I had my daughters birthday party at this place. Im sorry to say I had a negative experience of staff behavior(more specifically the one who was called "manager"). They did not take off my $30 deposit from my bill, although I showed the confirmation email!!!!!! Because they said that what they can see about my reservation is just a table, without hostess. I informed them that last night you called and told me you might not be able to provide hostess, because its 4th of July, and you might be busy. I accepted and said "try your best, if you couldnt, I wont complain ". She totally denied this conversation and talked (in a sarcastic wat)about desert that they brought and we did not appreciate it. Well, because I told them at first that we dont want desert cause we have brought cake.... Anyway, she was kind of rude and her tone was very close to yelling. It was embarrassing and I felt Im sweating. We spent around $400, we were their customers and we did not deserve that kind of behavior. Despite this very bad and unecpected experience, I should say the food was good, and the place was entertaining. Our guests had fun. But just us ( the host of the party) left the place with a bad memory. We will not go back.

Bc I got 2000 tickets and she only gave me 250 and you have to buy every food and the pizzia was $20 and it was small like no and they cheat like no other unlike CICI PIZZIA THEY HAVE A buffet you can buy 50 things with 8 people for 30 dollars a reasonable price but they want $50 for drinks and games and a pizzia like no and the place was empty their were only one kid and his dad

Stay way from the guy Name Eric ...... he will spoil the whole atmosphere with his attitude and lack of concern whn the machines are broken he also was very negative while we where picking out our prize items I was so shocked he works in an environment with children and their families ..... In all its a very nice place for the children and the food was excellent!!!!!!

This place was fun and all, but figuring their main thing is parties youd think theyd have more arcade games. There was only 3 parties going on when the family and I went and it was already hard enough to get on a game. I couldnt imagine, if their was one more group in there. However, the staff was friendly, and quick.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would! DO NOT go here for a buffet! You might as well save your money and go to CiCis or Chuck E Cheese. 1. Not a huge variety. 2. When you make a request it takes forever. 3. The quality of the pizzas 4/10. The buffet doesnt last long either, it ends at 2pm.

My son wont stop talking about this place. He hates chuck e cheese because hes terrified of the mouse. The pizza is good. The games are in a smaller area but I prefer it to Chuck E Cheese because it is a lot easier to keep track of your kid than in the chaos that is Chuck E Cheese.

The manager Roy is an amazing manager, every time we come he always manages to make our time here great. He always goes out of his way to make us and any guest happy. Managers like Roy is what brings us back every time. If we havent said it enough, thank you Roy for everything.

My kids wont eat the food. The pizza tastes like frozen pizza that u can get at the grocery store. U cant beat the price! About half the price of Chuck E. Cheeses... but.... its half the quality, half the games, half the prizes. U get what u pay for, thats for sure.

I have always loved eating at PPP. It would be nice if they had a piñata breaking section outside for birthday parties .My daughter had her 1st birthday party in the Weslaco,Tx restaurant and it was so much fun. Its a great fun place! Love love love it

The food was fine, the staff however was a nightmare! One in particular named Brittney mathis, was so combative when I simply requested extra condiments with my order. The sheer rudeness from this individual almost brought me to tears! HORRIBLE

Its a family favorite for us when the kids have a birthday. We just get a couple of pizzas and the adults visit while the kids go nuts playing. My only complaint is how expensive games have gotten but thats probably just my age showing :P LOL

Love it I go here a lot with my children the staff are really friendly and help go sometime I go just to the buffet by myself the pizza gets taken really fast because they only put a certain amount out at a time but its sooooo good

This was a pretty good place. The pizza was fair. I would say this is similar to Chuck E. Cheese, with almost as many games. They do good birthday parties and the staff was efficient and friendly.
