This is the second time in the past 6 weeks that I have been here a little before lunchtime and had trouble finding someone to take my order. Each time there is ONE person taking to go orders as well as walk-in and doing so VERY slowly. Both times I have asked if there is anyone else to help and they say "no". To top it off, they actually got my order wrong which caused me to wait longer. I have little time at lunch to wait for a place that is poorly staffed when there are so many other options.

Should get a 5 star rating because the food is delicious. Why I give it a 4 is because over the past few years the portions have gotten smaller and the prices higher. Its now reached the point that the entrees are a buck too expensive. I hate corporate owned establishments for this exact reason. Rather hand down rising costs to the customer than try and nickel and dime us with smaller portions. Needless to say I still eat at Pei Wei but not as regularly.

Food is was drowning in sauce, even after I asked for light sauce. The tofu is baked and then reheated to serve. Staff acts like they dont care about customers and are not friendly. In fact, when I tried to talk to the guy who brought our food to the table about my food, he totally blew me off and even walked away while I was talking to him. I hate this place.

I have ordered from here numerous times, and they always get the order perfect every time. The food is a bit expensive, but its worth the occasional treat! The only downside is that this location does seem to consistently have a loooong wait time for pick up orders. But theyre pretty consistently busy as well, so its mostly understandable.

I like this place. The service and food are both good and the prices are reasonable. I did just try the new Polynesian Poke Bowl which was listed under the salads on the menu. Although it tasted good, the was more rice then anything else in the salad. Kinda weird, but still good.

Great food + excellent service = a heavenly customer experience! A young lady by the name of Faith was extremely helpful, patient and conscientious making our night a perfect dining adventure!!! We will come back over and over again to this wonderful restaurant because of her!!!

Absolutely fantastic food here! Really fast and it tastes great, staff is friendly, lots of variety, sit down or carry out, this place is all around a great place to have a quick bite or stay a while in the great atmosphere and they have the Coke freestyle machines too!

We love the gluten free options. We like everything we get and they are very nice. Although the staff may need a small lesson in the ways of gluten free, we asked for tumari and they didnt know what that was. We also love the rewards and online ordering is super easy!

Update 2017-06-11: Wife had a really bad shrimp rice dish and the restaurant is a little dirty while employees stand around, so lowering to 3 stars. Usually good. I like the Kung Pao chicken and chicken chow mein. More expensive than in the past though.

Infuriatingly bad all the way around. Waited 50 minutes for a to-go order to find the chicken to be undercooked! And this isnt the first time theyve undercooked the chicken, but it sure is the last chance Ive given to this Pei Wei.
