I stopped by this CiCis location right around the beginning of Spring this year ... It was mid-afternoon, which is surely the reason why the variety in selection of the different types of pizza available was "ehh" - basic cheese, pepperoni, sausage and none of the "other" recipes that CiCis has come to be known to carry. Like I had mentioned, it WAS the time of day that Im sure is typically "slow" on most days, so there werent many people in the restaurant to knockout full pizza pies off of the buffet before they grow cold and stale, so the limited selection that was there wasnt really very enjoyable. Though, the special pizza I had asked the manager to prepare for me was hot, tasty, and I had no complaints with that. Overall, this place seemed to mirror what you experience at any other CiCis you could find except that its in Grapevine: mediocre to poor pizza at a discount price. ALL YOU CAN EAT ;) I will mention though, with the kitchen layout and the way the ovens and dining area are positioned made it particularly warm inside the restaurant. This was so much so that I actually rushed through my meal in order to get back into my car with some A/C! It was March too... IDK what it could get like in there if you were to stop in during a Summer month in Texas!

My family & I pulled up this location online before visiting, to make sure the prices were reasonable since its been a while since weve gone. Online, it states that the prices for children were $3.49. Upon arrival, the cashier charges $5.29 for the 3 children, and $5.99 for the two adults. When we asked her about the prices advertised online, her response was " I dont control whats on the website". OK, that is fine and dandy, but at least have the decency to bring it to your managers attention so that it can be corrected. I may have been able to overlook the fact that the prices were higher than advertised, had it not been for the snobby attitude. It shows that they truly dont care about what is being promoted. They charge what they want to charge without any care of what they are falsely advertising. Shame. Not wanting to argue in the presence of children, and break the promise of taking them to Ci Cis, we continued to purchase the buffet. I will definitely not be returning, and will be notifying the higher ups about this false advertisement, and lack of concern.

Unacceptable behavior by the manager. He yelled at my nephew for grabbing more than one dessert (he was getting desert for me, my mom and himself)z His excuse for harassing my nephew was that he thought he was with the camp who was only allowed one desert. (These camp goers all had a camp shirt on which wasnt the same color as my nephews) We were sitting a significant distance away from the buffet bar and it sounded like the man was right next to us, he had a very scary and loud voice. My nephew refuses to go back and the manager created a huge scene. My nephew didnt even want to finish eating and we had to leave still hungry... Absolutely disrespectful. Dont go here unless you want your child yelled at for going back for seconds or to get desert. Dont work at a restaurant for children of you hate kids. Its called a buffet for a reason.

Never had been to this establishment. My wife, kids and I, were coming from grapevine lake and were craving pizza and excited to end the night well. We got there around 9:20P.M and when the General Manager of that night shift saw the amount of people coming in, he said, "Sorry, buffet is close, but.. you can take it to go." And the establishment saying on the sign that it closed at 10P.M Noticing there was pizza recently made, plus someone there eating by themselves. We leave the establishment DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET BY NOT SHOWING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The GM needs to go define the word CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL TO GO THERE. NO WONDER THEIR RATING IS 2.9 OVERALL!!!

In the fall of 2009, this place was okay. It has never been an especially attractive place, but back then the food was satisfying. Today, October 2012, it was amazing how far downhill they have come. The pizza had lots of bread, and barely enough toppings to cover much of the bread. Also, the flavor was missing. It must have new management that scrimps on ingredients and uses less than quality. In 14 slices I ate, not one was enjoyable...sorta plastic tasting! My stomach is full, but Im not satisfied with what I ate. Other Cici locations Ive been to recently, taste good and have enough ingredients. I wont go back to this one in Grapevine.

Manager was very nice, They got my special order pizza right (which often most cicis gets wrong)!!They even made me a fresh dessert pizza since the one they had sitting out looked a little older, and didnt give any attitude about it at all, They were more than willing to help. Even the woman cleaning up the tables was nice and friendly. One of the better cicis I have been to recently. It was a little warm in there though, Might need to turn a/c up durring mid day summer. Edit for a later date: The manager they had was incredibly ignorant and had little logic nor was she willing to make a pizza.

Sat and watched the manager sit and yell at the one female worker there for the day because she made a small mistake over something. He had no care in the world that people were around while he sat and degraded her, told her to shut up, belittled her, and watched her cry. Not to mention she was probably about 6-7 months pregnant. Was such a disgrace to see that, and thankfully I used it as a life lesson to teach my watching daughters what NOT to allow in their life. So, thank you for that at least. We will not be back.

The little blonde cashier girl is really rude. I walked in all smiles handed her my money. SHE RUDELY started counting it having a attitude the while time rolling her eyes and acting unprofessional. When I entered she started at me with a ugly rude face. It was unacceptable how I was treated I didnt even eat yet. She started at me the whole time I was getting food like I was just a problem or burden. Very Unprofessional customer service. I will not go back to it again.

Buffet style pizza, salad, and pizza dough apple strudel + cinnamon rolls for dessert. Prices just went up .10c to $6.09 per adult. Seems that the Grapevine location is in need of a upgrade. Selection was just ok. Employees are lethargic and dont seem to care. Has seen better days in the last 11 years Ive been going there. Cheap eats is all this restaurant is good for. Would not recommend the Grapevine location as it is old, small, and run down.

A roach crawled onto my seat while I was eating. I immediately got up and left. ON MY SEAT. if roaches are willing to go into the light on my seat for food, imagine how many are in the kitchen. I felt like puking right there. I told the manager and he said "sorry". Dont go to this Cicis unless you want to get sick....completely disgusting. I will still go to other Cicis but never again to this one in particular.....
