CUSTOMER SERVICE AND professionalism IS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. . . .DONT I SOUND LIKE TRUMP? LOL BUT SERIOUSLY. MY HUSBAND IS AN ACCOUNT EXEC AND THIS AREA IS WAY OUTSIDE OF HIS USUAL ROUTE HOWEVER THE GUY THAT COVERS THIS AREA IS ON VACATION SO MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN COVERING FOR HIM FOR THE TWO WEEKS HES OUT. WELL HE stumbled UPON THIS PLACE WHILE IN THE AREA AND HE GAVE IT A TRY. HE ORDERED TAKE OUT instead OF DINING IN AND HE CALLED ME BRAGGING ABOUT THE FOOD. SO YESTERDAY HE CAME FOR A SECOND VISIT AND HE WAS SO KIND TO BRING ME A LIL SAMPLE OF PIZZA BACK HOME & I MUST SAY THE PIZZA WAS SOOOOOO DELICIOUS. MY TASTE BUDS ARE ON 10 SINCE IM PREGNANT SO EVERYTHING IS TO THE MAX THAT I EAT. TODAY I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO CHECK ON OUR NEW BUNDLE OF JOY IN DOWNTOWN FORT WORTH. I HAD TO FAST FOR THIS APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THEY WERE DOING THE GLUCOSE TESTING. SO I WAS EXTREMELY HUNGRY AFTER MY MORNING APPOINTMENT. I WANTED TO HAVE LUNCH WITH MY HUSBAND SINCE ITS RARE THAT I HAVE A DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK SO HE TOLD ME THE AREA HE WAS IN WHICH WAS 55 MINS FROM ME. I DECIDED TO MAKE THE DRIVE. WHILE ON MY WAY I ASK HIM IF HE WAS GOING TO TAKE ME TO THE PIZZA PLACE HE SAID HE WOULDNT BE DONE WITH HIS STORE IN TIME BUT HE GAVE ME THE ADDRESS AND I DROVE 55 MINS TO GET TO THIS PLACE. WENT INSIDE NO ONE GREETED ME WHICH WAS FINE I SEEN A SIGN AT THE FRONT DOOR THAT SAID SEAT YOURSELF. I SAT IN THE Boothe IN FRONT OF THE REGISTER. SARA THE FIRST WAITER I SEEN WALKED RIGHT PAST ME WENT TO GET somethinG FROM BY THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND WALKED RIGHT BK PAST WITH NOT A WORD. 20 MINS LATER GROUP OF THREE WHITE GUYS WALKED IN SEATED THEMSELVES RIGHT NEXT TO ME AND SARA AND THE GUY BEHIND THE BAR CAME RUNNING OVER SAYING HELLO WELCOME TO WISE GUYS AND ASK WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO EAT. AFTER TAKING THEIR ORDER AFTER WALKING OFF THE GUY TURNED AROUND AND ASK IF I HAD BEEN HELPED. I SAID NO SIR HE SAID IM SORRY ILL GET SOMEONE RIGHT OVER. THIS LADY NAME CHRIS CAME OUT AND SAID DO YOU KNOW WHAT U WANT I SAID NO DO YOU GUYS HAVE MENUS HERE SHE SAID YES HOLD ON LET ME GO FIND ONE. SHE CAME BACK ASK ME WHAT I WANTED TO DRINK I ORDERED A WATER WITH LEMONS. AFTER SCANNING OVER THE MENU FOR ABOUT TWO MINS I KNEW WHAT I WANTED BUT NOBODY EVER CAME BK TO ASK WAT I WANTED SO AFTER 15 MINS I YELLED OVER TO THE BAR CAN I ORDER NOW AND THATS WHEN I HEARD THE CHRIS LADY FROM THE KITCHEN YELL I GOT IT. SHE CAME OUT EVENTUALLY AND TOOK MY ORDER. THE DON ALL MEAT AND THE WINGS. SHE SAID OK AND LEFT. 25 MINS LATER SHE CAME BACK WITH THE WINGS. SHE SLIDE THEM ON THE TABLE AND SCURRIED AWAY. LEAVING ME TO SIT ANOTHER 10 MINS UNTIL I SEEN SOMEONE AND ASK FOR DIPPING SAUCE FOR THE WINGS. BY THIS TIME THE THREE GUYS THAT CAME IN AFTER ME HAD ALREADY ATE DRANKED A BEAR PAID AND WAS GETTING READY TO LEAVE. SHE FINALLY BROUGHT OUT MY PIZZA. I THEN ASK IF I COULD HAVE SOME BREAD LIKE THE ONES THEY BROUGHT OUT COMPLEMENTARY FOR THE GUYS UNTIL THEIR FOOD WAS DONE. 10 MINS LATER I RECEIVED THAT. I ATE MY FOOD IN DISBELIEF I FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE LIKE I WAS IN A WHITES ONLY RESTAURANT. AFTER EATING I WAS SOOOO READY TO GO AND WOULD HAVE LIKED A REFILL OF WATER BUT I WAS LEFT TRYING TO SAVIOR THE ONE AND ONLY GLASS I WAS BROUGHT. NO ONE EVER CAME TO ASK IF I NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE I HAD TO GET UP TO FIND SOMEONE TO PAY FOR MY FOOD AND ASK FOR A TO GO BOX. BTW THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING!!!!!! I HOPE THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING MEAN AND NASTY TO IT THOUGH GIVEN THE TREATMENT I WAS GIVEN. BUT THE FOOD WAS SOOOOOO AWESOME TO THE POINT IT MAKES ME SAD THAT I CAN NEVER REVISIT DUE TO THE LACK OF SERVICE. OH LAST THING WHEN I CAME IN IT WAS 12:30PM ON A WEDNESDAY THERE WERE ONLY THREE GUYS DRINKING AT THE BAR NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WAS IN THERE BUT ME AND THE THREE GUYS. IM JUST NOW LEAVING AND MY CLOCK SAYS 3:02PM.

