I love texas roadhouse but i will not go back to this location... Go to the one on cinema ridge.... Went to this one before heading out to a concert. My server was the worst. Shelby was my server. My wife and i sat down and ordered. Then people next to us sat down after we ordered who had the same server. My wife ordered fried shrimp and i ordered the chicken and ribs plate. Both simple orders and shouldnt have taken more then 10 minutes.... 30 minutes later my wifes plate is dropped off by another server. Then the people next to us who ordered well done steaks had there plates already. Meanwhile Shelby has yet to check on us and when i tried to get her attention she ignored me. 15 minutes later no server no food. So i get up to find a manager to ask about my order because I gotta get going for the concert. The manager ended up bringing half my order and i had to ask and wait for the rest. No discount no comp not even and apology from my server. As my server still isnt present i had to get another server to cash me out so i could leave on time. Meanwhile eating my whole order within minutes because my wife was already done by then and my order was just forgotten and my server a ghost in the wind and wasted my time... Needless to say i will not be coming back.... And to think i still tipped her... what a waste.... Maybe ill try it again one day but not for awhile.

I called in ahead to make a reservation 3 hours before we planned on arriving and was told that they dont accept reservations and that we would have to call in 1 hr before we arrived to get on the waiting list. 2 hours later I called in and again told them that our party of 7 would be arriving in 1 hr. The person on the phone said that she marked us down and that we would be good to go when we got there. Once we arrived we then had to wait almost another hour to be seated. Im fine with waiting but not when Im told that we will not have to wait. Our server was decent. Glasses always stayed full but she hardly pre bussed the table so we had quite a few dirty dishes on the table by the time we ordered dessert. All 5 adults in our party ordered steak. Literally every steak was undercooked except mine (its hard to undercook rare lol). Also one of the adults in my group is disabled so he asked that his steak be cut up in a manor that he could eat it with one hand. What he received were several 4"-6" pieces of steak, not even remotely considered bite size. If you are in the mood for some steak I would not recommend this particular restaurant. All in all it was a very poor experience and I will not be going back any time soon.

I am a truck driver i eat at places like this in every region of this country and this was THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE i have ever had. Both me and my ole lady ordered our steaks medium well, we both got rare plus hers was salty as hell, the first new york strip they brought me looked more like a ribeye and was nearly 8oz of fat, shelby our waitress was slow and unattentive, when we called the manager on duty over she was not very professional and she was very short, i fully agree with the gentleman below who commented the kitchen staff needs to learn to cook and boy do they ever it will be a very long time before i stop at this establishment again which is sad because the last Roadhouse i stopped at in Pueblo CO. Was great our waiter Alex was super awesome and the meal was delicious, i seriously feel i could have had a meal at Dennys that was comparable fir half the price...terribly sad

Ive had nice experiences here before but my service from this evening was so terrible, I will never visit this establishment again. Our extremely rude waitress would not accept a legal out-of-state ID and was so "uncomfortable" serving us that apparently would they would not serve us food either. After accepting the fact that they would not take my legal ID, our waitress never returned to our table after placing our food order, and even served the tables right next to us without a glance in our direction. We spoke to a manager who trusted the waitress judgment to not allowing my ID, but that still does not explain why we were no longer allowed to eat food there. Keep in mind, this establishment has no blacklight or scanner to check the IDs, but compares it to a book of state IDs, which are not up to date. Im very sad to know a restaurant I used to love has lost my business.

Ruined my week. Read why. First off the server was fantastic but the kitchen definitely needs a talking to. I cant remember her name. She was young girl with a disabled hand. Loved her. But the food.. its another story. The mashed potatoes had a thick, thick, thick crust like they had been sitting for a long time had to exchange them. My main problem, however, is the chicken. In a dark environment I couldnt tell why my chicken tasted so strange. It was too soft and chewy. It was so heavily seasoned that I failed to realize I had eaten almost an entire piece of *-RAW-* chicken. Do you know what happens when you eat raw chicken? Ill never go here again. I hope the lovely girl serving us didnt catch any grief, she was fantastic. But the food was DISGUSTING. If I can find ways to post pictures I will. This could hospitalize people.

Food: The food here is always terrific. It comes out piping hot every single time. The steaks are always cooked to the tenderness that you want. My favorite is the catfish dinner. Its odd, but they have great catfish. The bread is also to die for! Service: The many times that I have come here, Ive always had good service. With the exception of a few times that theyre on a crazy wait and the servers are working their butt off, every other time is great. Everyone provides great customer service and has a wonderful attitude. Environment: Youll be welcomed by peanut shells when you walk in, which can be a real eye sore and sometimes annoying if you dont want your shoes dusty. Other than that, this place has a typical country style restaurant feel.

I went with a party of 14 people yesterday. We were fairly patient despite that the staff gave us inaccurate waiting times. We were told the waiting time was 25 minutes, we went to ask again after a good 20 minutes and it had bumped up to another 35 minutes. Overall they just seemed careless, they didnt even have the common courtesy to tell us the table was going to take longer. We felt ignored, so me and my group of 13 people left. There was no sense of urgency. Im not gonna go and say this place is horrible, but they could be more polite and thoughtful.

This used to be one of our favorite steak restaurants. However, Sat. evening ,we ordered a med rare steak and when it arrived, it was too bloody and raw. We returned it and asked for it to be cooked a little longer, the manager argued with us saying our steak was med rare and that we should request medium. Whatever, I just thought it was weird to argue about it and it just set the tone for the rest of the meal. Food was good but it really ruined the evening.
