Wow this place is just good clean healthy food! Everytime I eat here I remember why I like it so much. The prices are about $6-10 per person. They offer take out and to go call in or online ordering. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. They offer a front row view for their cooks woking up all the delicious meats and veggies you can choose from. They are always obliged to take special orders too. I love the soft drink machines omg they are phenominal and offer over 25 selections to choose from plus special flavored teas. Gotta have some good clean food for a great price heres where you go!!!

Most filthy restaurant I have seen in years! I took my family there Friday night (10/9/15). Aside from the food being sub par at best, we saw the manager apologize for poor service as soon as we walked in. We should have walked right out the door. The entire floor was sticky and none of the employees seemed to care. Every surface was greasy and dirty especially the high chairs. I witnessed a server wipe down the table with a dirty rag and then wipe the heads of the soy sauce and hit sauce bottles. I was so disgusted that we took our food and left, but I couldnt bring myself to eat it.

Saturday evening 8 pm, no crowd. The food, a step above Panda Express, a little bit more healthy, with some verity. Sesame Chicken with brown rice, not the best taste, but was colorful. Colorful too was the male employees sexual HARASSMENT of the not so happy female employees. My fortune cookie said, "If you see something, say something," but the number two complaint agents law enforcement these days is sexual assault, and I aint going up against these fellas to say poop. The worlds going to do what the worlds going to do - - mediocrity or bust - - we can only hope.

"Asian Fusion" definitely fits the description here. Slam all the Asian cultures together and you will find a modern spin on popular dishes here like Mongolian beef or Pad Thai. The food is tasty, the staff is great, and they offer take out and if youre a veteran, you get a nice discount. They dont master any one culture or category in their cooking but then again, they are in their own category. Better than Panda Express and I like Panda for its quick no fuss no muss, and youll get the same here but more out-of-the-ordinary dishes vs the classics of fast food Asian.

I love love love the food at Pei Wei its like my go to, BUT I called from my work to place in order and towards the end I asked the guy on the phone to repeat it to me and he soooo rudley told me, "No sorry maam I have other customers bye" & then he hung up!!! I know when people order a lot it can be stressful but I worked in fast food and I was never that rude to someone, if you dont wanna deal with people then get another job. It was just so rude I just cannot

What happen to Pei Wei? It was so good a few months ago, but now it is crappy. It is not a one time thing. I have gone three times, and I have had bad food and service. The lady who was our server didnt speak English at all. We got one plate and the next one 15 minutes later. We literally found a small rock in the fried rice. The recipes have changed for efficiency and have failed. So disappointed...

I had a terrible experience at this location the food was not cooked all the way and they switch the needs of my two orders and one didnt even have sauce on it. I asked for extra sauce when I ordered and it never came out drink machines where out of every soda and no soy sauce was available either. I am a frequent Eater of Pei Wei and this was one of the worst experiences Ive had at Pei Wei

Really good food and is NOT very expensive unlike other posters claim. And for those who want a nice cheap meal, the Kids Wei menu is DIRT cheap and the portions are great! $3.75 for about 6-8 pieces of chicken/steak in whatever sauce with whatever side(rice,noodles,etc). Get one of those with their amazing Crab Wontons and youll have just had a great $8 meal!

Eaten here 5 times. Really average food compared to going to a real Chinese or Vietnamese restaurant. Too bad Denton doesnt have anything and have to drive to Carrolton or Addison for some good tasty Asian food. Even Panda Express has better tasting food than Pei Wei with better portions. Good thing they just opened up one in Denton.

Waited on hold in que position 4 for over 10 minutes. After giving up and driving to the restaurant I was told "Were really busy." Seriously? Too busy to take 1 phone order in 10 minutes? In addition, there was no line when I got there. Sounds like a management issue.

Great food, great service, has improved. My husband and I had worked in Pei Wei in the past (him for 1 and I for 4). There have been ups and downs, but they seem to be really stepping up their game lately and provide great service and food. Keep it up guys! :)

trash. I ordered shrimp fried rice and they gave me beef fried rice.. wasnt mad.. I know it happens. but they got a nasty attitude when I corrected them. told them Id like shrimp instead and when I got my new plate...........the rice wasnt even done

Ordered the Steak Pad Thai and it was just bad. Tofu was overcooked and the steak was too chewy. Ive had better food for half the price at Oriental Express off Eagle Drive. On the upside, the fountain drink machine functioned properly.

Possibly the best pei Wei Ive been to. The staff is always friendly. They took a little while bringing out one of my sides once and the manager personally apologized and gave me a $10 gift card. Really great staff and as always food.

in the beginning we liked that restaurant , until we ordered some shrimp and mushrooms after that my wife got food poisoning and was sick for 2 days, it was bad. We dont recommend for anybody, be careful with taking kids!

The service is good. Ordered caramel chicken and was good, not a plate that will make me come back again but there are more dishes that I would like to try. I just think I didnt order the right dish.
