About a year ago I had a problem with some of the waiters there. Recently I tried it again and it was much better. I was also very impressed with the Manager there named Alex. I got a bww gift card for xmas, well lo and behold there was a problem with the amount on the card. I was really disappointed, but I understood that it wasnt local managements fault. Before I could say anything Alex looked into the issue for me and got my order taken care of the right way. He didnt have to do that. I never even really had a chance to protest the issue with my card, so it isnt like he just gave in to an angry customer. I didnt even have a chance to get upset and before I knew it my problem was taken care of. I was very impressed.

Terrible service and medicore food. Our server barely came around, even though she and I made eye contact multiple times, so she knew we were waiting for her to you know take our order, bring us our drinks. Other people were served before us who came after. Wings and a salad took over 20 minutes, refills even longer to get to us. Again, we saw our server walk around multiple times, chat in the bar, and disappear for a long time. Sauces for the wings were skimpy. Even worse, we had to wait for a bill so we could leave. No wonder this BWW has the rating it does. I wanted to talk to a manager, but i just wanted to get out of there. Well try Pluckers next time.

The service here sucked, it took 5 minutes to be seated when there was no one in front of us plenty of open seats, another 10 minutes to just get our drink order which by that time we were ready to order. We got our drinks shortly before we got our wings, I can say only one good thing about this place and that is we got our crappy food pretty quick. I then went another 10 minutes without a drink because the server came by a total of 4 or 5 times and that includes taking our order and leaving the check. Needs to improve in customer services. I have been to another buffalo in Sherman and the service and food was great, here not so much!

Have only men working with customers. All women are dumping garbage, carrying the trays of food, etc. As only woman at my table, I was only one to not be given a platter. When i asked, he brought more cardboard trays and walked off dismissively, never asking if I was happy or satisfied. I had to yell to get him to bring me one. He did, but didnt bring a liner. I had to yell at him as he walked away to bring a liner so the platter would be functional. He brought it and held it out without a word. Btw, pickles not good. Garlic parm overcooked and greasy. Will never come here again.

If I could give less than one star I would, this is my first and last time coming here. Came in today in the afternoon and there was nobody to seat us for minutes, a waitress finally appeared and didnt even apologize for the wait. She was extremely rude and dismivie, she even sat down to take our order! Not once did she stop by to check on us to see if we needed anything. We had to chase her down for refills and for the check, even though she passed by us severa times. She was nowhere to be found and never even gave us her name. The food was good as always, but the service is disgusting.

I had to take the time out of my day to let you know that the bartender serving me today lacked the basic skills required to perform service. I worked for 25 years in restaurants and bars and she could not have been more disinterested in my patronage. I tried killing her with good manners and kindness, none of which was returned in kind. Everyone has bad days now and then, but it wasnt busy and she treats her non-regulars will the same level of rudeness and contempt that I experienced today. I will not return to a BBW. BTW - the wings are inedible. Try less salt and MSG.

I wish I could give them zero stars! My family and I went here, but we wont be going back ever! The service was horrible from start to finish. When we got there on a Sunday, the place was almost empty with employees standing around talking but it took 10 minutes for us to be seated and that was only after we asked (interrupting a group convo). It took another few minutes to get a waitress, 10 minutes for a drink and 45 minutes to get our food. The appetizers we ordered with the drinks came out with the food. Did I mention place was almost empty? The service was ridiculous!

Working the nightshift, some of us at the office decided to order wings. So we looked online to see what time Buffalo wild wings closed.....1:00am great, its only 11:45. After getting everyones orders, we placed the call to the Grapevine store at 12:00 midnight. We were told the kitchen closed at 12:00. Kind-a-like the old commercial when asked......"what would you do if someone came to your business at 5 minutes till closing". And that was for car repair, not an order for food.

Food and everything was great. Service was okay but her attitude was absolutely terrible. She never even told me her name so I dont know it. All she did was came up to the table (I was the first one there for party of 5) and said do you want something to drink while you wait? She was just rude and dismissive the whole time. Dont care to come to this location. The manager was super nice walked around checking for things. Asked if he could get me a bag for my take out food.

My wife and I recently visited the Grapevine BWW store to watch a world cup soccer match. soon after being seated the FLYS/KNATS started visiting us...this continued our entire time at BWW. We ordered boneless wings and they were terrible. Heavily breaded/battered and dry through out. Totally not up too par .Could not finish our order. BWW used to have better wings...cant figure what happened here. WE will not be back... STAY AWAY!!!

This location is by far one of my favorites. Shauna (sorry if i spelled your name wrong) is an amazing waitress and had knowledgeable and delicious suggestions. As an Ex- Waitress i am proud and humbled to see there are still people out there working for pennies on the dollar but making every minute with their customers count. You Go Shauna! and BWWs keep up the amazing food, service, and prices! Always a great experience!

Good food, slow service. No one smiles. A customer service expert needs to come in and overhaul this location. They bark orders to each other in front of customers. Dont bother placing an internet order. I gave them 2 hours notice to pick up an order, paid on line and I still had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my food. Thats the same amout of time you would wait if you walked in and placed a to-go order.

Hate when I order online to speed things up and it still takes just as long as walking in to order. Now I wont be able to eat it til I get off work....!!!! Epic fail!!! Walked in and didnt get service for almost 10min. From the order, drive over, and wait my food shouldve been coming out! But still had to wait a long time... never again!! Food to high for this...
