I have kept coming back to Luciano Pizzaria at Galleria Dallas since we flew to DFW from Australia about a year ago. I found that the staff here are very friendly and helpful. And every time I walked in I was warmly greeted by happy staff who can recognise frequent dinners, which made me feel previlledly welcome. As a pasta eater I do enjoy my meal each and every time with the help of staff (Patty and others) who ask me patiently what ingredients Id like and how Id like the pasta to be cooked. Especially I need to mention here the restaurant manager, Craig. He is such a gentleman who focuses on good customer service and leads the team in doing a fantastic job. Thats why there would be no doubts for me to recommend Luciano to more of our crew members. Well done, Luciano !

"If I wanted microwaved pasta I wouldve stayed home. Only redeeming factor is it tastes better than store bought. But not amazing." is my original review. I changed my mind. They honestly dont deserve 3 stars. Theyre usually busy with a nice crowed of people so I figured I would try it. But it wasnt up to expectation at all. You would expect with all the ovens and surface space they have that they would be able to at least warm up the already cooked pasta in a pan. But instead the microwaved it right infront of me. On further inspection when I received my food I found the chicken park was just a soggy cheese covered frozen chicken patty covered in sauce. Not a good meal. Not worth the money I spent here.

DONT EAT HERE!!I ate here (I ordered the create your own pasta) very recently and contracted food poisoning and when I called and told the manager about it ....he laughed and said thats funny nobody else has called......so my question is how many people have to call?? He didnt seem to care much so I called the health department!! Please be careful cause if he thinks my sickness is a laughing matter he doesnt take his job to serious and doesnt care about how the food is stored or being prepared smh BE CAUTIOUS

First time here. No staff helped us for quite awhile, had to walk around and ask how to order. Finally we order and they throw the food on the plate and stick it in the microwave right in front of us. With so many ovens in the restaurant why not actually bake my chicken instead of making it immediately soggy with a microwave?? Having a location at the galleria I would expect a higher quality dining experience. I would not recommend eating here unless youre wanting mediocre, soggy and microwaved pasta.

Pizza taste very old and lots of fat in it.No food is being made fresh here . Very expensive and pay attention to your bill ,over charging common No communication between staffs,and worse management ever Long time to get a table and they expect you to leave soon Dont go to this place ,Lots of great restaurants in Galleria mall ,much cheaper and better quality of food than Luciano for sure

The employees were like zombies. She asked if I wanted croutons and cheese after she had done it. I said no and then she wouldnt take the salad back so I left it on counter and received some angered words in Spanish. The calzone I ordered was more than the price posted on the line. Food was just okay, not worth it. Wont come back.

Food is great. I frequent this place and have always enjoyed it. The pizza is not full of sauce, the salads have always tasted fresh and the pasta is excellent. You pick and choose what you want in it. Never leave dissatisfied.
