Customer service is terrible. If you ask about ANY of the nutritional value or if something is halal (for which they claim). Many of my business colleagues are muslim or orthodox jewish that prefer to eat zabiha. The person on the phone named Mazariah stated that it is halal but not zabiha- two synonyms. When asked about what she meant by the difference was-she gets into a political/religious rant. I used to come here and get food for my business meetings. The lack of customer service and kindness in the womans voice was unpleasant and very rude. Claiming that I asked "too many questions" and "kept her on the phone for 2 hours" after a 5 minute phone call. The place is unclean and I nor will any of my business colleagues will ever dine again. Practice proper customer service and inform your staff of what the ingredients are and watch your business flourish. Until then, youve lost a great deal of customers. Save your money and go somewhere else.

First of all it is expensive! I did not like the pizza because it was not what I would have expected for the price. The pizza was also not as hot as it should have been. However I have to say customer service is quite good. I ordered on the phone and the gentleman I talked to was very polite and efficient and when I came to pick up the pizza the employees were very welcoming. I might not have had the best experience with the pizza because I might not be accustomed to NY pizza style. but I will not say dont try it.

Had my order delivered to me. The delivery man was rude to me! Told me i gave him the wrong address when i gave him the right address. I ordered a pepperoni calzone garlic bread and hot wings... The calzone is nothing but bread with alot of cheese with very little pepperoni, not very good. The garlic bread i wanted came as cheese bread. Its alright but i wanted plain garlic bread. And the hot wings were okay. I will not order from here again. Thanks for allowing me to waste money on this place.

They are not going to hold your hand and confort you as you go through your pizza experience here. Are they rude I do not know all I know is I give them money and I get a great tasting pizza and will keep coming back. I do not want to know about their family or want to be friends or care about how their voice sounds over the phone or care about the people making my food. Its an exchange I give money I get pizza the end.

This is the best pizza in Arlington if you like thin crust and LOTS of options for toppings. My favorite is the Mediterranean which comes with feta cheese, artichoke, and tomato. Service is fast. They offer dining in, delivery, and carry-out.
