I love this location so much the staff are so great here and they are always trying to make sure I have a great experience when Im here. If they happen to mess up my or someone elses order (which rarely has ever happened) they are ever so quick to make it right. I was actually in here the other day and I felt so sorry for the workers because their was this one customer that was just being so mean to them and all they where trying to do is figure out how to make it up to the customer but the customer just ended up saying a few choice words and leaving, I felt so bad for the workers because they try so hard, after that I slipped them a good sized tip in their tip jar when they werent looking, I felt like they more than deserve it all the time.

Unfortunately not the best Starbucks when it comes to the drink making. Ive had multiple drinks made incorrectly and have tasted bad. My last experience was yesterday when I ordered a cascara latte. My latte was bitter and all milk to a point where it was almost as white as the cup. Ive ordered it before so I know what it is supposed to taste like and unfortunately I didnt realize it was wrong until I was already on the road. The staff is very friendly so Im sure they wouldve remade it if I asked but I shouldnt have to ask. This has been my 5th time getting a drink from here made incorrectly. Lesson learned, try your drink before you leave!

Expect to wait an unusal long time for your drink especially in DT. Ive been here a number of times, (Im only a tourist here) but each time Ive gone Ive always spent a good while waiting. My last visit I walked in the actual building and I see why their wait time is so long. The baristas move slow and seem to have no urgency when they see a line wrapping around their building. They make their drinks out of order and goof off at times it seems they should be working down their line... Dont expect this to be a quick stop.

Comfortable atmosphere; quite cozy. Soothing decor; exceptionally clean. Staff was very helpful with choosing a beverage. Very busy location. Was there about an hour. Drive thru busy the entire time. Inside was standing room only. All tables and chairs occupied with patrons working, and conversing. I had an iced mocha. Best coffee beverage I have had at a Starbucks or anywhere else!!

Very nice employees. Made sure I liked my drink (I get extra Mocha syrup in my Java Chip Frap) before driving away, just in case (they said they would make me another if I didnt like it.) Very kind. Also, as we stopped during a road trip and they have a nice little patch of grass in the parking lot that we all were able to get out at and stretch our legs and drink our caffeine.

This place seems to be busy often, especially in the mornings. That doesnt seem to bother people. The coffee is good, but, as usual, way overpriced. I am glad for the free Wi-Fi a d ability to sit and chat with friends. But for free Wi-Fi, you can also go across the street to Taco Cabana and enjoy more filling food.

Ive been to many Starbucks in the metroplex and by far this is my favorite one of them all. I guess Im a little partial since I live in Red Oak. The staff are awesome, they are very friendly, they have never made an error on my drink and they know how to manage a large crowd with a smile and a great attitude.

Great personable customer service with knowledgeable associates. I would recommend more attention be given to the womens bathroom..... never seems to be stocked and messy ..... would be nice to have a personal comfort touch of better lighting fixtures and a shelving of some sort to ace personal items .

I get the same cup of coffee here every day, a triple skinny vanilla latte. Today it tastes like cleaning fluid. Ive tried to get them on the phone to see about getting a refund when I can get back out of the office, but no one will answer the phone. Im so disappointed.

Great Americanos! BTW, all Starbucks locations use a reverse osmosis water purification system to enhance the taste and quality of the water that is used for the coffee that is made for the customers. This is a big plus for me!

In the last two months about 8 different stops they dont have Cinnamon Dolce Latte. ...including TONIGHT. .. they usually are OUT OF EVERYTHING you go for. Also they DO NOT KNOW how to actually make the drinks anyways..JUNK

Recently renovated! Have had no issues with service here. Only problem is the city of Waxahachie added a curb down the middle of Hwy 77 making it difficult to turn into the parking lot from the South bound lane

Usual great Starbucks but no Dark Roast. I dont get it. You are a coffee shop and have only three roasts of coffee. Why do you run out? Thats like going to McDonalds and they are out of fries.

They seem exceptionally slow. The drivethru time is 20 minutes or more at least 50% of the time. The partners are nice, however, and Ive never had a drink not made well.
