I went there late in the day (around 6pm). At this point, there was only one other person to serve. I had a sample of the coffee and it was a smooth taste. While waiting, she was very friendly and we had a good small talk. I ordered a plain latte and they did some coffee art. The environment is a bright, small area--seating for 20 or less. I think there was one outlet available in the corner. I was told by a friend they encourage a connected environment. Sometimes people need to unplug and be in touch with each other. A great place overall.

Young Blood Coffee knows what they are doing, and they do it well. In pursuing excellence from the interior design to the quality of beverages, the results shine through the shop. Serving Four Barrel off of a beautiful machine, pour-overs on Chemex, and drip brew on Fetco, there is a perfect balance of available items. Thanks for the great coffee guys!

Excellent coffees produced by knowledgeable, experienced owners/baristas. Might be too soon (theyve only been open a couple of weeks) to say theyre Fargos best, but theyre certainly heading in that direction and seem capable of doing it. Solid social and environmental values, too.

The perfect intersection of coffee expertise and down to earth owner-baristas. No snootiness (though theyve earned the right) and smooth vinyl tracks combine with my absolute favorite coffee (four barrel) to make this the best coffee destination in NoDak, bar none.

Great visit! I work downtown, so I am happy to be within walking distance from this little escape. My Americano was properly made...smooth...not bitter...so double thanks for that.

Hands down the best coffee spot in Fargo. It is owner run and they know exactly what they are doing. If youre looking a cappuccino, latte, etc thats prepared RIGHT this is your place.

Cool, friendly staff who actually make coffee "traditionally," as in correctly. Great macchiato and amazing, moist, apple bread. Regular coffee was a little bitter, mocha was weak.
