I am a high school student at Arlington, and have lived near this area for my whole life. Nizza has always been on our top restaurant list, but within the past year or two, a new worker who manages the register has ruined my desire to visit anymore. He is always very gruff, if not rude, to the highschool students who come in everyday for lunch. I understand how frustrating highschool students can be, believe me, but we make up probably 80% of their daily sales, if not more. If he has such a problem working with us, perhaps he needs to find a new job. I was especially offended today at lunch. I order my regular 2 slices of pizza with a drink, but considering I am a very slow eater, I decided to go ahead and get it to go, knowing that even though I was dining in, I wouldnt be able to finish. When I pay, the man tells me to get a soda or bottle of water, but I was eating in, so I asked for a cup instead. In place of a cup, I received the sassy response "Then can I have your box back?" He continued to reprimand me by saying that I was wasting boxes, and if I was eating in, then I should have not gotten a box, that I would just leave it on the table when I left. Considering that I would have gotten a box anyway, what difference did it make if I had gotten one before or after? I had done absolutely nothing to provoke him, either. I would have understood if it was against policy to dine in after getting your food to go, but if that were the case, he could have just told me. I am incredibly dissatisfied with Nizzas declining service. Perhaps Chipotle will appreciate my business more from now on.

The pizza is delicious and we order at least once a week but after last night we will not order any more. Placed the order over the phone for delivery at 745pm was told within the hour. at 902 i called and the manager told me the driver, Lacey, had called 3 times and rang the bell and no one answered and she left. The front door was open, we have red and green christmas lights up and cell phone right in my hand Lacey did not call did not ring the bell did not deliver our order. This "manager" argued with me defending her driver. I said why would i call you if we had ourorder? Advised 10 minute delivery or refund. 12 minutes driver pulls up food is cold and a part of our order is not delivered. sent it back,,,20 minutes same driver (who has delivered to us before and is a very nice professional young man) brought our entire order , hot and apologized and said i dont know how she could not find your house with all those lights. Will not order from here again and will discourage all to stay away from Nizza Pizza.

Rude staff comprised of teens is enough to make me go elsewhere most of the time despite food actually being above average. New York is known for being a brash, not overly polite city, but having traveled there so much and eaten at various pizzerias, I can say any NY pizza joint has more respect for customers than this place. They also like to close early - if you get there 30-40 minutes before closing, be prepared to be turned away for dine in. If you get greeted or waited on by a girl who has the "Oh hi sweetie!" attitude similar to a Hooters waitress, this is Jennifer. Shes not a good waitress to put it nicely. For those of you seeking true NY style pizza with great service, its a drive, but the best place in DFW is in Irving (New York Pizza Pasta & Subs on MacArthur at Valley Ranch)

Before Nizza opened a yogurt shop and a second location the food and service were excelent. But alas when the manager/owner is away the staff can go awry. We came in to dine at 9:35 pm the posted close time 10:00 pm. This has NEVER been an issue before. We came in were welcomed by the counter folks and sat down. The waitress stomped around roughly set out the menues. In her huff she had to come back and check on our orders which she had made mistakes on. She proceeded to speak in an unfriendly manner. She banged the chairs on top of tables right beside us. Swept the floor all around us leaving a large unsightly pile 2 ft from the table all at 9:50 pm... 10 mins before close!! There are plenty of other good places to eat that offer courteous service!!!

This was one of the places I used to go to a lot but since the new owner took over and tried to make it a little classier its gotten both too expensive for what you get and less of a classic pizza place feel. The parking is spotty. During the busier times of day you may or may not find a good parking spot. There are several restaurants around it and even though there is marked parking for Nizza, there isnt a lot. The parking lot is also in need of a bit of repair but not too bad. If youre wanting pizza there are several better options in the area.

My fiance and I placed on an online order yesterday for delivery, simple enough right? The wait time said 45 minutes to an hour.....almost two hours later and after calling Nizza Pizza our order was delivered. Customer service is awful and no sense of urgency. We had to call to see where our order was and after being told the driver was given a wrong address, they are on their way. I should have called to talk to a manager to get my money back since our food was stone cold and again, two hours late. Never ordering from them again.

This pizza is some ode the worst ever. The cheese is so hard and one solid piece of plastic like product on the pizza. Simply Horrible pizza. Burnt over cooked and tasteless. Not joking this place is a joke person who answered phone Talked me out of what I wanted originally (deep dish) Im glad that he did too cause I didnt every like the 24$ for one pizza and knots and cheesecake. Stay away nothing NYC about it. I been to NYC btw and its nothing like it.

I ordered pick-up from here today. I got a sausage, mushroom and onion pizza and a stuffed pepperoni slice. The stuffed pepperoni was really good, but when I tried the other pizza it was terrible. The mushrooms were canned(why is this even an option?) so they feel like rubbery leaches in your mouth. I tried to take the mushrooms off, but I guess they were thrown on wet because the rest of the pizza was soggy. What a waste, never again.
