The food here isnt extraordinarily better than other pho places, but the service is extraordinarily the worst! We always order to pick up because we just live down the street, why sit in the restaurant when I can enjoy the food at the comfort of my house? So I think we are so regular the waitresses there recognize my face, and probably know that I will always order to go. So today, I went in again for another to go order, the tall, high cheekbone waitress just saw right through me like Im thin air and ushered the customers who entered after me to a table!!! She didnt even let me finish my sentence when I was trying to tell her I have a to-go order! Yeah, Im here not to sit in, and you wont earn a damn dime for tip, but Im still a customer at the restaurant you work for!!! This tells me how much you care about your work place! And I have no doubt that you have cheated many other customers by judging if they are here for pick up or sit-in!!! Or maybe its because Im Asian, and Asians dont give tips? Then that becomes a downright racism problem! My family used to own a restaurant and knows what proper waitressing is! If she were to work at my restaurant, shed be long gone! There are plenty girls out there would love a job!

This place has been on Grand Opening status since we have moved near Trinity blvd. I was really eager to eat here being an avid Sushi/Pho eater. Unfortunately, I was unable to try their food. I walked in for a to-go order and waited over ten mins before anyone spoke to me. One other customer received their order so, it was only myself at the bar ready to place an order next. The restaurant was almost empty. Two other customers received a greeting and placed their order at the bar before me. I was finally greeted and told I would be helped shortly. Shortly became something else and I decided to leave. Honestly, Ive noticed this restaurant for awhile. The grand opening sign and the help wanted sign. I believe this restaurants days are numbered. If you want good pho/sushi together Pho Noodle house in Bedford is 4 miles away from this location and is worth the drive. IF YOU WANT THE BEST obviously my personal fav! PHO PALACE ON COLLINS!! Best service, very clean and relaxing establishment with PHO I think I have ever had.

Very interesting setup; I think the review that said something to the effect of "Asian fusion meets sports bar" hit the nail right on the head. I love that two walls of the room (because neglecting the kitchen, it really is just one large room on the corner of the strip-mall) are pure floor-to-ceiling window. The service was incredible. The staff were extremely attentive and constantly coming back to check on our drinks and how our food was. Getting to the food... I cannot argue with the average 2.5 Yelp rating on the cafe. The food was just "meh". The biggest issue was that there wasnt a whole lot of flavor in... well, anything, really. The pork egg roll, the lo mein, the kung pao chicken, the chicken for the sweet & sour chicken plate... the food itself was mediocre at best. Id say this place is definitely worth trying, mainly for the experience, but it is not high on my list for a second visit.

One of my worst dining experiences ever. We thought Asian food + a bar + $9 pitchers + a close proximity to the house would bring us back until our food and server was AWFUL. No flavor at all. The meatball in my pho was just chewy chunks of sausage, and the chicken was non-flavored sliced boiled shrimp. So I basically had noodles and chicken broth. My husbands was bland too. Not to mention the server ranked in the top 5 worst servers I've ever had in my life. No competence and literally no service. I could write a list of 100 things that went WRONG with my experience, and 70% would be about my server. Stick with authentic Asian food, or even a mall eatery, because this place sucks... Unless you just want pitchers of beer.

Went & had Vietnamese fare (shrimp spring rolls/ pork bun). I really enjoyed the food. The spring rolls werent the best Ive ever had, but were enjoyable & the peanut sauce was delicious! The bun was very good- the pork was cooked well & had good flavor (and very little gristle). I thought it had the atmosphere of a favorite neighborhood bar & hang out, which I liked. I heard the staff ask several nearby tables if they were having their usual, so they get repeat customers. The staff was friendly, the only reason I didnt give 5 stars is it took a bit longer than it should have to get my card back than it should have. Overall it was great and ill definitely be back.

1 star for taste, portion size, & out of steak for their pho...which we found out at ordering and not before. I assume pho is their main specialty due to the hot bowl name. We will not be going back. The broth was not tasty. We had to opt for other meats for the pho. I had the small pho meatball that came in a standard size pho bowl with a lot less food than is served in comparison to the DFW pho restaurants. There may have been 2 small cut up meatballs, a kids portion of noodle, 2 basil leaves, & 2 jalapeno slices. The portion sizing is ridiculously small. The bean sprout portion was a decent size.

This used to be a sports bar named Hot Bowl before they changed up a bit and reopened as Pho Kobee. The pho is mediocre. The broth is too watered down and very bland. I had to add fatty oil and salt to my bowl to make it somewhat tasteful. The meat cuts were not the best either. On top of that, the bowl was way too expensive. I do not recommend this place and will not be back. Drive an extra 10 minutes down 360 to the West Pioneer area and pick any of the pho places there, as they sre substantially better. I spent 10.95 on a bad bowl of pho here when I could have had way better for under 7.

Not really sure what happened to this place, but it seriously went down. Every time I go my dishes are dirty including cups. This place was just a convenient lunch spot for pho, but they dont even sell pho anymore. I guess because of summer. Either way the last few times I had pho here they really skimped on the meat portion and noodles. New cook it guess? Today is the last time I ever step foot into this place. I went to take a drink and my cup was filthy. They gave us small plates for egg rolls and the plates were noticeably dirty. Im so done with this spot.

This was (WAS) the restaurant where I was introduced to, and fell in love with, Pho. Used to be my regular lunch spot. I agree with other reviews from summer 2016. Its changed for the worse. New menu. Pho is still there, but you have to search for it. And its not as flavorful as it used to be. Clearly theres been a fundamental change - in cooking staff, ownership, and/or a need to increase profits by taking shortcuts on quality ingredients and care in cooking. Sad to report that is no longer my go-to for lunch.
