Ive been a strong supporter and customer of Pop Top since day 1 as a shop. They care about the quality and appearance of both the drinks and the shop they run. I miss my small town coffee shop so much. I havent been able to find a coffee shop yet that can compare to Pop Tops great drink selection, atmosphere, service, and dedication to love and shop local. Their ice blendeds are by far the most unique item that sets them apart from anywhere else (and probably the main reason why I miss the shop so dearly to be honest). So if youre looking for a great local, family friendly, best-coffee-around shop in Ennis; then spend your time in Pop Top Coffee.

My husband and I have fallen head-over-heels in love with Pop Top Coffee ever since we moved to Ennis. The drinks are fantastic and rival anything Starbucks has to offer (try my favorite, the iced breve with dark chocolate!), and the employees are incredibly kind. Whether you decide to "pop" in for a quick little pick-me-up during the rush of the day or need a place to unwind with a latte and a good book, Pop Top is the place to go.

My wife had Cafe Seltze or something like that and I had a cold latte, and we both added coconut flavoring. Both drinks were very delicious, they have some good coffee here. The staff seems a little weird, not a big fan of the guys having loud conversations emanating throughout the small, quiet coffee shop. You couldnt even hear that there was low level music playing in the background thanks to these loud staff members.

Awesome coffee with awesome service for an awesome price, not to mention their home-brewed tea, cream sodas, cafe seltzers, and innovative monthly specials. Pop Top also uses locally produced Buna Bean coffee manufactured right here in Ennis, so its really nice to see local business supporting each other. Their hours are pretty great, too.

Im not a coffee person so I never know what to order. I told the barista I wanted something rich & creamy. She suggested a breve. I added caramel and that was EXACTLY what I was asking for. Now I know what to order next time :) AND there is a different display by a local artist every month on one of the walls!

This is the best coffee shop I have been to. They roast locally and have so many drinks to choose from. They also have a wonderful atmosphere to just hang out and chill. The owners are very wonderful people. Everyone needs to try this place out.
