I received a coupon so I thought I would give them a try. Bad move. Shay, the shift leader, was rude on the phone by hanging up on me. I called asking questions and was told that I needed to order online for a delivery. I got a red flag stating that ordering online wasnt possible for this location when I was ready to checkout on the site. So I called back and got Shay on the phone again. She said that the power in the bldg went out briefly, and ordering online for delivery was policy. I didnt understand why she wasnt looking for a solution. Why couldnt she say that I could order with her for pizza pick-up? She hung up on me. I went to the location and was greeted with very loud music. The customers in line had to repeat their order several times to Shay. When it was my turn, I asked why she hung up on me. She stated that she didnt hear anything. Really? Usually there is some preface before taking that action and she didnt apologize. She gave me the order for free though. After all that, pizza wasnt worth the hassle. Theres not enough toppings or flavor. Ill stick with the pizza delivery Ive had for years.

Do not go here! First off, there is nothing special about this pizza, spend your money elsewhere. My real concerns for this review rest with the service. The customer service is terrible, the staff is rude beyond belief and there is no sense of control amongst the employees or the managers. My wife made a simple request to leave one ingredient off when ordering two pizzas and when they made a mistake she merely replied, “It is ok, I’ll just take the other one”. The staff then insulted and embarrassed her, speaking loudly to the restaurant as though she made some ridiculous request. Not a single employee had any level of leadership to step in and rectify the situation. When we spoke to the manager she treated us as though we had fabricated the situation. I wrote a calm and polite letter to corporate over a week ago and have had no reply. All we would like is an apology but they cannot even muster that.

I gotta say... Pie Five is pretty freaking amazing. I had no idea what this place was about, but the employees here were super helpful and nice! I ordered a Margarita pizza and it was fantastic! Then they ask if I wanted "angel dust" ...or something of the sort. I guess its a cheese and seasoning blend. Let me tell you, that pizza angel dust whatever is awesome! So yeah, the service was incredible! Also, you can create your own pizza. They have a menu with all of the options, toppings, etc, etc, and it takes about 5 minutes. The pre-made pizzas all have really cool names and they taste delicious as well. So anyway, if youre thinking Pizza for dinner, but you also want quick and easy, Pie Five has you covered. Quick, Easy, and about $7 for pizza and a drink. Not a bad deal. Definitely recommend it!

Love the concept of being able to make your own pizza with a variety of options. There are different pizza crusts, different sauce choices, meat options, and fresh veggies. Ive been coming here for over a year now and the pizza is always consistently good. Occasionally I will get a side caesar salad, but was disappointed this last time because it didnt have a bread crust bowl like it used to. The dressing was also off, but I couldnt tell if it had changed or if something was wrong with it. Ill probably pass on it next time. Weve tried a few of the dessert pizza slices and all are good though I havent seen the apple one in awhile and that was delicious! As far as the service goes, Ive never had a problem. I highly recommend joining the Circle of Crust program to get free pizzas!

Went in yesterday for lunch. Incredible Pizza and cool atmosphere! Staff was very helpful and walked me through building my first pizza. Built the pizza, paid for it and by the time I got my drink (they have one of those cool machines with every drink choice known to man) my pizza was ready. I asked the manager (I think?) about the company and he was great and told me all about their growth and plans to continue franchising. Id buy one if I could afford it! P.S. Get the "____ dust" when they offer it at the end. Dont remember what it was called but it was yummy.

The date and time I arrived there was about 1:20pm 06/06/17. The black lady that was in charge with the crust and toppings gave us less than desired customer service. I couldnt understand what she said so I needed to constantly repeat myself. She was trying to constantly rush us even though we were the only ones in line plus on top of that she got out orders wrong. We gave up with trying to reason with her and just accepted our half assed pizzas

Its an ok pizza. The personalized aspect is nice and the unlimited toppings were great. Perhaps their pre-selected pizzas are better, but the custom one i made i was not impressed with for the price. I got a pan style crust, with the sriracha marinara, with pineapple, pepperoni, green olive, banana peppers, jalapenos, red & green peppers, sun dried tomatoes, and basil.

This place is great and quick for lunch. Food is great and speedy when you are pressed for time. They have way more toppings than I could have imagined, very good combinations. I wish they made the Cuban a permanent menu item! Just a word of advice sign up for the VIP, their email service, I get coupons for 5 dollar pies like every two weeks, Its sweet!

Location was filthy, esp food prep area. Waited at counter for 3 minutes before even being acknowledged, two workers were focused on take out orders. Once they helped us, they were friendly enough. Food was ok, pizza sauce was over seasoned. MOD Pizza in Seattle has a similar concept but knocks it out of the park, plus they also serve beer

Generally, Pie Five is really good... but this time the guy behind the counter was a bit skimpy on the toppings (this may be standard practice or just that guy in particular.. only visited once). The flavor and price were right though. If you go, just watch them as they make it and speak up if you want more toppings.

Been coming here regularly since they opened.. Pizza is made to order Everytime, so it always tastes fresh! I love the new hatch chile pizza.. Amazing! Also, not on the menu "cheeseburger" pizza.. Made with mustard sauce, hamburger, cheese, onions and pickles... Yum!

Fantastic pizza, quick. They have all the choices you could want for ingredients and crusts. The pizza comes out perfectly cooked and they even have a rewards program where you earn a free one before you know it.

Aimed at 3.5 stars. 3 star food quality, 4 stars for service and atmosphere. I liked the fresh veggies that were available, and the pizza didnt come out greasy, even piled with meats. Will be coming back =)

I like Pie 5 in general but this location is constantly filthy. Workers texting on phones while there isnt a single clean table in the whole place. This has happened on multiple occasions.
