WARNING!! This place must be under new management, the guy with dark hair & glasses is a complete A-hole to customers. The employees were very uncomfortable around him so there was clear workforce tension. He follows you very closely behind inspecting your every move while you play with your children, & it is very creepy! (I took my kiddos to the lunch buffet & to play games.) While my husband played with our son, I pushed our daughter in her stroller & he just kept following me. Later when we went back to our table all of our cups etc had been thrown away. This had never happened before & we were only gone 10 mins at the most. I purchased another drink but before refilling it went to check on my husband & children. He abruptly stopped me & very rudely proceeded to tell me I was to immediately throw my non used empty cup away or to leave the premises. I explained that they had thrown our other drinks out & he said "well theyre supposed to tell you to finish everything at your table before you come to play area". But yet there are signs that say no unsupervised children.. soo little kids like to walk around, then eat a little, then go play, then eat a little, etc so I guess be prepared to choose between eating or playing games with your children, but not both..apparently theyre very strict here now. I tossed the empty cup & we proceeded to leave, even after spending ($100 for about 30 mins on food & tokens that we did not get to use) & we observed him being just as rude to an elderly man playing with his grandson!! WE ARE NEVER COMING BACK. What happened to the manager named Crystal? She was super nice & had great customer service!

Ive been going to Peter pipers for over 20 years and not once was I asked to remove my drink in the game room. But recently there been a worker that stalks you till do. I know it is a rule not to have one in there but it was never enforced in the past. Now you have the robocop of game rooms that enforces the rule! Thats not cool! Go back to being a Lil more lax on the drink rule for parents who are not even playing the games just watching over their children like a responsible adult does. I am willing to forgive the awkwardness off that robogamecop warden asking me to remove my soda from my hand and leave it on a table. Peter piper your lucky I love you but if it gets any more awkward Im gonna have to robo-dork to remove the cup physically from my hand its not like I have pizza while shooting hoops

No major complaints. Stopped here on a whim, just passing through. 6.50 lunch buffet. Better than other cheaper pizza buffets and better pizza than other gaming/pizza joints. It was the dough that was just meh. Salad bar was great. I would flip a coin if back in town on visitting again or trying another place........

This place has a very large sitting area tables of 4 put together for large parties very clean and the personal very nice...pizza is good Chicago style but the game room is too small with bull sh@#$ games..$20 for 100 tokens...rather take my son to chunky cheeses...but he loved it here he dont know better =)

Play area is small not enough games. Plenty of seating area. Free wifi. Good food. Plenty of parking. Staff ok. Security guard on site although the last visit he was sitting majority of the time n I was there for about 2 hrs. Great place for kids!

Very affordable. Under five bucks for a kids meal with a small cheese pizza and a drink with a voucher for 150 tickets to boot. Parking lot could be better lit and the wait to order was long, even though there was only one family ahead of us.

Was there for my 11 year old son bday and left his bday card with only 12dollars in it called as soon as we drove off to ask them to hold it and Lady on phone said bus boy didnt find it how sad...at least give me the card for get the money

Affordable Family Fun! I can take my kiddos here for under $40 for pizza and games. I havent been able find anything that compares in value. Great staff for parties and everyone always has a good time.
