A great place for seafood. We are regular in this location. We eat here as a family and everyone has something on the menu. So the ordering process is very easy and painless. Some of our favorites are: blackened tilapia, shrimp your way: Fried and scampi, wood fired grilled chicken, fish and chips and of course occasionally lobster and crabs. Today we visited and I ordered full portion of Tilapia. But when it came out they only brought the half portion. When the server and manager noticed that they immediately apologized and with my permission they brought the other half. Later the server only charged for the half portion. Then after we paid the check the assistant manager Mr. Jody ( hope I spelled his name correctly) brought a $15 gift card and apologized again for the mistake and thanked us for our patience. AND THIS IS WHAT I CALL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY RETAINED A A GREAT CUSTOMER FOR LIFETIME AND INSPIRED ME TO WRITE A POSITIVE REVIEW. P. S. United Airlines can learn something here.

Took my daughter in law who just moved to Lewisville,TX from Maryland. While eating and chit chatting, the waiter and waitress kept coming and asking if we needed a to go box. I kept telling them no, but proceeded to continue to ask. At that point, I had to ask them that we felt rushed. Then came a guy who appeared to either be a supervisor asking if everything was okay. Then we saw him whispered to one of the female waitresses. Thereafter she came back again to ask if we ready for a to go box. By the way, she wasnt our waitress at all. I usually go the Red Lobster in North Richland Hills, and thats why I choose them. Their service sucks. Please management, train them to more courteous to customers. I have never been disrespected @ any restaurant before, this was the worse. She lives in that area, never again will we visit your restaurant, and neither will recommend it to anyone else. Please do better than that to others. First impression counts as lot, and yours was a disaster.

We usually love going here and do most of our celebrations here. This time for Mothers day our order was wrong and the waitress never filled our drinks even after requesting. We didnt get our appitizer until after we finished with our meals and her response was they were low? We just wanted our appetizer before our entrees but she didnt understand that and i hate having to write a bad review but it would be nice if we got what came with our food and if our drinks were refilled when requested and if our orders were right. So sad that it was awful on Mothers day when in the past it have never been this bad. Also we never saw a manager and he never cane when we asked for him and typically you see a manager even when you dont ask. It truly was a disappointment on Mothers day

I agree with most of the previous reviewers. We (3) came in here for Saturday lunch (about 1:30PM) and were seated by the bar. The service was not good. The water was late in coming and the food coming out (drinks, appetizer, salad, entrees) came out so SPACED apart. There were two parties that were seated after us completed their entire meal before we received our entrees. The food was generic (frozen) and was not particularly hot. Nothing to boast about. Will not be back and would not recommend it to anyone. It was an expensive lunch ($60). Could have gone to la Madeleine for a little than half that price and would have walked away satisfied and happy. Should have read the reviews before stepping into this place.

Great service but the food was only decent. I went today and absolutely loved our waitress. She was the best waitress Ive ever had at any place. If I remember correctly, her name was Chelsea. She was very good at not interrupting my tables conversations but was very efficient. Multiple times she came to our table and we would ask for refills only to find out that shed already dropped them off at our table minutes ago! She was very nice and funny and made sure we were satisfied with everything. The entire staff seemed to have a friendly nature. The food was decent enough. I ordered chicken and it came out a little cold and barely had any of the sauce I ordered on it, but my company loved their meals.

We went there for my daughters Bar Mitzvah and the fact there was no parking already put the rating at 4 stars. Walking in, the waitress was really nice so we had hope sadly we had to sit next to a window which pushed to a 3 star rating. It then started to rain making the experience 1-star; I am susceptible to seasonal depression so it really brought down the mood. I wanted a hamburger but they didnt have any... thank god the waitress was so nice she told the cook to make a fish hamburger. The special sauce made it really nice. My daughter took too long to eat so I was going to rate this two stars but since its sunny and its a family restaurant... 3 star experience overall .

I go about once a month with my mom and its always good. They are certainly the best at lobster, the Outback steakhouse sucks by comparison. I admit I usually get the same things, flounder, shrimp cocktail and lobster tail and its always awesome. Oh yeh and the appetizer with the fried broccoli and calamari is bad to the bone. The salad is always good too, and those little biscuits, yum. Its hit or miss with the wait staff, just like anywhere. Generally if you treat the wait staff respectfully thats what you get back. If you dont like it youre probably a liberal Hillary supporting loser. Just sayin....

The food was great and everyone was very friendly. The portions were good size on their lunch specials and the 3 of us were full for hours for well under $50. Ask to have Damien as your waiter. He was extremely friendly and we didnt have to ask for anything. He made sure no cup stayed empty & when we were done with a plate he was on top of it. He is also very good with kids and knows the menu well. We asked for a manager to compliment Damien & she was very receptive. She had been out on the floor and seemed to know what her employees are doing at all times...the sign of a good manager.

3 of us went to this restaurant today at 14.15, on table 17 and we were so happy with the service we received. Our waiter Brandon B, was so helpful, courteous and understanding. I and my father in law enjoyed our seafood immensely. Unfortunately my wife`s burger was quite over cooked and they (Brandon & the manager, whose name I cant remember) could not apologise enough (even though they did not cook it). We were not just a table to them, they wanted to make sure that our eating experience was enjoyable no matter what. Thank you Brandon for making our visit there welcoming.

Most there are very friendly. My particular server acted like he would rather be somewhere else. Got a refill on my empty drink 20 minutes after it was empty and meal was done. Worst part, got really bad food poisoning on New Years Eve. Obviously ruined the night. I would say that with all those customers I guess that every once in a while someone may get sick, but on second thought, that is their profession, nobody should get food poisoning if everything is done properly. First visit there and my last. Cant play Russian roulette with my health.
