Worst experience each time. I promised I would not step foot into this establishment to only have the person we are taking out for a birthday request to eat there. Each visit has left one or more people in our group sick. In the beginning it was chalked off to our kids getting a bug at daycare/school because it was just them that got sick. Next visit, my kids and I got sick. Initially it was just my kids again, but after I ate their left overs....UGH all three of us were sick. I also have to mention with each visit the waiters and waitresses we have had have given lousy service and on each visit I have had to go through all our silverware to only have to alert the waitress that there was dried food reisdue between the tines of the fork to have her ask if I wanted her to bring another set...Um, YES! Oh, wait, the other set of silverware came with some dried up food on the fork, again! Well, this last visit left 3 of us sick and my husband who proceeded to eat the left overs (why?) because I didnt have time to throw them out first thing the next morning because I was cleaning up after 2 little ones that were sick and feeling like I was slowly dying as it was creeping up on me. Shortly after my husband ate the kids leftovers....well, it hit him. If it was a one time thing, I could see it being something else but after each visit to this establishment more than one of us has ended up with a bout of food poisoning. Someone needs to do a behind the kitchen doors here as well as the owner seriously investing in a simple class to teach the wait staff courtesy, common sense, and since they are usually the ones wrapping the utensils perhaps letting them know that if the forks have food dried between the tines....dont wrap them in a napkin to be served for their customers to use to eat with.

I would like to thank our waitress for being the most inconsiderate waitress I think my family has ever had! We have eaten at Texas Roadhouse many times and have always enjoyed it, but after tonight, I will probably never step foot in your establishment again!! Several things irritated my wife and I during the course of our meal, but I will skip to the highlight of my complaint. We came to Texas Roadhouse because it was my Son’s 12th birthday, and I told our waitress this at the beginning of our meal. We could have gone somewhere like Incredible Pizza, but my Son “chose” to come there because he likes the bread rolls and cinnamon butter, and he knew that they would get a group of workers to come out and sit him on the saddle and sing Happy Birthday to him. Its a small thing, but he was excited. At the end of our meal, the waitress surprised us alright, she came up to my son and said “ Happy Birthday kiddo, sorry I just couldn’t round up enough people to sing to you”. Hope ya’ll have a great night, then she turned around and walked off. Wait a minute, WHAT!! They had just sung to 2 other people while we were there. If the hurt look in my Son’s eyes didn’t trigger any kind of emotion out of our waitress, then in "my opinion" she doesnt have any feelings. Who does that to a 12 year old? On the way out I saw the Manager on duty and stopped and told him what happened and pointed out who our waitress was and told him I was upset and very disappointed with our service. He did apologize to me, and said when we came back to ask for him and he would try to hook us up, what ever that meant. What, is he going to take back the hurt look in my Sons eyes and the disappointment of our $85 dollar meal? I don’t think so, and we will not be back!

I ordered the rib eye midrare and half was fat. I understand the rib eye has fat marbled, but half??? I show the mgr - Lonnie - and he was a little setback at the amount. So... I order a New York strip to replace and at least 25 minutes later Lonnie brings it out and asks me to cut into it. Rare. He saw it right away and took it back. Well..... another 15 minutes later the bartender goes to get my steak and I ate half just because I wanted a damn steak and it was still rare like it was set under the salamander instead if on the grill. Ugh. Oh, and to boot our salad came out and then our entree was like 5 seconds behind it. Other than Ryan and Shayna rockin the bar, it sucked tonight. Oh, I get the tab and my rib eye was comped, but..... They charged me the more expensive price for the strip!!!! Waiting soooooooo long and "3" steaks later I would expect something "on the house". OK, update. Walking out, the mgr asks how was everything. So, I told him...I still wasnt happy after waiting so long and 3 tries and being charged the more expensive steak. Lonnie apologized several times and ended up comping my steak. I shouldnt have had to ask for the comp.

I just looooooove this place. Its always the same! Combo ribeye + shrimp with house salad, no croutons with ranch and buttered corn. I cant thank you enough for the amazing meals Ive had and the discount and free meals I have received. During easter, you gave my kids little buttons for a free meal. When you have so many kids, its always financially difficult to take them out. But you made it possible for them to enjoy another meal at their own convenience. During veterans day, you provided a menu from which we could choose to eat. Many of the single service members and veterans find difficulty with time and again finance. To the rescue you come with your support for the troops, and we can only do our part to serve this country well. Thank you. During my personal time, or a special event, I have always been happy with my meal and margaritas. Dont pay too much attention to those who grumble about their waitresses and time, people are people and sometimes even waitresses have bad days ... but what is important is how can they make their next guests a better experience. You have done an excellent job. Keep up the hard work. Thank you

As always, the food at Texas roadhouse is awesome! Unfortunately, our visit to the Live Oak establishment on Sunday, November 15, was not wonderful. There were five of us and my niece, who is in the US Air Force, handed The waitress her military ID for the military discount. The waitress told us that they do not offer military discount. They did offer free meals to thats on Veterans Day, and offer military discount on Friday mornings. Excuse me? They are not even open on Friday mornings! We asked her to check with management if this is the case, and she replied, I have worked here for nine months and I know my job! Secondly, One member of our party ordered an item, a combo plate, off the menu. The waitress told us they did not serve that! Well, honey, learn the menu! She told us that she had worked there for nine months and no one ever order that item. Sorry to disappoint you, but Thats your job! We spent over $200 in this restaurant, but would never return to this location again.
