here before the bar closes 2.5 hours from now. Ill update my review when I get everthing we ordered.... haha (not crowded about 40% populated with full staff) Edit: The togo food came out faster than the meals. Edit 2: My ass is colder than this beer. Edit 3: If you come buzzed it will fade before you get a drink. Two birthdays ruined, we are all DD now. Edit 4: When drinks are wrong (Moscow Mule) they dont get fixed. Edit 5: New patrons getting food before our drink order, just seems wrong. Edit 6: Checks came faster than water, unicorns are real! Edit 7: Got home and the togo salad was a sandwich... thats like getting a surprise when your date is pre-op.

A group of six ordered water for all, a single beer, food and four mixed drinks that remarkably had more water in them than the actual glasses of water. The long island teas were closer to an over iced extremely sour lemonades with a splash of liquor. Six meals were ordered at the same time however all of them arived separately over a period of two hours; when this Bar Louie was fully staffed and the occupancy was leas than 30% of the total seating. Indicating that either there was no effort made to or there are serious problems with this place that needs to be resolved. Take note that the only water refills available come in the form of the mixed drinks even when you ask for more water multiple times throught your vist to purgatory. The beer ordered at the beginning of the night will be delivered with the check, two hours after it was ordered and given up on. The mixed drinks that are always incorrect and they will not be corrected. Out of the eight drinks ordered the only one of them that was close to correct was the bottle of beer that arrived after it sat at the bar for two hours.

We went out to celebrate at Bar Louie to celebrate our engagement. We accidentally left a bag of purchases worth around $30 as well as the bag containing our jewelry boxes and receipts for our recently bought rings at the table. The next day we realized our error and contacted the bar. No one was interested in helping us except for the manager Zedrik - it required us coming in to the location in person three times to finally make progress. Sadly, the boxes with the receipts was found but the purchased goods were not. Bar Louie also claims they have no cameras on premise to figure out who took it. We found that very hard to believe - if Bar Louie is robbed, they wont have security footage? We are thankful that we got or receipts back but very disappointed that they didnt more aggressively attempt to get back or stuff from the employees who likely took the goods. They did give us a couple of drinks for free but we really wanted our stuff and wasted a lot of time.

I came from out of town to visit, decided to check out the bar. it was honestly the worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!! I have never been to a bar that was this awful. wait 15 min to get attention from the bartender. when we finally got his attention he said there was 3 other people in front of us. 15 min later, we ask this ghetto bartender who said "be patient with us" this after she said it was last call, which we just wanted to make sure we got our drinks, because at this point we were there 30 min. The guy then comes back, and gets our order was ABOUT to make them, and the owner said to shut it down. this was at 1:30am. so of course we were livid!!! bc this was what we were afraid of. the ghetto girl comes back, and starts purposely arguing with my friend. the owner gave us two corona beers, which sucked. never going back ever. ever.
