This place is terrible, we ordered a delivery or with 2 pad tai and it took over an hour for them to deliver it, and when the driver got here he only had half the order. He said that he would run back and get the other order but we had already been waiting for over an hour. Then the 1 that he left with us was dry and burned. When I called to see what could be done to remedy the situation they basically told be that there was nothing that they were willing to do to remedy their mistakes, and told me that i would have to pay for the one they left while the driver went to collect the other half of the order. I told them that they were welcome to come pick it back up and they actually decided to come back and pick up the order and lose us and everyone one I know as a customer.

I used to really enjoy their slushies & smoothies until last week. I ordered a smoothie but apparently I said it wrong and the lady went on yelling at me in front of other customers abt how I need to say boba smoothie for like 2-3 mins. When she finally stopped she made my smoothie and she was upset the whole time. Then today I went and she had an attitude the whole time she was making it (I even tipped and she didnt say thank you). She gave me my drink and she wasnt friendly at all. So im drinking it and I realized there are little strands of hair throughout my drink. If you into hairs in your drink go for it. If not I highly recommend you find a different place for Boba drinks.

HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER. I took out American Express to pay and I didnt even order. I was just standing to order and that lady rudely says we dont do American Express didnt you see outside before entering so I said I have other card. She went on and on saying no but it says outside we dont take American Express I took out another card and I said I have visa, do you guys take visa and she wouldnt stop giving me bad looks. I asked for chocolate snowflake and she said they dont have it I said coffee she said they dont have that one either. I asked for one more flavor and she said no for that as well. She basically didnt want to serve. Never going back.

Definitely not worth the wait or the money. I work in a Thai / Asian cuisine restraunt, Ive eaten my fair share of everything on the menu and Ive gotta say for the same prices Im not impressed. The fried rice was pretty bland, had to add soy sauce and Sriracha to make it edible. The spring rolls are not spring rolls, its egg roll filling in a spring roll rapper and they were bad, with no sauce either. The wonton soup was okay, the broth was a little flavorless but the wonton itself was tasty. I wont be ordering from here again.

If you like authentic taste this is the place to go. I am writing this as Im eating it. I order the lunch special general tso comes with a spring roll, fried rice, and soup of the day. I chose sweet and sour soup. Mostly every Chinese place in this area uses loads of salt. The soup you taste all the flavors of mushrooms, tofu and seasoning. Everything tastes like it made from scratch. Boba is great as well. If you want to travel to a different country this is the spot.

We came here tonight on a whim after noticing in some reviews that they serve ramen now. If you live in Arlington, you know that good ramen just doesnt exist here. Take heart! Brodard is changing that! We tried the tonkotsu ramen, and it really was delicious. Great price, big portion, all of my favorite toppings included. The chasu was particularly yummy. If youve been craving a good ramen spot, check it out! Well be back soon for some of the snow ice.

My mom actually got me on this place. It is crazy to see that a lot of people said the lady is rude. She was nothing but nice and VERY informative when I asked about something on the menu. She even didnt mind that my 2yr old was extremely loud and running around trying to leave. Food and drinks were good. I just hope all you have not worked retail and was never rude to anyone ever. Everyone one can have rough days.

GO EAT HERE. I read a lot of these 1 star google reviews and people were complaining about service. This is literally an elderly mom and pop shop and they make most everything from scratch. Give some grace. On to the food: Killer food and prices (~$8) & the ramen was incredible. I had the tonkotsu ramen (spicy) and was the best bowl of ramen Ive had yet. Ill be going more often.

My daughter and I go out of our way to get our boba teas and smoothies here and every time it has been a great experience and great prices. As for the lady behind the counter she is very sweet and helpful. For those of you whos last visit was not as pleasant I say give them a 2nd chance , we all have not so great days and maybe that was hers. : )

I love the Pad Thia, it taste excellent! And i used to always get tge Avacado smoothie, until she told me to try something else, I took her up on her suggestion and started trying a different smoothie each time. They are all great! Avacado, Coconut and Honey Dew are my fav! They are very nice, family!

Amazing place. The owners were very sweet and took really good care of us. We got the Veggie Ramen bowel with Boba Tea. The noodles are definitely home made and the veggies fresh. Only thing is the shrimp we paid for tasted alittle like they were frozen but the delicious broth covered that up.

They recently converted to drinks only andnare no longer serving food unfortunately. However in the Fall, they may start doing udon noodles. Such a shame. They had phenomenal food selection previously. But they just didnt have enough interest in the food to continue profiting from it. :(

Mmmmmm. we sure love this place. Delicious & such friendly people. I highly recommend the Spicy Thai Chicken Basil & my husband highly recommends the philly cheesesteak. We also love the fried rice. I have never had one thing from here that we didnt love!

This place should not be allowed to serve smoothies, slushes or any of the kind. It was the worst thing I have ever tried and they try to say that it is fresh fruits. And they add powder for "scent" nasty is what it was. Do not go there for drinks

Wonderful hospitality. The food at this place is home made. It was soooo delicious and I say this truthfully because I am a picky eater. Their soups, you are able to taste all the spices. Loved it. I recommend it for sure!

The food is great but the lack of costumer service makes me think twice about going back to that place. The ladies who work there seem very mad every time I have been there & very rud as well.
