Fantastic Thai Cuisine! We live in Corsicana and have no local access to great Asian food. Blue Mint is definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive for us each way. The Tom Yum soup is among the best I have had. My wife is always on the lookout for great fried tofu and this was the best we have had since we moved from Washington. We will definitely return. The green curry with chicken was prepared perfectly, with the chicken lightly grilled and the dish served with a sprig of mint. The roasted duck is also very well done. The flavors just explode! Dont miss this terrific find in Mansfield! Note: be careful about ordering how spicy you want your food. I asked for level 3 on the Tom Yum, but they only offer mild, medium, and hot. I think they thought I meant Hot x3; awesome soup, but dang was it hot!

Food here is awesome, no doubt... But for some reason, the service I have received all three times that Ive gone, has been horrible. No smiles, no eye contact and relatively slow food service considering no one is ever actually there when my girlfriend and I are. Dont try to use the groupon you just bought, cause even though you dont have to "call ahead" to use it, they say you cant unless you do call. I was informed of this after I said that I wanted to use my groupon. After I proceeded to read all of the fine print to my unfriendly waitress, she just decided to walk off and ignore us. So short story is, out of all 3 visits, we only stayed and ate once.. It was good, but not good enough to give this place another try.

Overpriced, under-seasoned, stingy portions. Broccoli was supposed to be one of the main ingredients on my plate and I kid you not, it was like they hand counted out 4 florets. I can usually make two meals out of the portion size at Asian restaurants, so I have takeout the next day. The portions here are skimpy ..for over $10?? The flavor on some dishes is far from authentic and many are under-seasoned or leave out key seasonings for Thai dishes. I had no complaints about service, which was adequate. Do yourself a favor and visit Thai House on Mayfield in Arlington for the best Thai around. P.F. Changs is also a good bet for portions and taste and service.

Updated from my last review from two to four stars. The last two times I came it took over 20 minutes to get a to go order with only a few tables here, but now that I have had the quality of food I have had from here I understand why it takes a little longer. All the dishes I have tried from here now have been awesome, with my absolute favorite being the Crazy Noodles with beef. It is to die for. Give Blue Mint a try when you have a little more time to devote to dinner, you wont be sorry. Still lost one star and that is just for the slight inconvenience of the long waits, but it is worth it.

Was in the Mansfield area and popped in for dinner. I must say i was pleasantly surprised. Food was great and dessert was awesome. I had my waiter pick my dish and he nailed it. I dont know what it was called but it was a fried fish in a spicy sauce with greens on top, great choice. Since he did great with dinner i was tempted with dessert, he brought out some delicious green tea and vanilla ice cream. Service was friendly and clean. The manager also was going around to mingle and getting feedback from customers, kudos to him. Would definitely recommend, definitely coming back.

Love. Love. Love. It helps there are two pokestops across the street. But seriously, the food here is fantastic. I have had better Thai food before but for a much bigger price tag---but this is the best Thai food Ive found in DFW after trying several places and it is at more than a reasonable price. The staff here have always been upbeat and friendly, always making me laugh. I highly recommend trying the spicy thai fried rice, not very daring I know, but super tasty and satisfying.

The staff was nice, the food was ok. I ordered the dumplings as an appetizer after asking the waiter about them, which he completely just told me what I wanted to hear it ate half of one out of six. It wasnt to my liking and then there were nats crawling on the plate so I told him to take the dish back and Ill take the rest of my food to go. I was still charged for the appetizer that I didnt eat and had bugs. From now on I will be eating Thai food elsewhere.

Food was okay. Service was good. I got the red curry with roasted duck. The curry was yellow and they seemed stingy on the duck because they were extremely tiny pieces. You had to fish for your food. My boyfriends plate was better than mine. He got the Pad See Ew which had flat noodles that were stir fried with chicken. Worth trying but not memorable. I barely remember to write this review.

My favorite Asian cuisine for both lunch and dinner. The food is FANTASTIC. **Crazy Noodles and the Duck Salad all the way**. The atmosphere is nice, the crowd is generally small and mellow. Youll occasionally see Buddhist monks partaking of the fare as well which makes for a very nice genuine multi-cultural aspect. Make sure you have about 1hr and 20min for lunch though.

Food is always good but the delivery drivers almost never have it all together. The last guy gave me the wrong ticket and when I tried to tell him I had not paid yet he still drove off without the money. I paid him when he came back 10 mins later. The guy before that forgot my Tom yum soup. This is certainly an area that should be addressed

Just had first dinner as take out. Vegetarian pad thai and spring rolls. Spring Rolls okay. Pad Thai salty, noodles overly chewy and no snow peas as per menu. Very, underwhelmed! Too top it all off, overcharged for the meal as well. Realized after I got home. Will not go back and encourage people to go elsewhere.

They have many good items. Japanese Udon with solid chunks of garlic fried chicken. The green curry dishes I have had are delicious. The flat pan fried noodles in gravy sauce is tasty. Service is good, the decor clean and quiet. Tai tea is all sweetness and no tea though, skip it or goto Pho Palace for that.

Cute place but did not like tge Tamarind Duck. When I told the waiter, he then asked if I want to box it. I told management about it, she tolde it was too late to inform her about it upon check out. I paid for the dinner but will not come back. MAN!! My head is still hurting behind that over sweet dinner!

Love this place! The food is good and the environment is very unique. Its nice, clean, and good service. It is good for a date night that isnt extremely casual or extremely nice either. Its perfect for the in between! I have had the Pad Thai and it is delicious! I will definitely be going back!

The food is tasty and will seasoned, however the Thai spice levels are off the charts. There is no level 1 spice. I ordered the red curry with mild spice. When my food arrived, it was the equivalent of level 3 at another Thai restaurant. The service and ambiance were good as well.