My first time to ever order and pick up from here and they messed up my pizza. I ordered a Margareta Pizza and the only thing it came with was tomatoes, no basil or parm. I called back and they told me to bring back the pizza they messed up and theyd cook me another. 1st of all I had hungry children waiting to eat, not only did i have to take back the messed up pizza, I had to drive back up there to pick up my pizza 20 minutes later. The "adult" managers were rude and not one of them looked in my direction to apologize. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the amount of respect I received from the teenage employees. The young boy was very apologetic and even asked me if the new pizza was acceptable. Thank you young man!

免費的前菜是麵包球佐番茄佐料，非常好吃，下酒也開胃；披薩味道不錯，海鮮很新鮮；千層麵味道不錯，可惜對我來說太鹹了，應該是美式口味。服務周到，熟稔啤酒品項且介紹詳細，用餐過程中多次關心味道是否OK，是否需要加點，於告知過鹹後，有詢問是否要重新製作一份，因為已經吃了過半，所以我說不用了，還免費招待了啤酒一杯當作補償。

Wow....dont ever order the lasagna. Bought a meal to go, I received an 8" round to go tin containing, at best, a 1" deep mess of sauce, cheese that was hard and lumpy, and maybe two small pieces of pasta. Nothing resembling any lasagna Ive ever seen. Menu boasts six layers. Lucky I found one. I dont know who is checking the quality of whats going out the door. Tasted like a block of salt. Supposed to come with baked garlic bread, I got a large crouton basically. Good thing I ordered two meatballs which were good. Will not make it back this spot for anything, should have never cheated on Joes Pizza and Pasta.....

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Best italian food in town!! Love the atmosphere: relaxing and laid-back. TV screens everywhere, great music but not too loud. Service is great!! Free garlic knots while you wait, and they are DELICIOUS!! The pizza rolls and pasta are amazing (we had chicken parmesan and fettucine alfredo with sauteed shrimp)!! Pizza was very very good (we ordered a medium sausage) but the pizza rolls were better to us because they had more sauce and cheese inside them. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

From start to finish, great experience! Our waitress Lauren was excellent! The medium pepperoni pizza was out of this world. We also enjoyed their bruschetta which was bite sized and perfectly stacked! Were not big beer drinkers but we ended up taking a 33oz Growler to go of the Voodoo Blackberry. Delicious light taste reminiscent of a berry wine. Definitely give this place a try, you wont regret it!

Great pizza & cool atmosphere. We had the BEST service from Mindy (I think that was her name) who went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience!! She explained the menu and gave us awesome pizza recommendations like the Gangster BBQ (which is really really yummy). We were in the area celebrating our 3 year olds birthday. I will recommend this place to all of our family and friends!

My young daughter had her birthday party here. No one else in restaurant. Food was fine but server was non existent. Again there were no other tables. We got dessert and I asked if there was a candle for my girl. There werent but they didnt even offer her a complementary dessert. I emailed the manager months ago but no response. I love neighborhood restaurants but wont return.
